Ross is a dear friend of mine! I'm so in love with their project McFlys that gives back to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Disease Research.  My father died of Parkison's, so this project is extra special for me.

or afternoon or evening wherever you're joining us from for this very very very special edition of a panda space with my dear friends from McFly's oh man I cannot tell you this is literally something that I've been like hoping for for a long time to have like a a recorded interview I I wanted to do this like months and months and months ago and uh it just so happens that you know Twitter spaces are a thing and I've got my official podcast by the way you guys I'll do another giveaway after this and spread the the recording around I always like to do that so you know we try to get as many people on here on the live recordings and thank you by the way I just love love love you all for hopping on and hanging out with us tonight I promise you your hearts will be filled tonight oh my goodness my dear friends I I I know I've got a few of them here in the house that it's not just my friend Ricky Ross the one and only co-founder uh the man that made all of this happen and I've been chatting with him before any of it even happened he was brainstorming with me I mean I really got into this space alone and Ross was one of the first people that I I started to like genuinely chat with and uh it just so freaking happens that my dad died of Parkinson's disease and he put together the most incredible heartwarming and also badass nostalgic feeling project with his artist and oh I hope your artist and the whole team is able to like be here and can support and maybe even come up and say hi but uh really I'm looking forward to an hour with with you good sir but I just just have such a special place in my heart for your project and I cannot wait to get updates I know you guys are killing it on donations to the Michael J fox Foundation I mean you guys they're they're making just uh all of their goals all of their dreams all of these things that Ross was chatting and typing away in the Discord the channels uh it's all coming true and I am a really proud owner of shoot I'll have to hop on and see what number exactly it is but these flies uh I don't want to steal any kind of story from you telling your your story and everything we'll get into but they are so cool and uh the art is really good it's all like hand drawn very time uh a lot of time spent on creating traits that are very very throwback and very particular to not just back to the future but a lot of Michael Jack Michael J Fox's other uh important and famous and well-known movies that we all uh well me at least I grew up on like I can quote Back to the Future movies my brother uh and I we would just walk around the house quoting stuff and like we know Back to the Future movies and all the Biff moments I mean it's just a really uh great project for me for a lot of reasons and so I'm so excited to catch up that was a really long intro I should have just gotten Ross on right immediately but I just have to tell the community how excited I am for this so with that being said Ross how are you my friend

I'm awesome Lane thank you so much for having us and we we can't show our appreciation enough for it um yeah I mean everything you said hits it right on the head uh we we've been doing some building you know as much as uh any family people with you know day jobs can do um and it's it's really been a great journey because every part of this has has felt like it's it's meant to be like every step of the way is just like another confirmation about that we're on the right path to doing something that will indeed be a part of the future of web 3. um and to be honest uh you gave me a lot of credit but a lot of what we've done so far with the charity model has been modeled off of what you've done with pandomania and you know you do that you definitely deserve your flowers with with that as well

um but yeah we're we're uh we're doing pretty good uh is there any other particular way like you want to structure this is like kind of like a a free flow thing or it's very much a free flow thing but uh people that come to these Panda spaces are pretty aware of a couple of my habits and I do like to rewind I always say that but I think it's such a good word to use and coming from a project that has a lot of 90s uh touch to it uh the VHS let's rewind the VHS go back to the beginning and I mean I I have all sorts of questions like Ricky Ross why Ricky Ross you know Leonard you got a bunch of names I want to I want to go back to the very beginning and get to know little kid Ross what did you grow up doing what were you into what were your hobbies what did you like what did you dislike uh you know just kind of explain uh I really like to know people's story because leading up to this project you know the butterfly effect there's so many you know turns and twists and decisions and good ones and bad ones that lead us down different paths and to different uh you know situations and now here you are doing a badass nft project so I kind of want to know how you got there and it's not just as simple as well a year ago I I think it goes all the way back and I I think our audience really likes to be inspired by people's life stories so if that's not too much to ask and that is just kind of free flow I don't uh have any specific order of questions for you know growing up I think people usually start with you know I grew up in such and such town and it usually just kind of flows from there so that's what I usually do are you you down for that absolutely I I don't know I've been involved with that at all perfect and uh yeah I think it usually just leads right into an nft project but man there's there's so much before the nft project comes up that we usually I usually have to say oh man I we need a couple more hours because I I try to cut this off at an hour so uh we I do like to leave a little bit of time at the end for sure to to talk about the nft project uh especially if if uh you've got a project that is as badass as yours I really really want to talk about the project but to make it all make sense and everything uh come full circle I'd love to know your story I don't I don't know much about your growing up or anything and so this is a great chance for me to uh to pressure you uh publicly in front of everyone not at all man I work well under pressure so to start it all off I'll try to give a good short form version of this to keep it within a time frame um but so I'm I'm a very big uh musician um I love music you know to me everything in this life starts with music whether you know it or not and one of the things that music has taught to me is to to know that there's just always more um and when you learn music you really uh think critically because you have to perform or sorry I jumped the gun there you have to you have to first learn your instrument how to hold it how to play it then you have to read music so you have to learn the basics of reading music then once you learn to read the music then you have to play it and practice it then you have to perform it in front of a large crowd and then afterwards you get to celebrate and then you move on again and it's like a big cycle that you know it's kind of embedded uh from the beginning to learn the steps of process that you have to go through in life for pretty much everything and music has taught me a lot of discipline it's also expanded my horizons and helped me think about things that I never thought were possible um and that's kind of the basis of I guess my mindset but going forward um in school I was always I was like one of those band nerds but I was um I was I was very much into music and I really didn't care what anybody thought about me I was just doing my own thing and um you know I went to I went to a university for one year uh I marched in their marching drum line um and yeah I figured out that that universities just weren't wasn't for me um so I became a Tradesman uh I went to a local Technical College um and picked up a marine diesel technology the group and from there I actually got a job at a cat local Caterpillar dealership and became a large bore marine diesel mechanic but before I get too far into you know my my my actual inner workings of the job life um the name Ricky Ross actually came whenever uh the hip-hop artist Rick Ross got big so most most of the people in my high school seen my name Ross and they just started calling me Ricky Ross and from then on out there was a little Persona that kind of followed that uh and it was it was really kind of surreal when it happened but uh you know just kind of caught on and pretty much everybody who sees me whether they know the nickname or not they they call me Ricky Ross anyway so it was just kind of one of those things that I kind of adopted oh I'm so glad I asked that then that's so funny what a what a fun detail I love that right yeah it it was just kind of one of those things that just happened it you know it just took on and from then on out I kind of just took on the took on the name and and even people that I don't know if for some reason they've ever listened to Rick Ross or no Rick Ross or anything like that or even Freeway Ricky Ross from you know the American Gangster uh they just inherently just like oh Ricky Ross come here and or something like that you know it's it's just one of those fun little things but but yeah so I ended up working at a Caterpillar dealership doing large bore Marine Diesel um quickly learned Marine propulsion and power generation uh you know wiring generators uh you know going on large offshore vessels and uh working on Offshore platforms and uh so essentially I was a I was a technician that could rebuild um these units um and some of these up to 7 000 horsepower um which the largest engine I've ever worked on was a CM 42 Mak engine which I don't expect any of you know to know that but uh those engines have a 420 millimeter cylinder bore with a two and a half foot stroke so I was able to stand inside the cylinder and the the top of the cylinder was at my neck all the way down

um it's not quite the biggest in the world but it's it's pretty close it was 22 000 horsepower um so yeah and I did that for a while I got laid off during the economic downturn had a few uh jobs in between of doing various different things I ended up going to a propulsion Drive company where I worked on uh reduction gearboxes in the same industry um except I did a lot more River work but we did other work as well so like uh I worked on a gearbox one time in uh Diego Garcia which I don't know if you're you're all familiar with that but it's a jointly owned Island uh by the US the British and the Indian government um as a civilian contractor I worked worked on a Navy vessel and uh we changed some pneumatic clutches on their boat and uh the bowl gear for that gearbox was uh 15 feet in diameter and weighed 24 tons one single gear it was massive um but then after that you know I kind of went my ways and I started into the natural gas compression industry and uh I work on caterpillar natural gas natural gas engines uh aerial gas compressors so we do you know overhauls on those frames and we do service and call outs and stuff like that and uh I run a dynamometer to whenever I'm working in the shop where we download test our Zero Hour rebuilds um so I travel a lot uh I'm actually in a hotel right now

but essentially you know I've been traveling all my life I've been all around the world I've been to Malaysia I've been to um Diego Garcia I've been to Dubai I've been to Germany I've been to South Korea Tokyo

um I've been to Thailand Singapore

so I've gotten to see you know many different cultures and it's it's definitely helped add perspective to my my world view um so I like to consider myself fairly understand fairly understanding God I've always put myself into other people's shoes in any situation to try to understand you know what they go through and uh encapsulate that to you know give a better experience uh to pretty much anybody so that's part of the reason why we've we've made the Discord server that we have so we can have you know real communication between the community members um and the team you know we we really cherish this project you know a lot of people in the space today you know they make a a project and they sell the art and you know it's kind of it and you either don't hear from them anymore or just hear a bunch of excuses on why they're not doing anything um and you know we don't have VC funding you know like others but you know we do our very best to to at the very least be there um and talking and communicating and making connections and that's a really big thing with me and and you know I've done that with the panda fam before starting the project you remember being in the server and just talking back and forth and having a good old time in there

um but yeah I mean that's that's kind of the gist of it I can I can go in a little further in some things if you'd like but that's uh that's kind of me I love it yeah that that would be a perfect segue into the project but not yet not yet you spoke about music good sir I want to know what music uh what what role does it have to play in your in your life now do you still Jam do you still play any instruments and what did I miss it what instrument did you play in band

well I just so happen to have my practice pad and sticks with me yes I knew it okay I knew you drew I need I knew drummed but that's what you didn't in band then were you a line drummer yes oh there's movies uh that make that look like so cool they're like the cool kids doing the Drumline always so I um I actually played a lot of instruments um but percussion was my favorite and I was the best at at percussion um but I had played briefly uh just to kind of get a handle on the instrument and understand it because one of my big things when I was playing music is every time I would play something that I know I would look at somebody playing an instrument that I didn't know and I would say I want to know how to do that and then I would take some brief lessons and just kind of understand the instrument and how it's supposed to work and you know how to play it um I played trumpet for a little while I played tuba for a little while I tried my hand at the flute and the clarinet but I really I just couldn't get a handle on it but one of my favorite uh woodwind instruments would happen to be in Alto Sax and a tenor saxophone that to me is one of the most interesting instruments there is um outside of you know percussion because you know anything that you can tap or or hit or slap or smack or whatever can be a percussion instrument um and I used to play in the pit too every now and then uh for for marching season I would play the timpani the marimba the xylophone um you know all the other various different types of instruments um the timpani is one of the most intricate uh versions of percussion that you can have just based on the tuning methods that's used um but my favorite by far is a marching percussion I've played every instrument on a drum line that you can play uh snare line uh quintuplet tenor line sextuplet tenor line um so I'm guessing marching bass drums you were the guy sitting behind me in class tapping on the back of my seat yes absolutely you know what there was a kid that would do that he was so talented that I did not mind it I was always looking forward to that because I'd sit there and like nod my head it was Beats it was incredibly he would use all 10 digits and do these incredible beats and like really quietly though like so that I could almost just feel it I was just like how is he doing this it's crazy he's so good I'd always turn around be like that was really cool bro but uh this is this is so fun to hear I'm so glad keep going so I could also play with my fingers as well on tables to make it sound just like a marching snare drum like I can play the Flames I could play the cheeses I could play the the all the paradiddles paradiddle diddles uh flame Taps inverted Flames uh I know an extensive set of rudiments I have all of all 32 of the standard rudiments and then there's things called hybrid rudiments so I was introduced to this and as a percussionist and a marching band uh hybrid rudiments are the essential standard rudiments blended with Advanced style drumming so there was these things called a flam right so a flam uses what they call a Grace note and a Grace note is a preemptive accent note so let's say you're holding your sticks and you have a flam the flam is a low left hand and a high right hand where they almost hit it the exact same time but not quite and you do it with the other hand as well where right stick is low and left stick is high so it'll be something like foreign that would be a flame so where you you hear the note before and after but they're they coincide into the same beat so is a is a drum roll just a bunch of flams uh no so okay so I I'm trying to feel like I I know what you're talking about I'm grasping it though this is good oh yeah and and that's something I used to do too I used to teach I used to teach percussion so and I didn't do it for money like I would just do it because I wanted people to learn and I would show them how to play and and get them involved uh but a drum roll would be like what they call a double stroke roll so you would do right right left left right right left left

and then you just do it faster

[Music] and that's that's what a drum roll consists of but when you get more advanced in it you can do three to a hand or four to a hand and that's when you get really advanced

um and then I was introduced to Drum Corps International and that's my all-time favorite stuff my favorite Drum Corps would happen to be the Blue Devils out of Concord California um would you like to hear an excerpt from a Blue Devils snare shopping spree

please and I I do want to introduce you if you haven't met chibs or queen I've brought them up they are just two of the most uh sweet kind-hearted awesome people and they also give great feedback and questions so towards the end I'd also like to bring up anyone from your team when we kind of get into the project that you'd like to Ross but yes back to uh yes give us give us a snippet of that will you please all right and yeah most definitely I I'd love to hear from them so this is uh what they call a shopping spree it was something that the Blue Devils came up with um as a advanced warm-up for their snare line before they would go on the field to do shows um and it was a exercise to help keep the wrists and the forearms um loose so after they would play it it would be tight so they would do specific stick stretches where they hold their sticks in certain ways and then they would stretch their forearms after the workout and then they would play it again and then they would be even looser they'd do it again be even looser so that way by the time they get on the field they're not rigid and they can actually perform with fluidity but this is called the 1995 shopping spree it's my favorite of all their shopping sprees so here it is

Ross that was amazing I I pictured you doing like one of those cool little you flipped the the sticks around at some point or tossed them in the air you got to know those tricks too I I know it yes I do but I will say this I have not done them in probably close to 12 to 13 years so if I tried them I probably would not be able to do them successfully that's amazing oh I love that that is so crazy I don't know I can I can keep a couple you know pretty easy beats on the drums my buddy had some we Jam I played the guitar but uh I just I couldn't get it you're talking about you know the one right after another my buddy he would try to teach me more complicated stuff but I would always just sit down and feel comfortable playing just a couple easy beats and once they got past that I was like my brain it it really is uh a mute it's an instrument that takes a a certain type of brand I think that can handle like 13 things at once you know because you have with piano yeah you got a bunch of keys or uh guitar you got the strings um there's just something crazy about drums though where one hand is doing one Rhythm the other is doing another the foot sometimes two feet you know you're keeping time with like four different uh parts of your body it's just really cool I'm so impressed and that's a real real cool talent that uh you know I think people are are they they have natural talents but it has to be worked on and you can tell you've been loving drums and percussion for a long time ah man that is so cool so uh with with drumming did you ever get into like uh a band or or rock and roll or were you always uh uh doing like Drumline stuff with your percussion well I tried I really did and I'm actually I actually played the drum set as well and I tried to get with some people that I knew from school to play with and stuff but it was always a schedule conflicting thing or you know uh commitment issue with different people that I played with so I never really got a solid band together um but that's not to say that I didn't jam out with some people every time I would be able to jam with them they would walk away saying this is one of the best Jam sessions I ever had blah blah blah and then I wouldn't see him again and it really was a good a good jam session when they would happen it's just that you know such as Lifetime and scheduling and things of that nature so I've always been a a jam solo kind of guy for the most part so in that aspect I actually picked up Jazz drumming and I'm not sure if you guys are familiar with like jazz style drumming but it's very uh spontaneous so a lot of times you can you can feel a solid beat inside of it but ultimately it's like a freestyle and uh when I started getting into that you know I started a watching in high school a drummer named Mike Portnoy he's the drummer for from uh Dream Theater a band that I that I really love um and they introduced something called the progressive drum Concepts and he had like a thing where he would break down some of the songs that he would play and show the different uh you know sections of each song and from then on out um my double bass was was honed out and I had gotten to the point where I was able to fill between Toms and bass drums uh very fluidly um so I I really played a lot of solo stuff um so I never really got into a band although I wish I would have because I find it much easier to play with uh you know Rhythm and lead and then having a bass line it provides some stability um to you know whatever I'm playing and it allows me to actually think a little bit more because when I freestyle I'm always thinking about my next move so it's really busy but but you're you're right though drumming does require a lot of a lot of attention um and something that I've coined myself how you were talking about the independence between left and right and then also from hands and feet uh I like to call that ambidextrous Independence so you could be doing crossbeats between your left left foot and your right hand and then doing an opposite beat on the upbeat with your right foot and your left hand and uh it can get pretty complex um but that's that's one of my favorite things to do I love that so being a musician you're obviously an artist I have kind of an interesting question you know with my uh Panda project I'm not the artist I'm not you know I guess I work on some video stuff here and there and little stuff here and there that I I guess I do touch art here and there but I still as a community manager as a project Builder I still have been so fulfilled over this past year getting into nfts something that I missed when I was an artist I did video for a long time and considered myself an artist a struggling starving artist you know and I did everything from music videos to uh YouTube shows to Fitness and I really was proud of my craft and I I was sharing it I had that fulfillment as an artist now uh being in the nft space I'm you know again rarely touching the art but I have almost gained an appreciation for community building and almost entrepreneurial efforts is an art in and of itself and and put you know building just uh almost like architecture can can be looked at as an art uh we we are building Pride projects and we are putting heart and soul and creativity not just into the jpegs that people see which is huge and I'm so glad actually that Jessica's here Ross if she wants to come up later uh when once we get into the project that'd be awesome because the artist itself obviously they're they're going to have that huge fulfilling artistic Endeavor and and uh get that just that what I've been feeling over the last year fulfillment again I I wanted to know if you kind of feel the same way and I I think that can almost be a segue for you know your story getting into this project foreign

you know I've always teeter-tottered on the lines of being a creative and a logician um so like I kind of balanced that that left brain right brain mentality with everything I do so sometimes I can contradict myself but I find it helps add balance and you know that's that's kind of why I really got into web 3 because I felt that you know I'd be able to navigate most paths that web3 would have to offer maybe not necessarily be an expert at it but I it's it's something that you know really has interested me because I enjoy socializing um I enjoy meeting new people I enjoy getting to know people especially people who have same or similar interests to me um you know because it could really get the conversation going um and you know that's part of the reason why we thought the the mcflaws and the calls that we're doing um and how it all ties in together uh and the word we like to use is serendipitously um how how everything just kind of meshes together um and it kind of fits in the direction of you know how I view life and how I live my life um and to have met Justin and Jess in the way that we did and to find out we have so much in common even though we've never met each other in real life we just you know we talk to each other like we're family whenever we get together online and uh you know we have each other's numbers we text each other throughout the day we call each other you know we have our weekly spaces um we have email correspondence with with Team Fox about our project um you know it's it's just it's one of those things like I was saying earlier you know you just feel like you're on the right path you feel like you're doing what you need to do and uh you know we're not scared of the work uh the bear Market doesn't scare us you know we're building throughout this thing because we know that what we're doing is going to be the future of charitable donations uh to to any cause um and the fact that we're doing it for a medical research cause um that you know we share very closely with each other um you know we all have some form of neurodegenerative diseases in our family um so it's not just a a project that we wanted to do because we think that you know people would really like it although you know we do think that people would really like it uh Jessica's made some amazing art she spent over 200 hours hand drawing each and every single trait um that you see um and Me Justin and Jess both have nfts that are owned by us from the mcflaws in our profile pictures if y'all wanted to tap them check out the collection on open C just to kind of get a feel for the art and you know see what kind of Easter egg traits that just dropped in there um there's references to and she could explain it much better than I can but just to give you a little synopsis um if you check mine and I think Jess has it I'm finding my eyes really blurry right now the doc brown hair you know that's one of my favorite traits uh because you know that's that's an iconic thing um there's also references to other movies that Michael J fox has done uh like Teen Wolf The Frighteners um Doc Hollywood Stuart Little um it's it's just amazing all around and you know I I I've been one to appreciate um each and every little detail um especially when someone has spent so much of their hard-earned time and and efforts into um it's I don't know it leaves me speechless at the work that she's done on the art to be honest with you it's amazing I have I I did look mine up I have number 113. it's so cool I've got the uh the pump up Nikes the Nikes I love his I love my jean shorts just the details Jessica they're so good if you look just at all the little details of your art just a little uh you know white where the the jeans are being worn You've Got A Lone Pine Mall shirt I mean just tiny little details that uh just like you said little Easter eggs as you're looking through the art and you know what when I when you were telling me about your project I was already in I mean you you know my story I was in before I ever knew you had art before I you know you were telling me about Parkinson's and boom Ross whatever you're doing I love it I want to support it uh be you know my dad died from Parkinson's and so I but then I saw your art and I'm like holy [ __ ] they did it this is so cool I mean it is so so cool and like I said at the at the beginning it's such a nod and like a an appreciation to Throwbacks and so many uh cool things from my childhood that I grew up on and I know you know as Americans we share a lot of that in the 90s it was it wasn't as you know wide as the internet and things we all kind of consumed a little bit more of the same stuff so there are things that we may or may not share but Back to the Future like I I kid you not that was a main like staple in my home we always watched one through three just like over and over the the VHS takes we had to like start taking care of them so they wouldn't uh get all glitchy on us they were used so much you know and so please be kind and Rewind yeah yeah and the art really was just a cherry on top of just like oh my gosh but I have have to I have to tell you you know uh at the audience I guess that uh yeah my dad died of Parkinson's I don't want to go into the whole the whole story but I want to give everyone just a little uh special gem that you can find in the McFly's Discord they have a channel called who we fight for and in there you'll get to know Jessica's story uh it's really awesome and you know I know Jessica's story and I know Ross's story but I'm kind of leading into that so that I can kind of fish that out of you and you know you guys meeting and how you guys kind of clicked and the whole thing but I I want to do just a real quick preview for this who we fight for channel I'm not going to read very much at all I just want to give you uh I'm reading over what I wrote in the channel and the first two paragraphs and they're they're really short uh but it's a good lead into for what you guys are fighting for from my perspective and again this is where your project is so special to people because it's like everyone's got a really terrible story connected to this that they will make this project theirs McFly's is mine I'm so proud of it I will never ever sell that that McFly nft I'm so like in love with your missions like every this is my project that's what you guys are doing for people that's how good of a uh a really good project it is is that you're making all of us feel like we're we're helping and we're giving back and we're fighting for this terrible terrible uh disease and to research it better and to figure out how to fight it so anyways I just want to read just two paragraphs from mine I have a really long Post in there I'm Sorry by the way but uh it was really funny that's what we would like man that that's that shows the true nature of what we're trying to achieve and go right ahead do what you do what you want here man oh thanks it's it was really therapeutic it took me a long time to finally uh do it and I even cheated a little bit because I I took uh some of my my speech not speech uh what do you call it just the the talk yes yeah at my dad's funeral so uh but I did put some thoughts in here but just this this first little bit I I say this project is very special to me Nick flies is doing important work and I hope I can support as much as as possible to contribute to this cause my father died from Parkinson's a few years ago it started slow but then moved incredibly fast and killed him he fought but this terrible disease puts up a mighty battle that doesn't care how Brave or tough you are it will demolish whoever is in its path and the effects go beyond just the person's suffering so I go on to tell my story but that's that's really I guess I'm looking back on what I wrote and I agree with that that's how I feel from the get-go it's a terrible terrible disease it sucks there's no Silver Lining I haven't found one still it's horrible to to grieve you have to grieve for a few years and then grieve again like it's it's really really tough on the people around you so I I do I still agree with what I wrote and uh I'm sure I'll Now read over this again and cry my my tie my eyes out tonight but uh I I just wanted to give that personal connection that I have with your project um and and then again then that you see your art and you meet your team uh and it's not just about Parkinson's it's it is about the nft scene it is about the art it is about uh hopping into this scene and doing the web 3 stuff also uh but again the the whole mission and everything so I kind of want to get into that so you meet Jessica Howe uh you meet the rest of the team you know Justin uh who else and how did you guys meet why Parkinson's and again I I know the story I I'm kind of wanting you to tell that for the audience if you will absolutely so in short form uh me and Justin had met uh through a you know one of those uh back during like the the height of the bull market whenever uh people would post an obscenely amount of Ethan their wallets and say you know like and retweet and comment and share or whatever and you know this or this amount of Youth will be yours or something like that well me and Justin both shared the same sentiment on that post and you know we were like does anybody actually get anything from this and then we started commenting back and forth to each other and we realized that you know our heads were in the same space so I said man you know let's connect and you know we could talk and stuff like that and you know we started talking and we were djenning together for a while on Late Night spaces and you know minting nfts and stuff and we got to know each other and talked a little bit more and you know I got to know Justin uh found out that he was a PhD in Biochemistry um and you know we we started talking because you know my wife's a nurse and you know his wife's a nurse and we kind of started talking on that level um and we kind of tossed around the idea of a project but nothing really serious and then um Jessica was introduced to me through a mutual friend in another project that I was involved with um and he he had sent her a message saying that uh because sorry let me preface this again I went a little bit too far she had sent our mutual friend a piece of art that she had done uh in talks with a nft collection possibly with another project um and he said that you need to send this to my good buddy Ross and and get with him because I think he was thinking about starting a project and and what I loved about Jess the most is the approach that she took whenever she messaged me and that's what immediately clicked in my head that you're you seem like a really awesome person let's get to know each other and talk about your amazing art um and it was from an unrelated type of type of art um you know we got to know each other through that uh she sent me a long awesome message and I'm a kind of person that I I notice effort and I notice honest effort I can differentiate between someone trying to get something out of something and I can tell whenever somebody's being authentic and genuine and really cares about what they're speaking about and I I got that from the message that she sent me um she didn't know me from from a hole in the ground but she sent me this message uh you know because of our mutual friend that told her to reach out to me and you know noticing those those uh synchronicities in that it is like I was saying earlier it's just you know you just know when something is right and that was one of my calling points to to assimilating and as soon as she had told me about her brother um that's that was the calling signal to move forward with something and then me and her and I said we gotta we gotta get with Justin and you know we all got together we started talking about it and I think within 48 Hours she already had a concept of the art and we were pretty much well on our way to to moving forward with McFly's but the the spark of it the spark of the project was from uh space that we were in one night uh Justin was in there and I think Jess was in there too if I'm not mistaken and uh someone came in to our space and said man y'all got to check out these funky flaws uh the funky flaws project and Justin minted one and it just so happens one of his had the power lace trait uh so and it was that one trait that sparked the entire idea for McFly's and it just kind of snowballed from there and I'm so glad it did I don't know if you noticed this but I've been uh posting some stuff up top I just love your flies bro oh Jessica you just killed it they're so cool and just I mean little details like the little fast forward uh I think that's it you know the two play buttons right by each other I'm looking at the one right now uh oh Ross you were sharing stuff too sorry that's okay let's bombard it up there with with the McFly stuff I was just posting a bunch of stuff up there so people can see and scroll through uh I'm so glad it it came together and you know it got launched uh during a rough Market you guys are still here and building and making huge moves like what a what a great Testament that is that uh you know I think I've I've found a lot of Silver Linings in the bear Market I don't know about you but one of them is uh just just to show that You know despite markets uh you know heartfelt projects can stay consistent and I don't know that's what I've really found in it and in a bear Market it shines a lot brighter than in a bull market when you're getting a lot of noise around you have a lot of fomo drowning you out and so I think there you know that could be a whole other discussion and by the way tomorrow you're still joining us for the Saturday space correct absolutely oh perfect well then I won't I won't feel bad like for for us or for the community because there's going to be a part two not in the future like long time tomorrow night Ross is going to join us again on the the Saturday inspirational space that I do with Jay and the uh the inspirational nft program so uh man I'm excited about that that's that's going to be so great uh two days in a row we'll be able to kind of piggyback tomorrow and talk about some more but I wanted to see uh a we got chibs and queen I'd love to hear any of their thoughts and questions you guys please feel free to to uh speak any time and then also I wanted to invite Justin and Jessica up and just have a little freestyle no no rush on time I know I said an hour but uh I I do want you guys to present your project and do it however you want to and take your time and post up anything uh but but that would be a great opportunity to hear from Jessica if she's available again I don't mean to put you guys on the spot I just want to let you know that we'd love to hear from from you or anybody that you want uh to tell us about the project uh and again we've we've dabbled and we've talked a little bit about it and uh people are getting the idea but I'd really like just a solid presentation so that everyone knows uh you know I'll cut out you know the the love you lovey-dovey feely good stuff and let's just get down to the nft stuff now and let them have it let's let's hear about the project and I'm so glad Justin came up and uh you guys even if we don't uh get to hear from Jessica please please please find her there in the crowd and uh she's got an awesome McFly of course and give her a follow uh as the artist of this project and also Justin uh one of the founders along with Ross um and I also wanted to point out Ross I've been noticing a lot of cool things with blocks and blocks is is really cool Optimus uh Prime is here in in the audience as well and so if uh if they or anyone wants to give a shout out uh from their perspective and why they have verified you please feel free to come on up uh but again no pressure I just wanted to make point of that I did even post that up top that's so cool to have other uh projects and organizations and companies taking a good look a good hard look and beating it up and saying boom these guys are doing something cool I love that and and uh blocks I've I've got a crush on what you guys are doing so I I definitely uh already looked on your website and I don't know if I did it wrong but I I applied so uh yes Ross I'll turn the time over to you now I'll shut up and uh please just between you and Justin up here and if Jessica wants to come up please tell us what's going on uh I know the mint has already happened but tell people where to go if there's any important dates give us give us all the goods oh all right so uh I wanted to to mention uh before we get more into the project the there is a section in our Discord also that offers uh information on a wearable device uh for treating essential tremors and Parkinson's so if there's anybody you know that has is currently suffering with Parkinson's disease um you can join our Discord and go to the articles of importance are helpful videos to find out more information about it it's called The Tremor reduction device TRD for short um it may still be in clinical trials I'm not quite sure but there is a section on their website that allows you to uh with a prescription from your doctor apply for a device which can then be programmed by your doctor more than likely a specialist who's familiar with them but I'm sure that the manufacturer would send instructions as well it's not a you know advocacy thing it's more of a Freedom of Information thing so I just wanted to let people be aware that there is such a thing um and in the Discord there is a video of it in action um so if you're curious on how it works or or what it looks like whenever it's turned on um there is a video to see it but I digress so um make flaws nfts a collection of 4122 nfts um Back to the Future theme dark our mint price is .07 eighth um we are at last I checked uh MIT number 198 out of 4122 so we're still going strong um we we have a trait Bounty going on which is pinned up to the top um one of our community members which is also a Community member of pandomania has created this amazing flyer for us for this trait bounty um using all the right all the right things in there so basically the trait Bounty goes as follows there are two particular nfts in the collection um they both have DeLorean backgrounds but they have other specific traits uh one of them being the Atlantis tattoo obviously a nod to the Atlantis movie that Michael J fox uh voiced over in and that tattoo is located on the ankle of a McFly um the next nft is also DeLorean background with the camcorder trait which if any of you are familiar with the Back to the Future movies the camcorder um is Iconic in the first one whenever uh Marty McFly was filming Doc Brown with his first uh trial with the time machine I'm looking at my fly right now I did not get the Bounty dang it well it's still yet to be they're still yet to be minted yeah it gets more flies that's all that means they have some some very close and I think there was there was one of the ogs that might have had that trait combination uh for the Atlantis tattoo but uh we applied it for you know in the future because we we started the bounty after that one had been minted and I think it was even minted by by our gnosis wallet for giveaways um but the the very last nft in the collection essentially a prize for for minting out um for helping us ment out um the final nft in the collection will be airdropped three eth a substantial prize and the other two if you met those you'll be air dropped 1.5 each uh per nft so for each of those is a 1.5 eth bounty uh so it's definitely something to look into you know if you want to Mint one and have a chance at winning those those uh those air drops that's definitely something you know that we've been doing trying to promote the trait bounty um so we also have other another raffle going on uh for every 10 minutes um you'll each each wallet address will be put it into a uh one of those pinwheel giveaway things to uh win a free McFly um we have uh three of them that we have to do uh very soon uh we have been slacking on that that's my fault it's been really super busy um but we will we will still run those and we'll run them consecutively um we'll gather the wallet addresses and then and then run them as it is uh we'll be stopping it at uh 243. for the mints so whenever we get to 243 we're going to stop the uh every 10 minutes and and reassess um but that's another one to look out for um if you met you you have a possibility of winning a free McFly from our noses wallet um one thing too about the in real life uh aspect of it we have made our first donation using our mints which at the time of donation was worth about five thousand one hundred and sixty eight dollars

um I think it was 3.17 each at the time which at that was calculated at 65 of our total proceeds as we as we've stated in the beginning um and not long after that we were in an ape spaces and a generous founder was looking for a place to donate um and they donated five thousand dollars through our affiliate link to uh uh Team Fox fundraising page yo who did that that they deserve a shout out bro who did that it was uh it was the founder of hustle hustle nfts wow that's amazing I did not know that yeah and get this oh and get this so uh this one this person would like to be remain anonymous but recently um after our partnership with uh the blocks uh during our space with our informal space with blocks uh someone also donated an additional five thousand so now our total is at fifteen thousand one hundred and sixty eight dollars donated to the foundation yeah holy cow okay hold on so you have just a donation uh opportunity available just straight money yep because why haven't I done that I think I think that's brilliant I mean obviously I guess maybe the reason my mind has blocked that idea is because I guess it's like I want the volume to go in but it's like crap bro the the the mission the goal is the is the goal Parkinson's you know Michael J fox foundation and if someone wants to just give money and skip the nfts I got I gotta rearrange a couple thoughts that's completely blown my mind that's amazing congratulations yep and uh one of the reasons you know and we did this before anybody even said anything uh but there have been a lot of people saying well why don't we just donate directly to the foundation instead of minting an nft um so we have that option um it's on our main web page um if you go to our main webpage www.mcflaus nft.com

um and you scroll down and you see the button for team Fox you click on the team Fox button and it brings you to our fundraising page and in there you can donate with your name or anonymously um directly to the foundation from there well okay but I'm still going to I'm still going to put it out there bro if I had five thousand bucks right now I I think I would like buy a bunch of nfts and give them to people if I'm just doing the money thing because here's how I feel the reason why I you know I got into this because I wanted to give back I could have just given back to pandas International myself saved some stress over this last year but I also wouldn't have had the joy that I've had I also wouldn't have been able to include so many amazing people in this journey of giving back that can also take claim just like with me with you guys holding that nft that fly that I get to show that off and I get to say I've I've I've done it and here's my proof and it also gives me great reason to stick around and be a part of the club the fun The Talk The Help the all of it right and so it's like I I this this is a whole like it doesn't even need a discussion I don't even know why I'm getting into it but it's like I think I would still put it uh into some nfts and like give back to some people in the community with some nfts too I I guess what I'm getting at guys is if you're gonna donate that's amazing holy crap but also please Mint one of their flies also that's such an important cause and we cannot forget about Jessica the artist uh the joy that she receives just from someone liking her art too so this is truly a project where you know my project my artist is phenomenal and I'm so grateful and I love it but you know we went we went for cute and it was like a whole process of like okay what traits do you want we're like oh how about something like this and like Jessica sat down and this came from her heart the artist the ideas the the traits like this is also a very very artistic project too and uh I love hearing from Jessica too because uh the art again I don't want to downplay our my projects are but it's different it's a different art project I went for cute uh and it doesn't have like me behind it my reputation my heart my soul my I get to kind of cop out and be like ah we just went I found a great artist that could produce what we wanted and bada bing bada boom now we got our art Jessica spent hours and hours and hours like putting her heart and soul into this so I I have to say please you guys Mint one of their flies for for people like me honestly go into their Discord read through uh the the channel I was telling you about who we do this for and I want to tell you that you guys having a Discord that alone is a huge utility for people like me that you know five years ago when my mom and I were going through showering my dad and cleaning up all types of fluids from every part of the house because he would escape and disconnect all the important things connected to his body and it was it was a terrible terrible experience it was heartbreaking we'd both cry and our backs hurt and we uh you know it was we didn't have anyone to talk to but ourselves we we literally in my my other family members I'm not putting them down I was just available to help and my mom was too and it was lonely because everyone was just like oh I hope he gets better and it's like oh you have no idea what's happening like it's it it's really really painful and just having your Discord just having that channel again I I wasn't able to like honestly I've even gone to therapy For Heaven's Sake like I cannot tell you just writing that out and knowing that people in the Discord that were possibly going through what I am or did kid and still am that was really therapeutic and that is a huge utility and so even if you haven't experienced Parkinson's or any kind of uh anything close to it uh whether it's even even uh you know uh oh shoot the word uh not Amnesia but then you've got uh oh the word just left my information dyslexia yes and you know you've got just some really terrible things that unless you experience it you don't really quite understand it and so get to know people's stories a little bit and you're you're not just giving back to the person going through it like I said in my little intro it affects everyone around you I I know stories it destroys families it it really depending on how it's handled the financial situation the everything it can really tear people apart and the person suffering uh with the disease is almost they it's unknown to them at that point by the time family can even start fighting and stuff I don't even mean to get into that but it's terrible and I really really want you to know that like giving to a project like this like there there's really very little that I think anyone should have on their mind like am I gonna get a financial Kickback from this like ah please just think about how terrible this these is there's nothing out there there's no one out there that has the answer yet it's completely a mystery still I don't care how many people or articles I read that give like hope to people that have gone through this it's bad it's a bad situation and they're they're trying to figure it out it's really hard one to figure it out and so uh this is the most creative wonderful uh and the fact that you guys are my friends and I know you personally like honestly I don't know what Michael J fox and their Foundation does I'm sure they do amazing things but this is a great great way to show the world that uh everybody can get involved put projects together get money put it towards good causes support artists I mean it's just uh do you see what I'm saying Ross like this is my project too I just I so deeply want it to do absolutely and I so for me you guys meant to meant to fly it would mean the world to me I'm not promising you guys anything other than I I feel good that you you are putting money towards a good cause if you have some money to put towards something this is a great one you guys in the great community that listens and is receptive to to people you know one of the things that that that we did in the very beginning with this project is to let people know that the Discord is open and available for you know doing things exactly like you did sharing your story letting people know what's worked for you what hasn't worked for you in your caregiving Journey um and if anybody that has Parkinson's is able to to join into the Discord and wants to do like a voice chat and talk about things if they you know just need somebody to talk to you know none of us are licensed therapists but we're people and we get that people go through things you know and we understand we may not be in the same shoes but we are very empathetic and you know I'm I've always been the type of person that would consider myself an empath that like when I'm in proximity to somebody whether it's over the fold or in person I mean in person it's a lot stronger but you know just hearing people talk and just hearing the the certain vibratory frequencies in their voice I could just pick up on that and I I instantly put myself in their shoes and how I think they might be feeling I know sometimes it could be presumptuous but uh as a as another human being I thought that that would be an excellent utility uh for people's Mental Health um and as you can see throughout the space people don't think of Mental Health uh as as a utility but it's probably one of the most valuable utilities that you could find in web3 is the the fact that you know you can talk to people um in settings such as this like Twitter spaces uh you know you can do it in Discord you can do it in telegram you know whatever social Channel you choose to do it you can connect with somebody via a project like ours and connect with like-minded people about things that you know about um and that's to me to me that's the most valuable utility and whatever you can get out of a project um is just knowing someone's there that will understand or try to understand um and you know to Circle back what you were saying earlier about uh minting an nft versus you know donating directly to the foundation you know the reason we offered that option for both is because we understand not everybody's going to agree about what we're doing um so you know in the transition for onboarding new people and you know having them understand that we're not here for a cash grab we're not here to to Take the Money and Run per se we're here to offer both options if that's what you so choose but to me the more valuable uh way to do it would be to Mint an nft we would donate the 65 of that you get to keep some awesome art some Timeless art out of Timeless art if I'm catching a turn of phrase there um and you know we could tell you what what could be done with them but only you can decide that you know it's it's totally up to you what you decide to do with the nft um but the possibilities are endless if you really just put your mind to it and understand the value of on-chain tokens represented by art um you know and I'm sure I'm talking to a crowd of people that's that's mostly been in nfts for a while so I'm sure all of you understand the the the concept that I'm coming from with that um you know we thought about the further utility for people trading them so uh it wasn't mentioned yet but after we met out and even before we mint out if it you know it comes to that if we just so happen to have a pickup in secondary value we have a Fail-Safe for that for whenever people trade the nfts we're actually donating 50 of the royalties as well back to the foundation uh now on the secondary sales you know until people decide to trade them for high amounts it's it's depends on the dollar but it's Pennies on the dollar more than they would be getting before that so uh you know we thought of that utility um and the fact that we do have an operating LLC with a 501c3 uh non-profit status um there is the possibility that depending on your tax code and where you live that you could write off 65 percent of your mint purchase on your taxes as it as a tax deduction

because we do you know the blockchain provides receipts um and when you do your taxes with you know softwares like coinly or or something like that you can have proof of your donation and you can use that on your uh tax statements so that that's another thing you know and we could probably have another three or four hour conversation on just about what we're doing and what we plan on doing with the community um but you know we we were wanting to get a little bit more mints before we start making any kind of uh promises more than what we already have to the community because we feel that it'd be unfair to to offer you know more than what we'd be able to to give so that's just something else that we're doing oh well I hope I hope I hope uh you get you get a mentor two or some few tonight ah you guys the Arts just so fun to look at um I've got mine pulled up I've been I've just been staring at it the whole time and it's really really going towards a cause that is bigger and deeper and more problematic than anyone knows until they enter the situation that a lot of people do and it's incredibly uh frustrating to be told well we can give this a shot and to see it do more damage than good and well now we can try this and it's like what is even happening here do they know what's going on and it's like no no they absolutely don't and that's kind of what they tell you up front is like well this is a Tuffy and I don't think enough people know that and even with Michael J fox he you know he he is in a situation where he can afford to go through any and all options and and not everyone has that and I in a sense you know I it's hard to to say what would happen or what wouldn't happen but I I seem to think that a person without his wealth couldn't have made it as long as he has I don't know that is that a terrible thing to say like I I think he he is uh helping people understand the disease but at the same time people think oh Parkinson's uh isn't too bad Michael J fox is is still doing great and it's like well it's it's kind of misleading because the average person can't keep up with it for so many reasons financially even just being one and it can really really turn a person from normal to dead within just years within months and uh I I don't know what are what are your thoughts on just the severity of this disease and what can we do to help people take it more serious and and want to dive in to help this one specifically there's a lot there's cancer there's all sorts of specific types of cancers we can give back to there's a lot of uh good causes out there that uh you know are are going towards good good things but why why Parkinson's

sorry I was doing something on the back end um ah I don't know Justin you wanna you wanna take this one buddy yeah hey guys can you hear me perfect yes and Justin I would love to hear from you as well my friend thank you for being up here yeah man I appreciate you uh hosting the space for us and yeah Ricky uh Ricky Ross the Boss has uh her Buddy Darren likes to call him and a lot of other people I love that Meme for you buddy um yeah he did a great job of just explaining everything and laying everything out there but um real quick I really just wanted to uh rewind and kind of give the brief very brief background on me and kind of where I came from and my perspectives on being a caregiver and things like that it wasn't it wasn't Parkinson's it wasn't a neurodegenerative disease it was my grandmother who was you know her untimely death of lung cancer at the age of 12 when you know there was some other stuff with my parents going on they got divorced we moved in with her it was the whole mess but ultimately you know that's what led me to you know as a 12 year old boy what do you want to do you want to change the world you want to be a doctor you want to help people that sort of thing life got in the way with that and as Ross said earlier uh yeah I have a PhD in Biochemistry and that's just what I've been trying to do in real life for the past 15 20 years of my life as a professional and yeah here I am uh trying to trying to change the world in web 3 and be a non-for-profit organization and philanthropy and charity and I think I don't know if they're still down there there's probably a couple people listening now blocks did an amazing job with a little promo video they did and it was sort of a um Crux of it you know everyone when utility win utility right and I think it was me and Optimist back and forth and in a DM and I was like the utility is the charity it's not just another pump and dump nft project like we the charity is the utility and yes people will say yo why 65 why not 100 you know there's cost acidity with the blockchain technology Etc the lane is you're well aware of all the costs associated with the being a founder of an nft project but beyond that we have so many amazing ideas for roadmap 2.0 and with my background and you know some of the more professional people that I've worked with over the past 15 years like we have we have the ability to make an immediate impact in people's lives but we need the money right we need some money to hold back um you know for that potential of a roadmap 2.0 so to speak so um yeah that's that's a little bit about me and about my background uh Jess I see you down there I'd love to hear from you yes I'm so glad we got Jessica up here as well and Justin thank you for giving us your thoughts I hope you guys can join us tomorrow as well uh it's just it's just the McFly's team so uh another uh hour and that that one kind of spills into an hour and a half so again no rush or anything tomorrow we we do talk about onboarding in that space tomorrow so I think it's perfect you guys are going to be a perfect guest on that space tomorrow because uh I mean you even talked about it tonight uh that's a very specific reason for doing something specific with the donations for specifically onboarding people I love it so uh and it's already changed my thoughts on something so thank you but uh I'm excited about that and I hope you guys can come but yes Jessica welcome and I I would love to hear your thoughts a real quick check out the promotional video up top that the blocks Dow was created for us they did a bang-up job I was looking for that uh that video specifically thank you for putting that up there I love it hi Lane hi Jessica I missed your face and by your face I mean your voice

oh it's so great to have you I'm so glad you uh could come up here I I know you've got your whole your the you yourself Justin you guys deserve your own uh hour as well and just catching up and hearing your stories as well you're so inspiring and but yes please uh tell us anything I it's just fun to hear from you what's up well I first I must apologize I have been in the space the whole time but I had a call and I had an emergency I had to deal with so I didn't hear the last uh maybe 20 minutes but um yeah no I'm um everything's going pretty well um I'm the artist hi that's me and I think we were talking about like just kind of why Parkinson's where did we come from how did we meet all that stuff and I'm sure Justin and loss covered the meeting part but um no I mean my kind of personal investment in it comes from the my brother who I did write about in our Discord but my brother passed in December oh God it's been a year today holy [ __ ] I just realized that it was today oh man okay I'm gonna try not to get emotional [ __ ] I just realized that sorry language Jessica I can't believe well in a lot of ways it feels like it's been so long because like we've we've been doing so much but then it's like it was only a year ago and but yeah he he had Parkinson's was diagnosed eight years prior I think he was right about the eight year mark with Parkinson's with Lewy Body dementia and Parkinson's was more of his kind of secondary illness um they often go hand in hand from what I understand but um it was the Lewy Body it was what was really struggling for him um because you know that's a double-edged sword in and of itself that's something that you know your mind is getting attacked and your body's getting attacked so you're losing motor function you're losing memory you're he would hallucinate he had auditory and visual hallucinations he couldn't sleep very well because he would have night terrors um you know would wake up screaming pretty much every night um and conversing with people who weren't really there towards the end and you know it's he did last kind of the maximum time frame that he was given by his doctors so there is that um you know he fought right up to the very end but you know with these types of patients often what will happen is you know they'll be in a very slow controlled decline that they manage you know with like dopamine and serotonin they just try to keep his his levels as balanced as they can but they tend to hit a point right at the end where they've got about a two-week period after they've hit this wall they kind of fall off this Cliff where it just goes super quick it's really really rapid and you know he went from not being able to really get up anymore to not really be able being able to see anymore and he couldn't speak anymore couldn't feed himself anymore and eventually it's like he literally forgot how to breathe and that was it so it took about two weeks or so for for that process and he died at home so he wasn't in hospice or anything he was at home so I think that was probably a comfort and he had his wife there and his family so you know I think he at the very least knew he wasn't alone he wasn't in a sad hospice situation who's just another patient at and you know these are still coveted days so in a hospice situation I would imagine having visitors could be tricky and you know but he he had everyone around him and for the most part and you know I think for a lot of people it was a relief because it was time it had been time for a minute and as much as it was sad it was it was just time you know his mind wasn't there that wasn't him anymore it was just a shell of a person like it seemed cruel to wish for him to hang on a little longer so you know in a lot of ways I'm glad he's gone and I know that's a shitty thing to say but you know I'm glad that this is over because imagine does that being in that box and being trapped like that I I can't even picture it I can't fathom it so I can't even imagine what it's like to live it um and we recently actually on Labor Day weekend um we did his memorial you know celebration of life thing so I flew home to New Hampshire and we went up to the hill is his mother's side of the family you know they kind of own certain parts of the land in that little town and there's a Hill Called Mayo Hill up behind his mother's house so we all like hiked up there and did the whole ashes spreading thing which to be honest was really awkward for me because everybody's all like crying and I'm one of those people like I can't be I don't exude that sincerity like I try to make everything light-hearted so you know my mom's over here giving a little speech while she's sprinkling ashes and his mom's over there crying and making a little speech and everybody's being all serious and I'm holding my cup and I just like wing it into the grass I'm like go grow some weeds brother like I don't know it's like I I it's how I cope with it because I can't I try to make everyone else feel better that's just my way of coping so even when we did our speeches in the Rec Hall there like I had to tell a funny story that I think shocked my mother I think I embarrassed the hell out of her but that's okay that's my job um but yeah no I mean it's just oh that's hitting me right now that it's today is his anniversary of his death that's I don't even know how I got this far into the day without realizing that I'm not a big anniversary person to be perfectly honest like I don't put a lot of weight in them but oh this one hits a little different so anyway I mean that's where my heart comes from with the project like this you know the artwork yes super fun to do like definitely was not a frustrating job to have it was a long job it was a lot of hours on that job but you know even with every shoelace that I'm drawing and every little Stitch I'm putting in a jacket you know like there's a lot of things that kind of go through your head when you're just drawing something if there's artists in the room I'm sure they can understand you know your your mind has a tendency to sort of compartmentalize and sometimes separate itself when you're drawing something so one half of your brain is focusing on the Stitch you're making and the other half of your brain is wandering around and thinking about things and that was constantly coming back to my brother and then the project and like what it is we were really hoping to communicate with people about and and build a community around and you know hope that the artwork is cool enough that it kind of overpowers the fact that you know this is a charity project so back to what Justin was saying about how you know we would get some [ __ ] from people about well if you're doing 65 why not just do 100 it's like bro because if we did a hundred then that's very obvious that it's a one and done deal you know we're gonna give away the money the Project's gonna sell out or in fact I probably wouldn't it's it's less enticing to sell out a project because you know that there's probably not going to be a second run or a because there's not any money to do it with so the reason we did 65 instead of 100 was so that we could save up some money so that even though it wasn't the main focus of the project initially we could still figure out ways to bring value to the holders um right now it's just I made cool work and you bought it for .07 ethereum and of that .07 ethereum 65 percent of that's going to a charity but that's kind of it and there's admittedly a flooding of such artwork in the space you know is this cool enough to make that worth that .078 because it's not like it's something that they can stake or necessarily make a ton of money with

um so and I'm at a point now where I'm like middle finger to those people if you wanted a hundred percent then go donate a hundred percent I bet you a million dollars that you've never donated to Michael J fox Foundation before but if after this conversation you want to prove me wrong then go do it I've done my job because they're still getting money regardless so um but I know I feel terrible I am rambling right now I know space kitty is down there she's had her hand up for like a hot little minute so I'm let me step back so that she can say hey hey no no like you're okay um first I want to say thank you uh for sharing uh all the details into that I know it's not easy anniversaries suck and you know I know that you're coming off quite um as a very very strong person uh for the way that you're able to process and deal with um you know what had happened um I do know from experience unfortunately uh watching watching that what that looks like with the Lewy Body with the Parkinson's um a very very very close family friend uh last year came down with Parkinson's and um and it was extremely Progressive I it took he was here one day and it seemed like just a few months it was just a few months although it felt it felt like you know instead of half a year it felt like it was for like a week I didn't feel like six months watching him go through the process of just breaking down and um and so like I just want you to know you're very very very strong for being able to talk about that and being able to handle that the way that that you are because what you're talking about watching as easy as you make it sound it's not [ __ ] easy it is not easy to watch it is not easy to witness it's not easy for the person it's not easy for the people who love them um and so the second I want to commend you for choosing um you know this particular thing uh because there are a lot of people who suffer with this and people a lot of people really don't understand what it's like to watch somebody lose uh functionality to watch them lose their cognitive abilities so watch them lose their skill sets and the things that they developed uh you know their thoughts their mind their body you know everything at once it's it's more than just losing your health they lose herself and it's it's quite difficult to watch uh you know especially if it affects you if it's close to you A lot of people I'm very glad most people have no idea what that's like like don't get me wrong I'm thankful most people have no idea what that looks like I'm grateful so much for that um but also you know my heart goes out to you and to your family uh for having gone through that um and continuing to go through it it's not something you know I know if people feel like you know it's oh well it's over at the end but it's not then it never is you know those thoughts keep coming and um you know you keep caring you always care it'll always be there you know those effects will always be there and um so I just want you to know that that you're seeing I see you and I understand what you're going through if you ever need anybody to talk to like feel free to reach out um you're not alone especially today especially today you're not alone um so that's what I wanted to say to that part the next thing I wanted to say is thank you for attacking and going after one of these chronic illnesses and doing something to raise awareness um although I don't personally have that one you know thanking all of my SARS for that I am a I am autoimmune I am autoimmune patient so I have many uh chronic illnesses invisible illnesses and so forth and I know what it's like to live in a body that doesn't quite want to function properly basically ever or in any way pretty much and so I love what you're doing with this uh so I had to just jump up and say something because I think it's beautiful also I really like the art I think that's cool you have Mad Skills girl you got mad skills that's all I really wanted uh that was it and anyway you guys have the floor back um that's all I wanted just to say very quickly um but yeah thanks for having me I actually wanted to introduce space kitty um I she's had uh I I know um who was it Justin said that he doesn't have the personal experience from the Parkinson but the autoimmune or something new reference and uh she's had an extensive history of autoimmune I I think of 99 is the right the autoimmune issues I don't think I have anything left but if I have and it came from the secondaries and had had mycoplasma I had a interstitials this you know once you get out of me and it starts attacking your systems but I changed certain things and stuff so I think I overcame most of it but I'm being a nurse uh Louis body I've seen it goes very very very fast and I uh I've been a hospice nurse and I've dealt with the families where um you know helping them and walking them through and preparing them to go through the seasons of life it is a season of life it comes differently for all of us and and uh so what you guys are doing it's very commendable and definitely thank you so much oh thank you Queen thank you space kitty those were such nice words both of you just uh spoke and honestly you both of you just have the sweetest voices and I could listen to you guys like tell me bedtime stories those you guys have nice voices so sweet you can just feel uh you're very loving people just through your voices uh I have to Echo what you were saying space Kitty uh Jessica I cannot believe it's been only one year and I think the reason I I've been thinking that is because of your strength like space kitty was saying you're so damn strong with this I I've got five years under my belt and honestly I have to like I've I've mentally prepared for tonight I haven't shed any tears but I think it's because I've put myself in podcast mode and I've got my legs crossed and I'm you know trying not to focus on things too hard I'm trying not to cry because honestly uh five years feels like yesterday I cannot believe it's been one year and you are as strong as you are talking about it the way you do and the action that you've taken just like space kitty said you've you've attacked it you've gone after it and man I'm really blown away that you've done everything with this project within that amount of time and that is really just such an amazing thing to do for your brother I I I'm gonna feel proud tonight that we we did this and tomorrow and I'm I'm going to continue to do everything I can to always uh talk about you with my friends and I'm planning on having my family mint uh your nfts to tell them about it and so I I will do everything I can to support you guys but I just I will never ever be able to do what you've done Jessica for your brother uh in in doing this project it's really phenomenal and I know that he he is extremely proud and thankful and families like me and people like me were were just really uh thankful that you know you are a strong enough person to do something like this when I've I've taken five years to catch my breath you know what I mean

and so I I really uh give you a big hug today especially uh it's every year it it's it just goes really fast and here I am five years later and it still hits me like a ton of bricks uh whenever my mom calls me and she goes you know what day it is today right and I think I mentally block it out or something I I don't like to put it down in a calendar uh that that messes with me and so I I just kind of mentally block it out so I kind of even understand you kind of realizing whoa today's the day I don't know I I don't like to like celebrate that day every time it comes around I know I I get a lot out of it and I think about my dad but I don't know preparing for it thinking about it the day I don't know it's it ah yeah I kind of just understand how uh the date just kind of snuck up on you so my heart is really with you Jessica today and I just love you a lot and I'm really proud and uh of what you're doing and I really look up to you so so much no you guys I was doing so good I wasn't I was almost gonna cry and I was like I'm good I'm good I'm good and then space kitty God damn it you're just your voice and just what you were saying like I'm over here just blubbering like a freaking child and and then Queen like like this is why I love these spaces because it's not about projects it's not about money it's not about making you know nft projects go to the moon and all that like these are just people being really real and you know bonding over something that has nothing to do with money you know and grief is as strong bonding agent um that I don't know if people can always appreciate it for what it is you know I tend to be somebody who will when there's a crisis you know I jump into I don't do a lot of The Grieving you know on the outside I jump into problem solving mode um shoulder hugger person like I I jump into go be what everybody needs you to be right now and yeah and you're able you're able to kind of even uh add your humor in there and kind of I try to lighten it that's nice powerful strength I think just getting work done sometimes it's just like I'm gonna go get the dishes taken care of or I'm gonna go if you need me to order some food for this thing I'll take care of it like I want to make everybody else's life easier so that they can just do deal with their emotions the way they need to and that's how it was when I was up there too you know it was really hard for my dad that he was actually when this happened my other brother when I have two um the younger brother I'm sorry the older brother was in the hospital at the same time he had been admitted to the ICU with pretty severe encephalitis and it was really touch and go and they you know my dad was faced with a moment where he thought he was going to lose both sons probably within 24 hours of each other and I can't as a parent you know he's in his 80s now my dad but you know as a parent I can't imagine the idea of losing one child let alone two and unfortunately that that older brother didn't pass he he got through it and it was really messy um I don't think they still really know what caused it but he's kind of off and on steroids all the time because when he's not on them the swelling and inflammation all comes back they think he maybe had had a stroke at one point and didn't necessarily know it because when they did a brain or MRI or CT scan what have you they found what that they thought was a brain tumor um and then they biopsieded it and they found out it was just necrotic tissue so they thought you know the size of your thumb so they're thinking he likely had had a stroke in that part of the brain that may have killed off the tissue around it and then later like a year or two later really it might have gotten infected or caused these other issues and I still don't think they figured it out but he's okay um he's going to have a long recovery but you know he's got at least he can speak again and he's he's at home and he's doing PT and and they're just trying to manage the whole steroid thing because that's like a whole nother um side of gross but you know he didn't know so when Jeff did pass they didn't tell him because they were worried because of the the way the swelling was at the time that if they even caused the littlest bit of like blood pressure spike that it could be bad it would like cause an implosion of some kind so the doctor kind of warned him like you know let's get him a little bit more stabilized before you drop this news so it was I think the second or third day when we finally told him and he was upset rightfully so I mean he was he got it later but he was upset at the time but nobody told him his brother had passed and I just I can't imagine the trip that this what this does to somebody's head and this seems to just be my pattern whenever there's a crisis even in crypto communities like even this other one that I'm in right now they're dealing with a little bit of Crisis and I go into Comfort mode I want to let me call this person let me talk to this person let me you know support them if they're being wrongfully accused let me like how can I help the situation because that's if I don't do those things I'm going to sit around and drive myself crazy speculating or you know wondering or just being useless because I had nothing to do with what happened and I don't like that I don't like feeling useless and I know other people don't like feeling useless either so it's like okay let's do something you know so I guess that's why I picked well I was thinking about the nft project already sort of had Parkinson's on the mind and it was only like three months later I think and then it was just that that say it in every space that one little pair of power laces on Justin's funky fly nft and it's like that's it it's Parkinson's it's Back to the Future it's Michael J fox Foundation like obviously how did he how did it even take us three hours to come up with this which is a really short amount of time but we were just like it just it was boom spelled out for us and oh it's perfect everything it really does just come together really nicely everything oh man it's perfect really does and even launching when we did a lot of people were like what is wrong with you why would you launch right now and we're like because it doesn't we're not money driven we're just collecting the donation we don't care if it takes a long time we don't care if it takes a year or two you know in fact I think bear markets are really better times to launch some of these things get that base like base level bottom ground pricing gets holders in slowly like you're not hyping it up like crazy you get these holders in slowly the token amounts get spread out a little bit more evenly more people are able to get those larger numbers because they're not fighting a candle jumping on the chart every 10 seconds and then causing these massive sell-offs on these crypto projects and same with some of the nfts that are launching you know and they're selling out in 10 minutes and that's I think really hurting the web 3 space because that's the expectation that's what people are looking for and we need to create some kind of a stability start training people about looking into worthwhile projects that are gonna do something and maybe that something isn't necessarily make you money but it's doing something yeah if you make some money cool like I'm not knocking making money but you know I that's so I'm thinking I don't know I feel like a bear Market is a great time to launch a project because you're going to have much more loyal holders because they've been forced to kind of step back and be patient and they've got those Bottom Dollar prices so you're not fighting you know this massive initial pump then it falls like 200 300 000 and then clawing trying to just get back up to where you may be bought than that pre-sale or you know in the first hour or two of trading and it's the same damn pattern over and over and over again and people just keep doing it so you know I'm from I'm in for the long game honestly well I'm so glad to hear that mentality from you I'm excited to hear what space kitty has uh to say again yeah so um actually I was hoping um in light of this being you know something based around education and awareness uh and raising that um I was hoping I could share a couple of quick facts about a lot of inflammation diseases uh including Parkinson's things that people have no idea are affecting their life uh because it nearly killed me to be exposed um so uh you know I call them fun facts but they're not really that fun but they are fun if you know them in time for it to actually make a difference in your life or the life of a loved one then it's really fun to know that because it's you know life-changing potentially um a lot of people don't know this the medical profession professionals are not going to tell you unless they're natural path doctors in which case if you're allowed to have those where I am they're illegal but if you're allowed to have naturopath doctors they will definitely tell you to check for environmental toxins so water damage buildings which is most of our old buildings now at this point and a lot of our cities a lot of our houses have been sitting here for quite some time and they're made of organic material we've got drywall we've got wood you know all these things are very our organic material we have mold in our air right we know that there's mold in all the air inside and outside that's a normal thing unfortunately for the way that we especially in America build our homes out of the wood in the drywall these are organic materials that mold feeds on so as soon as we have any kind of water damage that's a leak that's a busted pipe it's a spill that's a crack in the roof that's a house settling something split when you get water right water damage is super easy to get the problem is is that it allows for mold to colonize now not all mold is super toxic however unfortunately for us the vast majority of the ones we end up with are extremely toxic um so the this particular thing leads to more health issues and More Boots on incline if you look at the rise of autoimmune and other invisible illness it's rising up at the same time as mold is rising up in our country it's not being talked about no one's talking about why is everyone getting suddenly so [ __ ] sick right no one's talking about it well this [ __ ] almost killed me and so I'm really lucky I'm here really really really lucky you guys have no idea how much money millions of dollars my insurance okay trying to keep me alive while we figured out what was wrong uh which I had to solve myself because no one tells you to figure it out right and no one tells you how to figure it out they just simply treat you well because we're talking about Parkinson's I feel inclined to let you know that mold has now been linked to some versions of Parkinson's they found a link there's a very particular chemical but a very particular mold that comes from water damaged buildings but it's all and it can trigger Parkinson's just like it triggers autoimmune diseases and other blood related anything your body can't hold it pay essentially within the autoimmune system or within the immune system within the body so it can definitely trigger Parkinson's with that it also causes Strokes ah hi I'm my real name is Tiffany and I've had a mini stroke and it sucks I woke up with a whole different accent it was not fun because it affected my language centers but I've got my Tennessee Mountain girl like Vibes back I guess for now um but it will end up there for for six months I thought she was Aussie yeah yeah it was better I sounded like I was from like a mix of New Zealand and Australia because it affected my vows I woke up and I didn't recognize myself I was like this is not good this is not good everyone thought I was faking it until I went to the doctor and they're like holy [ __ ] you had a stroke and I'm like I did I was confused because you know I had a stroke so I didn't know what was going on and then I was being pushed around in a wheelchair and they were screaming show colors it was it was terrifying uh but anyway that's just one of many things I had to have numerous surgeries but what I learned through that is that while we're spreading education about what do these symptoms look like in people it's equally if not more important to also make sure that we're spreading how are these things happening to humans what is going wrong in our food in our diet in our environment in the way that we function the way that we sleep or we don't you know how much water are we intaking like where are we malfunctioning to cause ourselves to have these problems that we don't really see in other species right we do see some degree of problems but we're not seeing like all the parents come down with you know lupus you know what I mean like that's not happening you know why they're going out in the sun they're sleeping regularly the things that they're eating are not being mass produced and you know and we already have problems with our rain coming down and having all the pesticides from previous years of white so much Roundup going in our food but you know our souls are not being turned so the plants don't have their natural medicine so if you're not taking vitamins please get some good vitamins they're not expensive if they make you throw up like they do me you get the gummy ones that is a great start in a house where there is mold it's really important to note only 25 percent of people that's one in four one in four will actually get deathly ill from it or come down with mold toxicity potentially I am very fortunate it was me people like oh my God poor you for going through that I'm like no bro thank God I have kids thank God it was me you know like no I'm glad it was me thank you uh no pity party needed here I'm good like I'm smart enough to deal with it and my kids didn't have to right like exactly we had to throw everything we owned away that really sucks um and if um but what I'm getting at is that if you or someone you know if you're coming if you have someone coming down with something very very serious or multiple rare diseases or even just one really bad rare disease you're seeing seizures you're seeing stroke you're seeing things that are abnormal and it just seems to come on um no one else in the house necessarily has to have it or maybe another person in the house does it's always a really good idea so go ahead and get your air tested so there's two things I want to share about that very quickly and I promise I'll make this fast but I feel like this can save lives and I think that's why you're here um so first thing is that if you have homeowners or renters insurance on your home oftentimes in the small print and they're not going to tell everybody this but I will because it ain't my damn company going to go under the water now I didn't write these Clauses see I just read them um they will help oftentimes they'll come test the home for free and also if they'll help pay for the remedy I would like you to know you or anybody else I don't know how many people I've heard say I live with mold and it's fine no baby you're just not sick yet or maybe you just don't realize it yet but it makes sure it makes you allergic to everything you eat it attaches to the things in the air runs through your gut lining it causes inflammation in the body eventually breaking that down trust me you don't want to wait until you're stuck on steroids for the rest of your life because those two eat holes in your body steroids are not good for you you can't quit them suddenly like they're hard to get off of I was lucky to get off those they told me I'd be sterile dependent for the rest of my life and I said I can't do these things keep almost killing me from adrenal insufficiency um so those are the things I want to share with you because I think if we can make sure we are raising awareness about environmental toxins and their profound link to this and dementia Dimension Alzheimer's have been linked very highly already to mold and environmental toxins we see no one talking about that why because that's an expensive thing to talk about right that's a really expensive thing to talk about and so I thought since we're here in the space um that I would share that with you and I appreciate you guys for taking the time to listen it's something I'm obviously extremely passionate about because I don't know I figured it out these doctors look nothing I wouldn't be here you know so um just literally a few years ago so um that was a several year-long battle and I've managed to come out on the other side so if you are sick know that it is possible you cannot I don't care what they tell you there is no cleaning your stuff and keeping it I really hate to tell you that everything goes in the trash and you move that is the solution if you want to live that's why I lived and didn't die when they thought I was going to whereas a lot of people have a lot of people have died because they take their stuff with them it keeps making them sick so you do have to get rid of most everything jewelry and glass I was able to keep those things can be clean but even if you dry clean something that's cloth unfortunately the second it gets moist the mold does come back mold when you kill it with bleach it leaves behind the film so it's it's survival mechanism its goal is to live and survive just like you and I it leaves behind the film it gets wet it gets reactivated grows new mold although you killed the mold on the surface it does leave that in um behind there so those are the things I would like I wanted to share with you guys while we were on the topic of neurological malfunctions and body malfunctions illnesses chronic illnesses there's severe illnesses so that maybe maybe it might help somebody here you know the same act it did to me so that's what I wanted to share thanks guys for listening thank you I am going to get my air tested for sure oh my gosh that was really good information I saw Queen had her hand up and queen uh before I forget I wanted to uh get out YouTube space space kitty for going through what you've gone through wow what a story and thank you for sharing that with us and queen thank you for uh sharing that you've worked hospice and man I really my heart goes out towards anybody working in hospice we had nurses coming and helping with us with my dad and they go through a lot of Heartache as well they they it's hard for me to think that they don't take a lot of that home it's got to be hard not to take some of that home with you and let it weigh on you so uh I just wanted to tell you that Queen thank you for doing what you do as well and I saw you had your hand up so go ahead yeah and a lot of the people I think sometimes don't know the hospice is something they don't have to go to the institution for they don't have to go to nursing home hospital they can there can be an inpatient hospice that is 100 covered the hospice is covered 100 at home and uh I'm currently doing it for my mom right now because my mom doesn't speak the language and so uh so you know she was to get some the the care and stuff they will they mean it's an underwear I made the call to the doctor to come and help me with the relief because I do it's called the respite care where they can relieve you and stuff but with the space kitty and I uh I I know we she's she's at a much extensive history and story than me I think I caught on early on and we went to the net I went to naturopath and there is certain they each everyone should get basic panel from the naturopath doctor because your regular doctor first like she said that they don't they they're not going to acknowledge that you have something they're not going to do the right test first of all to to determine what you have but if they do then that costs money and now uh you know and then that and they're gonna push drugs and they're gonna push more drugs to Band-Aid more drugs and two banded more drugs and and so that's that's only a bad news but through the naturopath and um doing the yoga and the meditation and did the uh intermittent fasting I took intermittent fasting to 20 hour window so it did completely 180 degree lifestyle change going back to Roots so eating and everything and I basically probably have one to five percent system issues left but there is a basic test that everyone can get done by the nature path and one of the and they all the nature path kind of run um pretty in sync with with what panels to do depending on what your symptoms are and if one thing leads to other that they'll run more tests on you but I think that's very important because they check they see your whole system they they check you they test you as your whole system they're not gonna you know if your finger is bleeding and they're not gonna separate your finger from your entire body and only going to bend it your finger

check you as a whole person because you are a one person and everything is correlated so that's what I wanted to say and and definitely Jessica um you think I have your coping mechanism and sometimes when I'm keeping busy I have to so you are definitely very very strong but still staying strong for other people sometimes does genital on you and I have to ask myself why am I keeping myself busy what am I avoiding what am I running away from what do I do to deal with right now

sometimes sometimes that is that is the reason for me I'm not saying that it's for you but um yeah um

you know for me um when I lost my dad it took me two years to even acknowledge I did not even want to acknowledge and once it hit me it was kind of but and that's when like when I dealt with it my doctor told me to like I was internalizing hospice too much I needed to make a person and he's the hospice and go to a lighter side of the care and I went to the management side and I believe the hospice behind the girls I was fully Parton and I was like impact and thinking with them even though I I did not think I was doing that but I wasn't kind of like networking

and well I I'm sure I just look up to all of you guys you guys have been through a lot and uh what you guys are doing to help man it's just it's really exciting

and uh I I did want to hear from Chiefs if if uh he's here and available sheeps are you there my friend

okay what's up dude how are you how how uh what's going on in sheeb's life and I'd like to get your thoughts on McFly's

oh man uh okay well first off I have been kind of getting uh tomorrow's dinner prepared and also watching the bowls while in the space so I haven't heard everything so I'm a terrible co-host um be honest with you I'm a terrible co-host um but uh yeah so what's up bro what's happening

at least Chiefs is honest that's amazing I love that I'm not gonna sit here and Bs

because I just got so baked and I'm like dude what do I want to eat in like an hour and then what do I want to eat tomorrow like dude I just

so like and then I was I was listening to you guys too uh but yeah so um no I'm here bro you were not listening there is no way in hell you were actually listening

no my phone's been right next to me the whole time I promise you I've been carrying it with me and that might be true but you are definitely not listening sir I love you I hope you I hope you've been well yeah leave it to leave it to me it's best Kitty to call you out whatever else I wanted to say okay hold on hold on hold on you lost your window you lost your video can I finish please no no hold on ask me hold on so I'm doing well um I've been in the spaces a couple times and it's funny because um yesterday I was in the space and if you saw my message dude I messaged you and I was like bro I'm in the space I'm in speaker why is nobody talking like why is it silent like what is going on you you missed you missed the music uh you must have you must have missed the music happening well I saw that no what I heard music when I first got in and then it stopped and then it was just silent oh I I actually came back it must have been like the five or ten minute window uh but yeah no I'm I'm testing something that's all no it was quiet here's the thing it said silent it said silent chill space and I have never been a part of one of those so I asked Queen about it today and she told me it's like yeah like you would come in and like the host might be playing music or whatever or just like chilling like and you just pin yourself up top and I was like well what in the hell cause I was in the space dude I'm sitting here like I was sending you emojis and stuff I'm like bro like I can talk I was I was coming back from picking up my kids there was the music stopped but yeah uh I've been playing some Lo-Fi jams bro no that was that's cool I didn't know Queen told me that those silent chill spaces exist bro I literally came in and I was like what is going on bro like I will talk but you had to saw muted which makes sense because it was a silent chill space

ah Jeeves I love you bro uh hey uh Ross you got your hand up what's up my friend

so I wanted to I wanted to tell everybody um being that this space is such an awesome space and everybody here is so awesome I uh I meant to the McFly and I want to give it away in this space what what oh my gosh that's amazing Ross holy crap thank you I haven't made a post for it yet but I just wanted to announce it to everybody so we can maybe keep the space just a little bit longer make make the uh make the post and have some people retweet it out and tag some some people that they know hey that's fine with me yeah I I think uh no one's gonna have a problem with that holy crap that's awesome thank you Ross Queen what's up oh yes um you might have run into space kitty through donkey kicks because she was doing their AMS bases so she she's very passionate about mental health space especially the neurodivergent so if you plan the mental health spaces you can also coordinate with her she's very knowledgeable on the subject Queen when I see you speaking with your new red panda I just picture it having tin foil as a hat instead

all right did you eat Edibles or did you smoke I don't know which one was it was it Edibles were smoking

coffee

and then I do like once in a blue moon not like for any specific reason I just prefer smoking like I just research prefer smoking this like straight up but it's what I prefer

okay I was just checking I just I needed to know since I was gonna try to reach your level and even though the appropriate uh path

to get to 10 full hat Panda like that's that's what I'm trying to get I'm trying I'm trying to get to that level ipfp my panda should have red eyes with a blunt in its mouth or something like that's why my name is Steve's like Chiefs Chivan Chiefs like like no I thought it was like cheese spilled like really wrong to be honest like I had no idea I was like yeah I don't know I'm not gonna ask all this time but it's like it's under cover how long has it been that's just not done you know I'm dyslexic it just looks like cheese and there should be in there somewhere I don't know I can't help it it's just I did it so that the DEA can't find me and says you can't

if anybody comes looking I'll tell them boating accident all the way for sure yep that's what I'm gonna go with just so you know so we can be on the same page

panamania are you gonna let this happen you're gonna let these two absolutely amazing obviously

we love you that's our favorite thing to do is play with you but yeah listen Bros and just stand up and put our foot down nope that's never in the history of ever been a good idea

you know what sometimes it feels good to do sometimes you have to go to bed feeling good on the couch is that where you have to go to bed if it's on the couch and you feel like you won the battle this morning do you feel good about it then it was worth it all right well you I hope you love your sofa in your pillows and I hope you create your bong from right where you're sitting at on your sofa because obviously when you lay in there a lot

laughs I cuddle with my bong but I let the water out first so that way it doesn't dump all over me oh that's sad because if you horse hives it sounds like you are you could wake up and thank you urinate on yourself and that would be hilarious so I vote you leave the water in there um wow yeah it would be so funny why why not if

hands I would take it out of you and then I would put the bong water on you I would at least take it out of their hands first okay I don't know what you just said but I just heard you would take your I saved the closed captioning apparently heard that you would take your hands out of me and I can't figure it out that's what closed captioning says right now so that's what I said everyone in this damn room are you sure because if you said that during the public Space cheats on company oh my God I should have screenshot that that was awesome cheese

it definitely did what messed up that is far from what I said captioning is gonna get you in trouble James yeah what in the hell dude that is so far from what I mean okay well apparently not according to Twitter search oh my space case and I'm gonna stop talking right now Panda back me up dude you know that is so far from what I said I I can attest that was not what was said he's supposed to say nope that's what he said that's what you're supposed to say that's what he said you know I'm like means this Kitty and let's see how long it's staying quiet or last

so that was interesting uh

I posted the Tweet up top all while laughing at what was going on here

um so yeah that's the one that I'm giving away um if anybody wanted to check it out it has the uh faux pas Pepsi bottle that we're not going to call Pepsi because of trademark reasons and it has the old western uh pullover that Jess's designs ever so perfectly with the California Out of Time background I like to call it Pepsi

that works I like it

oh that's awesome make sure it said on the end Pepsi yeah there you go you guys hop on that that is really awesome uh Ross for you to sweep that and uh give that out to someone and I hope I hope some other people can scoop up some flies I would really really love to hear uh someone doing that and posting on on their Twitter that they did that that would be really exciting and uh I am excited to find out who wins that and I've also got a winner for my giveaway and uh I will I'll give you just a couple brief little announcements here from the pandemonious side to give you a little bit of time to get entered on Ross's giveaway up there and I'll leave you hanging just just for a second on the winner so I've got the winner drawn there in the room but uh this is a great month to have a panda because each month we are rotating through our three collections for our free trip with airfare giveaway for two we're doing that every single month this month coming up is for the panda collection last month it was the bamboo buddies and Tuck uh won that that's really exciting and we're talking the DMS about uh his options what he's gonna do with it so this month coming up it's back to the pandas and so uh make sure that you get a panda this month get entered and again if you have a panda then that's just one of our our giveaways we got a bunch of giveaways and uh you know we kind of tell you which which collection they're for but if you own one of each of our three collections you'll always be able to hop in on all the giveaways so uh this month it is the panda collection so a free panda is like it's a great month to get it don't sell it yet make sure your holder at least wait till the end of the month before you sell you want to get a chance at that free vacation other big announcements we have uh no you know what I I'm I'm gonna go off on tangents and start talking too much and that's not the point of this space so this is uh all about Roth and all about mcflies I'm going to get back to that here I go reading a freaking giveaway and I go off on tangents okay uh winner for the giveaway today is my dear friend Conquest that's really exciting I was chatting with conquest and this is karma in action you guys it it always works like this it's crazy uh Conquest was telling me sorry to call you out like this Conquest but it's a good thing he's always telling me like yo I want to help this buddy out yo I got this buddy I want to help him out he's always wanting to gift people and like uh it's just good this is a good win because again just today just today he was talking about wanting to gift a buddy and those are like magic words to me to my ears so congrats Conquest that's a very deserved win I don't know of anyone that is out there uh talking about our sneakers like you are either so I'm I'm really excited about that so yeah uh other than that I've I've got nothing else and I would like uh Ross if you would feel free to do your giveaway and just kind of wrap up with any closing thoughts and then uh yeah we'll go ahead and wrap up the space my friend before I start my closing I want to know how I can make my Jason bamboo buddy 3D yo you've got the Jason don't you yeah yeah I've been getting offers for like .22 for it and I'm like nope you ain't getting it bro I've been watching those offers on those legendaries and it's it really warms my heart no one's like and again if someone takes an offer like do it I I you guys know how I feel I'm always gonna like give people that that guilt trip but honestly I love seeing volume too but those are good offers on those legendaries no one's taking them it's pretty exciting yes I want to make it 3D yeah let's chat yeah hit me up in the DMS and let's chat for sure awesome what's up conquest yeah before we let you wrap up let's hear from Conquest yo appreciate you brother appreciate the love you always show you know you know I love the family but I was just talking to Dutch about you when I was in the space a little bit ago and um he told me to tell you he said hey and big love but bro I I just got through like getting ready to send um somebody a nft and then I won so that's really crazy how that just happened that's what I'm saying bro you you're out here giving and Twitter picker man Twitter picker hates me and uh I feel like I'm trying to put in them Karma points but it paid off for you today Twitter picture loved you and you deserved it it was just exactly what I was saying but you're always gifting people your karma Bank must be big I I I I guess it is if y'all say it I really appreciate it and it's been a really beautiful space tonight I've been in here the whole time listening to everybody in our story so I also wanted to say that too I love that and hey we're we're gonna be uh picking it back up tomorrow with McFly's and uh the space tomorrow again we we talk about onboarding and and more nft specific stuff but I also like to get some inspiration so you guys are just the perfect project for tomorrow's space as well if you haven't tuned into those spaces it's really just a simple format we have an hour where we chit chat but uh we we like to kind of gear it towards onboarding web to web3 so your Project's just going to be perfect and we can kind of piggyback and keep going and Conquest thank you for coming up here I love uh love love love your support and your uh just out there every day I'm checking your Instagram stories and it's just as a project Creator to have people on board that love the vision and love the community and participate like you do it uh and you're always like ah bro I'm sorry for bugging you again it's like no this is a dream come true like honestly you don't you don't understand having community members that give a [ __ ] is honestly so rewarding and amazing and uh I you know you don't feel alone you got people that care with you and checking in so never yeah I told you I told you when I got into this project that I was solid I'm not going nowhere and I stand on that I ain't going nowhere bro and you ain't gotta worry about me leaving well you're you're an amazing Community member I am really excited for any other community uh that that is lucky enough to have you as a supporter and man yeah thanks for coming up here I love I don't have that uh opportunity often to have a winner come up so I'm going to try to do that more often thanks for doing that that was fun and uh Roth I think uh with that my friend uh I'll turn the time over to you you can do your winner and kind of give us some some closing thoughts and Rapid wrapping up uh thoughts and I really want to thank you and your whole team for coming up here and queen and Chiefs and conquest and space kit space kitty I I keep almost saying space kitten so I'm sorry if that ever slips out I just I've got so many cats and two of them I call my kittens and so I just use that word a lot I apologize okay a lot of people call me spacekin that's okay this is awesome Chiefs what's up my friend well be careful she's not a kitten she's more like a lioness okay um but um projects and shitty does and then I need to rip onto pieces because they don't know how to do business analysis and then I have to go in and like shred them and then put them back together so that I don't think I'm gonna ask so I have to rebuild their project like if that's the only time like for the most part I'm really nice like

like I said she's a lioness um but um if you're going to close down do you mind if I post our space up top and you're more than welcome oh you stole my surprise I was gonna even say that because I know okay I was gonna I was gonna invite you to join and even if you don't want to speak you could just be a listener and just chill for sure bro yes that's the I'm always anytime you guys join me on these like that's always like my go-to I know you guys always have the rocking parties going on you guys are always where where it's at so well you can tell people to follow you this is a random space that I literally uh decided to do right before I saw you were doing a space so I kept pushing the time back like originally I think it was at like 9 45 and then um this space kept going so I kept pushing it back now it's not it's not till 10 30. but I'll put it up in the nest how long this space was going to go so I pushed it back to 10 30. but yeah that's perfect and and maybe maybe even started early uh once we wrap up here I'll play a little music people can hop over there yeah you can do that

I'm probably gonna be joining my wife and kid for a Friday night little comfy movie uh so I might not make it but I'll I'll uh hop in there and and listen if I can well like I said I mean if you like even just on your computer or whatever um you're more than welcome to join in this sitting speaker or whatever the case is you know and just chill I love it and you guys I did I even did a panda space with chibs and queen just on how amazing they are and their spaces and how they uh treat their guests and they're just it's it's yeah you guys should hop over to Chiefs and queen uh to their space once we wrap up here that's perfect thank you for bringing that up I was going to anyways chibs you stole my nice my Nice Guy Moment it's fine bro because I wanted to say that mostly honestly like 99.9 because I wanted you to know so like after you were done hosting you can come just and not have to help I love that well I'm definitely gonna hop in there if I don't come up the speaker just know I'm I'm uh family time and I'm I'm dead you know you know just the balancing and I I'll uh I'll try to make it as often as I can anytime you guys are having a space so for sure thank you brother we'll keep our we'll keep our pandas on too so don't worry about it um but yeah I just um like I said I want to let you know so that way I know you're gonna have family time and stuff but if you want to just come sit and speak her or whatever and just chill like you're more than welcome that's all I appreciate it thank you sir Ricky has their hand up yeah Ross I think it's I think it's your time to wrap us up and uh give us your closing thoughts and I just want to say thank you before before you wrap us all up I I love you brother uh thank you for doing what you're doing uh thank your whole team Jessica Justin everybody all the community I love what you're doing and thank you so much for doing this tonight I look forward to tomorrow to uh carry on absolutely so I have a winner uh we had the exact amount of retweets we needed to to pick uh and the winner is doki

yeah doki's been in my community recently and is a really really great energetic uh really Positive Vibes always coming in and sending great positive messages that's awesome awesome Doki congrats yeah he's he's they've been they've been commenting bless up and definitely been bless up that's dope yeah bro I've been saying that back to him without him even saying it now foreign so just uh go uh I followed gave you a follow uh shoot me a DM with your uh eth address that's uh you know that can accept nfts um and I'll be setting you your McFly over very shortly as soon as I finish with the closing remarks so I wanted to just express my gratitude for you opening up the space for us Lane it it really means the world to me and like to be honest you're probably one of my top three people in this entire space that I can say that I trust wholeheartedly and those other two are just Justin and Jess so like I I can't even begin to express my gratitude for what you're doing for for us and and all the help that you've had all the help that you've given us and how you mentioned a McFly on the Fly list whenever we launched and shared your story with us in the Discord server and I I truly love the energy that you bring to the space and the positivity that you spread everywhere um and I I'm actually super stoked about joining the inspirational space tomorrow because I'm one of those kind of people that likes to find inspiration and anything because I find that it's it's one of the things that helps keep keep my mind off of the negativity in the world today and you do an excellent job at at exuding positivity and I can't say it enough I really can't um and I just want to give a shout out to everybody in the space today that joined and gave us the time uh to listen to what we had to say um you don't have to admit if if you if you're not in a good Financial place it's not it's not about that but if you were to give the mcflies account a follow and just you know like and retweet things that we post out um that that could go a really long way um to to close out though I just wanted to say thanks again I know I repeated myself like two or three times but I'm just I'm just so I feel so loved I really do like in in this space right now like everybody has made it so comfortable and made it very open and authentic um and I really do appreciate that um but I guess I'll I'll end it right there I I don't know if Justin or Jess wants to say anything before uh but I think uh I think that'll be it for me I'll just say lean I love you and I've already made some new friends and I thank you for that and I thank you for always being so sincere in these spaces like there's no question at all that you know you love us and you're here for us and the feeling is mutual buddy you know and we have got to surround ourselves with people like that you know this is I personally feel like it's the only way we're going to make it through the space like we have got to find these like-minded people who share our values like this and I'm going through a hard time right now and you know these conversations have been kind of my safe space even though it's kind of a stressful environment and run through right now it's still a safe space in these spaces because I can be real I can get emotional like I've gotten I think Wayne has heard me cry more than once but you know I am not embarrassed or ashamed to do that where I might be in a different group you know and that's not something that goes unnoticed and I I hope that more people can find appreciation where there's sincerity and genuinity and honesty in this space where there just seems to be precious little of it so thank you everybody for that oh thank you guys those were really perfect closing remarks and I want to remind everybody that these are recorded I am actually placing them on official podcasts so I'm gonna get this recording out with a giveaway it'll be perfect for tomorrow with another giveaway for that space we'll get some some more people in that and get people hearing this recording because this was a real gem not just because of uh Ross and Jessica and Justin and McFly's but we got some really great commentary from Queen and from space kitty and uh even sheebs uh even though he he was busy we always get some great commentary out of him and Conquest coming up thank you but yeah just some really really great thoughts and some good education from space Kitty thank you for telling us about that I actually had a flood in my basement and I've been thinking about that a lot recently so uh really good info information and achieves is also going to have the space right after this so Chiefs you want to give us one last hoot off for that so I feel like I didn't bring much of the space since I was busy um but here's the one thing that if you take nothing from this space or I mean I haven't said anything worth value in this space but if you think one thing from me um it is definitely that you I mean me personally I buy into Community is not projects I buy into the founders uh the people that are buying into the project with me um everything like that because that tells you a lot like if if I'm buying into a project with a bunch of new people that really don't know what they're doing or don't know what they're looking for don't know what a good project even is that tells me that it's probably not the greatest project in the world you know but what you're doing Lane and with the pandas and everything is a fantastic project like that's what I'm talking about by buying into the founders and people because you're an amazing person and everyone in the community is absolutely amazing as well so um if there is any Community to buy into it's definitely the pandas I was putting in wreath offers all freaking day dude and nobody would take them man it was like oh god dude it was making me so mad nobody would take them but I'm gonna get it I'm gonna get a couple more dude don't you worry but uh anyone listening if you're not a part of the Panda Family definitely look up all the utility that comes with it and just hear um How Lane himself is such a transparent um just good and normal person you know and he's always here talking to people and that's what you want from any project so I think that's really all I have to say I think that's by far the most um you know um giving thing that I've said this entire space sheesh well I appreciate that sheeps and honestly I can take what you just said word for word and say the exact same thing about Ross so that was that was like a perfect alley-oop of like thank you that means a lot uh that's actually how I feel about you and about Roth so I appreciate that my friend thank you so much space space Katie space kitten kitty space kitty God damn it I'm so sorry it's okay um I just wanted to formally apologize for my language and my entertainment comments and uh anything else that might pop up on the podcast that I was not aware that I was going to be created uh yeah my bad guys well you're fine I heard everything yeah that's okay our family friendly art sometimes can throw people off I don't know if you noticed right before you came on I just dropped a GD so I I got a mouth of a sailor sometimes no words yeah I was trying to put teams on a couch and talking about how the captioning said his hands for him I mean like it is always South I got guys I didn't know that you know that should really be I'm just I'm gonna make a quick suggestion here that I think will really help uh that should probably be in the room title like hey this is going to be a podcast like F1 can I you know like

that's a great content so if you're if you want it cut out I'll edit it out for you but I don't know if you if you do FYI this is going to be a podcast then you don't get the real of the real like you need the real and we provide that in it

okay well I apologize uh to those who are cancel culture and sensitive and if you are not then I definitely don't apologize because I'm in every damn thing I said pretty much so amazing

uh well I uh I think the only thing I feel bad about is I don't have tomorrow's space scheduled yet so I'll I'll get that out though and uh get it uh giveaway attached with it and everything so just be on the lookout for that tomorrow Island space bro tell me so I don't come up in speaker and I'm confused for like 45 minutes [Laughter] I figure I'll let you know right um do you know you can um schedule the spaces 10 of them at a time right now ahead of the time yeah oh that's good to know thank you Queen yeah you can plan ten they let you ten Max I tried more than that nice okay that's great to know thank you and Roth I just wanted to add one little detail out real quick too uh we do host spaces weekly we do them every Monday at 8 30 PM Central Time so if any of you guys are guys and gals are around at that time and want to join us for our weekly space we do most of our project planning live on the space so everything we do and move forward with are probably about 99 of what we move forward with is actually discussed on a recorded public space so that's that's the transparency we bring to the table Monday's open for me man I I need to I'm finally getting to a point where um I I kind of have like a space schedule you know what I mean and I I I'll I'll keep my Mondays open knowing that thank you so much no problem 8 30 p.m Central Time okay perfect good to know all right and then you guys again tomorrow seven p uh yeah 7 P.M Eastern Standard time we got a space right now I'm gonna play some music and everyone follow chibs he posted that right up top and uh Queen's gonna be there sheebs will be there they have a super Kickback loving space Chiefs uh calls out anyone being rude I loved that Chiefs thank you for doing that I thought that was hilarious also how you do it uh yeah Queen yells at me a lot for doing that like literally you have no idea like dude I get texts all the time of her yelling at me oh my gosh well I thought you did a pretty good job keeping people kind and yeah you guys are great so I'll try to hop over there also uh but you guys I'm also excited this is my first official because Chris cray we released Our Song and so uh it's official it's like technically quote unquote released we're gonna come up with some artwork but we got a theme song baby and I'm gonna play it for our official first uh you know Panda space outro I've been looking forward to this so as we're uh just kind of hanging out and moving from here over to cheap space that he posted up uh I'll have our theme song playing it's our Anthem and so before I migrate over myself though damn it I wasn't gonna start it for another 14 minutes oh that's right okay well I'll I'll just play it and you can listen and enjoy and then yeah yeah Hop On Hop on over there and follow Chiefs in 14 minutes no that's fine I'll go up no I'll go start it it's fine but you can listen to it you can go towards the end okay I'll go like halfway through all right hey thank you guys thank you McFly's Ross Jessica Justin thanks space kitten thanks I did it again didn't I oh my gosh that is terrible it's fine I love it I love it because I'm gonna start calling her space kitten because
