good evening good morning good afternoon wherever you are joining us from this is turning into an exciting event already my friends I am up here I know I have the hosts and co-hosts showing I am controlling both of those so I am up here all alone with Ponzi pandas and I am one to roll with the punches and I'm going to turn this into a ponzied pandas Panda space baby I think this is perfect I uh I don't know what happened to Jay I don't know what happened to Chris I do see there's a mint party going on and I know Chris is heavily involved uh with Special K he's heavily involved in the 420 friendly Circle online so I I imagine they've got some fun going on and he has spaced it I I'm okay with this I just I am explaining the situation is all and so I'm going to take advantage of this and I'm going to make this a full hour Ponzi Panda space because I've been really excited about uh having a one-on-one with them anyways and so I hope everyone's okay with this I'm even going to officially uh claim this audio for my podcast on Panda spaces if you're okay with that Ponzi pandas so here we have it right in front of you some last minute adjusting but I'm 100 excited about this and at the end I will of course because we're doing this for the inspirational nft program space I will do a quick pitch about that but hey when uh when we get presented with some changes I like to make the best of them so I want to Dive Right In uh it's so awesome when when someone says they'll be there and they're there and Ponzi pandas thank you so so much I wasn't sure which account you were going to join us from so I put uh your personal as well as the main account so why don't you go ahead and introduce to us who we have there behind the Ponzi pandas pfp my friend what's up what's up what's up man hey all right hey man I appreciate you doing this man this is dope I know I'm excited I'm trying not to get too excited so early but you know um what's up everybody this uh this Mel's alpha male um and I'll I'm always trying to be behind the the panda account man I love the Ponzi Panda account and I don't know man my personal is cool but it's like with this project man I'm kind of just like I'm always trying to be at the helm so uh but yeah man this is dope bro I'm excited I'm excited oh I'm really glad you're here I know as as a fellow project Builder you can understand how we you know we we have to carry and juggle kind of three or four or five different hats at times and finding a time just to sit down and catch up and meet and talk uh with other project Builders yet it can be almost silly how phone tag can happen sometimes yeah this is oh I'm so excited about this uh just to have an hour with you my friend I'm really obviously biased immediately towards your project because it's a another Panda project which I'm just no love but I really love that we have Panda projects but they're vastly different uh we we come into this space with all sorts of fun different ideas and I've been excited to talk about you know maybe some kind of Panda collaborations of of sort it's with you so I I've just been so excited to get to know you as well as a person just because your energy has been so infectious if if that's not an improper word to use for that it really is cool I heard that too that's true with me yes okay good I I think uh energy can spread and uh good energy and bad energy and I just every time I've ever heard you speak on Spaces you're just the kind of person I'd love to hang out grab a coffee go on a road trip do something fun and chill with and so I really admire your ideas and your mission and your goals as well and so it's a real honor for me uh for this to happen just to have a one-on-one with you and so I know we are in the inspirational space but I couldn't think of a more inspirational person to have on uh and we're going to cover we're going to cover kind of a panda space format for this though which if you're okay Mel I kind of like to ask about your personal life as well I like to know who you are and the you know the the genius behind the project I like to dive in and get to know your story a little bit so if you if you don't mind I would love if you just kind of rewinded for us a little bit told us about who you were growing up what you were into and and what ultimately helped you get here to this point in your life now well man hey and I'm more than happy too man I it's not that often that people you know want to talk about you understanding you um and you know the person behind the project an idea or team so um you know I could tell you when I was knee-high to a duck I can go back that far you know but um in the end man so you know I am I'm an East Coast baby man born and raised on the east coast and um there was a you know the usual will you know running around running the streets getting in trouble um fighting to graduate from school and do other things because I really didn't want to but um I was a loan officer for like 10 years and then I got out of that field and there was a life-changing changing experience for me that that just was a complete shift and then I went into went to medical school not medical school but I went to get my certification for medical assistants and Phlebotomy after I was done with that I ended up doing having to do an externship and I ended up on the west coast because I just kind of threw a dart at the map with the incident that took place which without going too deep into it it was a life-changing event and I kind of went through it for about maybe three or four years before I snapped out of it um and uh you know once I snapped out of it it just got to a point where I was just like you know what enough is enough um I'm tired of all of it and then I started getting into investing started with with stocks then eventually rolled into crypto and then it just got to the point where I got so caught up in the world of of web 3 web 2 whatever they want to call it um and I started to I like the independence I was trying to learn and I started off I started going into uh projects in spaces and ended up making a I guess building a relationship with the man docs community and long before you know it I was asked to be a YouTuber for the community I was more than happy to um you know it's a great project over there great artist over there as well and you know I kind of got inspired and just pushed to do the YouTube and then one thing led to another and I started promoting for projects um you know and I mean I still would but it was always my thing to have a project of my own and um So eventually within the channel I teamed up with a bunch of great people I had some great page people on my team uh you know baffles K law Joey B John B um BP um Ricky there's there's a ton of people um LM oh man lm's a master you guys check out any of the videos he he kills it everybody has a part to play and uh you're only as good as the people who you surround yourself with you know what I mean and everybody around me is a star and they just have this amazing support system that you know sometimes it's overwhelming but in a good way um you know it's like you're not you're not building any Empires alone I don't know why everybody thinks that that's possible um but where where's family you know so um I wanted to do so so I started up the degener blockhead show um you know Kim and I was talking about doing something for the channel to get my my Subs up and everything and so we came to the degener blockhead show on YouTube and we it went really well season one um went really well for some people who they didn't know what the hell I was doing to be honest but it was fun we got a lot of content creators together uh project Dev leaders together uh community members together mixing it up um you know mixing up teams and it was like three on three and four on four the show is based on it's all about crypto education it's about um asking the real questions when it comes to cryptocurrency nfts because we it was to the point where we felt like people were missing some data they were missing information it's like everyone's so quick to tell you put 100 bucks into this project and you'll be a millionaire overnight or put your last 500 here and you'll 1000x but the sad part is in reality a lot of the content creators were putting out the information and not telling people how to protect themselves and getting to understand why they need a cold storage and what's the difference between a cold storage hot storage what are private Keys how do I safeguard that how do I secure my my assets or how do I plan for the future they're not telling people how to do that because honestly crypto is here to give all of us that opportunity to evolve in a financial status and an independence kind of status so a lot of people you know you know I think it's time for us to just stop relying on certain things or entities when we have the means and the ability to do it right now so the decent Blockhead show formed uh based off of a lot of that and we just wanted to help people we just wanted to put stuff out there we had a lot of great support systems a lot of great people helping out with it um and season two does we want season two to kick off uh before the fall ends so maybe worst case December 15th but it also was based on the project for the for the Ponzi pandas now I wanted to give something else back to the people and try to do so I went to an artist which was Andre um um and he had the print the pansy I mean the Ponzi pandas project even I get tongue-tied with it sometimes and um you know with him having to ask him would he be able to do some art for me because I wanted to create a poker night something for the degener blockhead show and I'd be able to use the images and he said you know let me get back to you on that in a day later they offered for me to take over the project um and you know we discussed all of that and it got to a point in that it just it just kind of fell in my lap because it was something that I've wanted I've always wanted to do it was a lot of great artwork in there and um you know you know Andre and Jen and um and Luke Luke participated in the artwork as well but the project was going on early in the year and uh you know they slowed down I think they were getting burnt down from web3 and a lot of us do experience that you know feeling burnt out and it's okay to take a break but they didn't want this amazing Amazing Project to just sit and collect dust you know it's like somebody come and apply for a job where you know you're not going to hire them so you put the application in the pile and it just sits there collecting dust so you can't have that with something with this project man it was just it's just amazing and um now you know we officially are running it we launched on the first and um the plan the project is about uh giving back to the people and also collaborating with the degener blockhead show to push that education so the pandas have already been ponzied so it's now it's like okay now what do we do now that we've seen what happened not if we've been caught up in a rug pool or caught up in a scam or Ponzi scam what do we do next and I think that's where people need to um catch as much data or information as possible just to try to improve what we want to do in this space so for me I don't like people being taken advantage of I don't like thieves I don't like pirate it's I don't like liars I can't stand rug pulls and folks who start a project dump it and roll their money into a new one and sucker the people into getting into that project under the impression that they're going to get their money back from the last I I'm that person like I will fight the good fight to to the day I die so again it's just a matter of you know stay who you are and I am that person like I'll give my last and you know and I get and like I said I'm only as good as the people I surround myself with so uh but you know there's there's always a lot more man it's it's so much more to the story but um I could just go on and on I'd rather you just ask them what you wanted then I could just start with that topic but bro it's it's just the space man despite the market we are still early and this is just an opportunity to get further in to this world that we're already indulging every one of us whether it be nft project or crypto project we we're still early and we have the ability to progress and evolve in this space and I'm just so looking forward to each day of it and you know despite all of it that's going on it's not going to stop me and it shows how I ain't stopping anybody here because everybody's here right now with their PSP and their favorite project so I don't know man like this is all Epic you know life-changing history in the making all of that you know man what a great intro and I love how you slightly slipped in there despite what's going on right now there's a lot going on right now and yeah I was actually uh kind of chuckling that you weren't flexing at that point a little bit you're so humble because that would have been a great point for you to be like and look everything I've been talking about on the podcast if everyone would have listened to me you know you could have rubbed it in faces but you didn't you didn't take that moment to do that you're a kind educator you can tell and I do want to announce our other guest has shown up Valley Bots yes and so I am I am freestyling value Bots as you guys can see up top I've put up their Super Panda space I was rolling with the punches a little bit here and I will continue to uh shape and shift to this space how we need to so I did change the space name to Ponzi Panda super Panda's face I I took a little uh uh executive power I guess to to change the space But we would love to have you come up as well if not we can do another Panda space just on Valley Bots but we have some good conversation to be had about crypto education and security that I'd love to get into that I know valleybots also would be thank you for rolling with the punches with me here I absolutely very I love this but you you headed in a great Direction with uh you know crypto education and as you can see I kind of titled the space uh up top to a crypto education which I know Valley Bots has a huge uh initiative as well and so I'd like to get uh before we dive into more conversation and I have some questions for you Mel about what you brought up I'd like to do the same now uh with valleybots and introduce them and and give them a chance to uh introduce themselves and who we have there behind the pfp how's it going guys what's up thank you I I apologize for the uh freestyle we have going on my my other two co-hosts must have something going on they are heavy in the 420 space and I know they they can get uh maybe they lost track of time smoking too much yeah so that was kind of my thing like I my son had a has a friend over and I got distracted by all their fighting with my littler kids and so I apologize for being late oh my gosh do I understand that I've been playing bad my wife got called into work so I've been making lunches and macaroni and cheese and the kitten's a mess I've been playing dad so I I understand that completely so I I'm so glad that you've uh come and and joined us though I would love to have you give us a a little intro about yourself I I don't know if you've ever been on our spaces with me but I like to even ask you about out yourself and yeah who you are and what you grew up doing and kind of what led you here to this point in life yeah man no I'd be happy to share that oftentimes don't get a chance to really get in into those nitty gritties we're just you know usually you know presenting our projects and stuff like that so I love these conversations we we met with uh sand Derby Club earlier just had a great man usually we plan for an hour I think went for an hour and a half it's just good conversation important things to talk about there's just so much to discuss so uh but no my name is Jeremy Wilson I actually hail from the great state of Idaho um and uh you know I've always been a tech nerd my dad had an apple IGS in our house from like 1985 on like when when the when the computers first hit my dad had to have one and so I've lived on computers and I've just loved technology my entire life so I I pretty much live online and a lot of my businesses that I've run have have you know surrounded they have been surrounded by you know internet-based stuff web development graphic design you know I've done a little bit of everything um

I'm probably if I were to like sum myself up I I would say sales and marketing you know is kind of my background um that that is is what I've spent most of my adult life doing in some form or fashion is is just in the sales and marketing Arena um I I've owned my own businesses like I said in web design graphic design I've I've uh built you know websites for businesses and me and my father-in-law actually own a uh a company selling Target stands for if you're if you're a gun enthusiast and you like target practice and stuff like that we developed a a pretty dope uh Target stand and so you know we kind of do that it's just more of like a side gig on that one but um you know so I've just dabbled in business my entire life I've I've never done well being told what to do so uh entrepreneur is my middle name and I've always worked my ass off to to try to be at minimum self-employed um and so when I found web3 I was working um you know at uh shoot where was I hell I was I was a call center manager for a small little outfit here in Boise um and I I started you know I got into like the Bitcoin and stuff uh I owned like one and a half Bitcoins when it was like 800 and then all coin season hit and I Diversified and started trying to trade all coins and just got started getting wrecked so rather than losing my ass because I just at that time I was working for a company and I just didn't have the time to sit there and trade and so I basically liquidated myself got you know my money out broke even and said nah it's not for me um fast forward you know I I worked as a sales trainer sales manager for DirecTV at our local call Center for several years uh as a manager both teaching and training uh and running teams of inbound sales and uh and that you know kind of cut my teeth a little bit more towards the corporate America thing um and I actually was really happy doing what I was doing but it was I got laid off from that and that was kind of what pushed me into the into crypto in general was uh you know had a great experience in Corporate America and then just out of nowhere just layoffs once at T bottom and so I was like I have to work for myself and so for the last uh several years I've actually been self-employed 1099 you know contractor doing life and health insurance uh outbound phone sales outside sales uh for a company and uh you know really thought that was going to be my last career my last two raw and uh you know Obamacare uh covid like everything that hit just kind of wrecked uh our ability to do business and then the final straw came when they said you know what we're not gonna We're not gonna bring product to Idaho and so all the business I was I was selling across state lines I had 30 different states I was licensed in um and it's expensive to stay licensed in in other states to the tune of 4 000 or so four or five thousand dollars a year and just licenses and so um you know about the end of last year my cousin came to me was like Hey man uh have you heard of D5 and I'm like nope he's like do you know anything about crypto I'm like yeah uh and and so he showed me this wonderful opportunity called time Wonderland enough said on that um but but you know he showed me other things too and so I really kind of got excited about D5 and we were actually going to launch our own uh reflection token he had a great concept um and then I came in with an upgraded concept I was like why don't we do this uh and he's like bro ether Stones is already doing that and so when it came down to it we decided you know what we're over our heads it's too expensive to do our own project right now uh and and we decided to go the we didn't go the influencer route it just kind of happened um but we we started YouTube channels uh because at the time you know it was fairly easy to grow a YouTube channel if you're putting out good content and so I was when I looked at it you know I saw James Pelton I'm like I'm not I don't have what this guy has I don't have you know five ten thousand dollars to be thrown into place so I'm going to start a YouTube channel based around low spend quality Investments you know looking at at the teams it fully docks teams at utility uh you know overall Vision stuff like that and so I started doing YouTube videos about my journey and quickly started picking up subscribers which uh you know and I started running around with YT in my in my name in the discords and you know eventually a couple of projects saw YT and they're like hey you do YouTube videos we need marketing and so long story you know not so long you know I just I got started getting connected uh I've met a lot of great people about the opportunity to work for a lot of great projects um but but I I love that you guys are are talking about education because I got a crash course through you know a couple of rugs I I can say that I've I can probably officially say I've only been actually rugged once um but it wasn't even too impactful because I didn't have that much money in it um because it literally rugged the day after it launched uh so I had barely even gotten started um but and that was Navy SEAL game uh I was really excited I did a video for him and everything and you know but but through doing the videos through Reading tokenomics and just reading uh protocol after protocol to determine whether I was going to do a video because I actually turned down more videos than I ever did because a lot of it just looked like garbage didn't have a real Vision but I started seeing things in common themes across these failing projects and uh and so I I love this I love that we're talking about education um because this space is an amazing space to build right now is an amazing time to build but there are right and wrong ways to do it uh and and and and you know I think that conversation needs to be levied forward I you know besides sales and sales training you know in in some of my earlier days I was a trainer in general and so teaching is one thing I'm really passionate about and I've been told I have a unique gift of taking super complex [ __ ] and breaking it down to understandable levels actually I actually got my wife who is not tech savvy at all to understand the concept of these defy nodes back in node season so I thought that was a pretty pretty big educational accomplishment to the point where she wanted to stop badgering me about getting a job and allowed me to to run full time in crypto so that's a long version of me oh man I love that this is going to be a great uh conversation with both of you uh I don't know if you missed this but Mel was explaining that he has a YouTube channel as well that he uh was diving into education and man this is just going to be great and I have so many questions but I think what would be cool is just you know I I think there's a few elephants in the room in the crypto space right now with the FTX thing happening and Sam and man there's there's a lot of eyeballs just last night I was on a space and Elon Musk himself popped in there was like 60 000 people in a Twitter space at one point and Elon Musk himself popped in and uh we got some thoughts from him and I mean he was he was tweeting about the FTX stuff it's I mean all eyes on us I feel yeah and not not necessarily in a good way and I I have and maybe it's just the fun that I've been hearing from these spaces or maybe it's just people wanting to get some eyeballs and so they're they're you know talking about all the drama and maybe it's less than what they're making I don't know I I want to know what you guys are thinking and so I have a lot of specific questions at this point but I think it would be great just to kind of hear uh where you guys take it and Mel was was even already kind of Dipping into it himself I I would love to just hear from both of you uh kind of your sentiments about what's happening right now and uh does it does it present any thing new or are there just reminders that we need to be reminded of once again and this is just another chapter or I don't know I can keep going with my stupid thoughts and fishing for stuff what do you guys think um you know FTA actually impacts us at Valley Bots uh we actually you know for those who have heard me give our Spiel uh I've said before we don't need to Mint a single nft to do what we're going to do uh simply because part of our our launch is is acquiring projects in D5 that may have failed um or are failing and want to move to a sustainable business model and we already acquired one such project uh it was the kind of the re the remnants of a project called that I think it was called star nodes or Stars nodes um and they they voted you know almost unanimously to join our our project and so we had funds in trading bots on FTX um you know using our own strategies but all the funds were on FTX and and thank God Ron had the foresight he he was paying attention well we all were um but he actually said this this isn't something we should ignore and he actually we go closed captioning not available

oh uh what What's the uh the Almeida the the gal that was running Almeida 20 year old or whatever uh is connected to Gary Gensler in some way um there was a like 50 million dollar donation to the Democrat Party Like There's I'm seeing a lot of different informational articles that it looks like this could have uh some uh Democratic money laundering uh implications so now I I can't say one way or another if it is or it isn't there's a lot of conspiracy theory stuff going on out there but the relationship strings that I've seen seem legit uh and and that cast a lot of uh of of like holy [ __ ] on the whole situation this could be a lot bigger than just like a a failed uh or you know project or you know a rug pull or whatever so you know it's hard though to know what to believe in any kind of headline or news so I would just anyone needs to be cautious of what you know the source of any information you're getting I'm not one to like turn around and just repost stuff just because the the headline you know looks enticing because that's what people do because you know drama fails but what it has shown is that there's not very many people you trust how do I put this trust is is the new currency of crypto um and gaining it's going [ __ ] like this makes gaining trust extremely difficult because I will say this um one of the guys that work with us on Valley Bots got absolutely destroyed because he was like no FTX they're the second largest you know exchange out there they're not gonna they're not gonna close up shop and he left his money in and absolutely lost it all um luckily Ron did not take the same steps and actually pulled everything out and we therefore saved all those funds but it's like if the second largest centralized exchange can fail like this who the hell can we trust

right yeah that that's such a good question and that that puts that responsibility that much more so on us as well uh I've been spending the last month or so onboarding my my friends from real life and man once this gets out and understood it's just one more uh one more kind of Notch against us in trying to bring an onboard people in so I I've been a little fearful of it getting out and understood by real people yeah Mel what about you what are your thoughts on on uh the market sentiment right now man oh man we're going down the rabbit hole on this one I'ma tell you right now I think it presents a great opportunity to uh you know after after we do talk about this it you know it'll it'll give you guys an opportunity to remind us of a few things so absolutely man I'm gonna say I totally totally agree with volleyball's man bro I and I'm gonna tell you something I think what people yeah I said before we're early we all know that we're really early in this space and crypto is the Wild Wild West all right so you see you're gonna see a lot of nonsense and [ __ ] going on and it's to the point where for me what I believe that everything that's happening all the bad stuff that we're seeing happening or or certain projects rugging and things of that nature or or big institutions that you never thought would would have an issue doing odd things I know it's all for me it's all government related anyway and as much as they try to fight and make it seem like we're you know they're totally against it they're pocketing in the background all right so let's just keep it clear nothing happens in this country or anything happens in the world without you know the the the bigger ups having their hand in it and I see it like this these things that we're seeing where you're like oh my god look what happened to FTX and this that in the third uh look what happened with Luna look what happened with this these are reminders to let us know that yeah we think we're gonna have you know instant you know Financial Freedom generational wealth but what they're doing is I call it the hegelian dialectic so you know I'm saying they they create a problem wait for the reaction and then swarm in with the solution all day every day everything that's taken place right now it's all planned out it's not an accident and it's not yeah it's not an accident it's not something like oh my God how could they let that happen it's all connected so you know you think when Biden got in office and he decided to elect you know I'm saying Gary Gensler for SEC or you know nominate him for SEC that wasn't an accident and yes brother you're right it is all connected all of it so you know even everything they're doing with xrp you know it's all a plan it wasn't meant for us to have that one it wasn't meant for us to be that was meant for the big Banks and the big money okay so people like oh I'm gonna stay away from that no pay attention to that because it hasn't stopped ripple from making moves that they're making the Partnerships that they have nobody's paying attention to things like that that's because a lot of people who don't understand the game and not being properly educated they're jumping into the quick cash and the hopes and dreams was with that hope you they're jumping into that they're not paying attention to the long term of it so for me okay I'm an xrp junkie all day every day that's one of my top Holdings and that's because I know I see what's going on um but you know everything that is taking place you know it's it's only to create further fear and to promote more control and to the point where they think they can force people to rely on them for the answers and for the solutions so we have an opportunity to take control which we're doing which is why these certain roadblocks keep coming up to remind us like hey you know what you're trying this but we're doing this we're doing that there's a way to fight it but it's only going to take place when everybody everybody wakes up to what's really happening this crypto space is going to happen no matter what we are in digital currency era everybody thinks that you know you know covid and that whole nonsense that took place was to you know say it basically was to give control and what's let me tell you one thing that I believe so from my understanding from what I was reading they not them but you know if someone is a prison let's say a prisoner of war and you lock them in a room you lock them in that room and dark there's nobody there's no there's no windows no nothing and you tell them hey you know are you ready to submit are you ready to commit and they're like nah nah I've got to break this you know now I'm not ready to do that you close the door leave them in there a couple days more then you turn around and come back to them again three days later you ready to commit like no no I'm not ready to do it they close the door and leave you in that dark again then when they come back down they come back you're so desperate to get out of that room you will say and do anything that they tell you just to get out of that room now for me and that's how I felt like what they did with the vaccine it was like forcing people so as long as they have control and then they realize people weren't going for that they started what taking away food they started delaying things making it difficult for us raising prices on [ __ ] they're trying to maintain their dominance and control while we do have the opportunity to progress and Elevate with cryptocurrency so now here's a chance for everybody to get in you know and they don't want want that so you're going to come across these issues and these big ass rug pulls somebody's getting paid it doesn't matter somebody's getting [ __ ] paid oh yeah that money didn't just vanish you know what I'm saying from my understanding um you know it it it it didn't just vanish it didn't just go to no one's pocket someone's gotten paid and was getting paid prior to the news getting out and you're gonna see a lot of that so with them trying to regulate I think regulation would be good to stop a lot of these inner you know [ __ ] projects that we're coming across that want to rug pull and don't have a purpose even some nft projects I hate to say it I love art I love creativity of a person but some folks got in specifically to get the money in jet which is you know it needs to be eliminated so we are in a position as us us individuals right here in this room we have an opportunity to fight against the Pirates but we also have an opportunity to elevate ourselves and any fall so that was my next Direction was now now what what what are the takeaways and what uh what's the production we can all hop on on board with I think it is a good time to Rally yep it is it's the perfect time but while they're confusing everyone with all the extras and and making people it's not safe this is where people are starting to lose that um that that confidence that lose that that strength and that will to fight because people are so used to relying on an entity to survive but we have an opportunity where we can surpass that and we can Dominate and take over the people don't realize how much power they have in crypto or in the world period so folks don't know not everybody's a fighter you know and I've been a fighter all my life you know what I mean and and I just don't believe in laying down and getting on my knees for anything so again we have an opportunity to continue to push the education because we people going to know because down the line and value but you can I can tell you man off the rip with this education even with YouTube down the line people are gonna look back what's Mass adoption takes hold people are going to look back at all the stuff that we've been doing and they're gonna be like damn this was going on for that long I didn't know and they're going to want to play catch-up so that's why with us being early and putting this out there people will refer to it they will come back to it because they're going to have to in order to survive and maintain what they have so um going forward man we have to push the agenda of Education we have to show people how to protect themselves what to look for how to identify you know a real Dev from a fake Dev there's a lot that a lot of work that needs to be done and we can't do it as one and I mean one individual at times it's got to be everyone in one unit as one unit in sync and so what we're doing here at this very moment is a part of that big movement forward to our Evolution and our education so going forward people just need to grasp what's happening take every little Bitcoin you got get into the real projects you find the real projects where the money is going to go find the ones that's ISO twenty two thousands of 2022 to 222 you know everything that is you know government regulated and in compliance because that's what it's boiling down to and by for God's sakes people get your money off of centralized exchanges where you don't own your private Keys stop it are you going to go as far to recommend that to just get off exchanges ah let me hell to the yes um two years ago I started a group on Telegram and it was just a couple people and I was when I started getting into crypto I started showing them what I was doing so everything I learned and did and I was researching a lot of companies I'm a research junkie so I dig into stuff I dig into people I dig into connection I try to connect the dots if you know I'm that person I'll have the wall full of rope connecting dots I would do that all day but when you look at it people getting into centralized exchange I mean look at Voyager like even me I got caught with leaving stuff on Voyager they paid no attention

I'm so pissed about that I had I had some uh BTT some Sheba you know I had a [ __ ] ton of Shiba Inu on there um and there was about maybe two other projects I'm probably never gonna get that money back but getting off those exchanges and leaving it there only and what they're doing that only shows you that you don't have control of that so put your [ __ ] in your wallet go to a go to your Ledger go to whatever Cold Storage you have and get it out because this isn't gonna stop they're gonna keep doing it where they're locking down these exchanges and we're getting screwed but again somebody's getting paid am I right by somebody getting paid somebody's getting the money 100 well and the thing is like I like part of my education going forward is like the government is not our friend yes they can put in some regulations that can help us but everything is with the end goal of them benefiting from it so I start every interaction from that standpoint because the scariest thing for me you said it we are in a digital currency era but the scariest thing is is what what happens when we get to a situation where uh we we're on these government regulated uh approved centralized exchanges and they don't like your political beliefs or or you know whatever that you know you show up to to a rally to voice your opinion they don't like that rally and they say okay you're no longer able to access the funds that shit's terrifying absolutely man that's and that's their point is again to put more fear into everyone and to and even honestly don't get me wrong they want people to get into crypto but they want you to think that it's a bad thing also so they're trying to keep that control and they they will lock us out so but again I remember if you guys remember if you heard about it maybe a year or two ago when they did crypto for congress so all these guys acting like oh well you know crypto's a bad thing I wouldn't do that it's a scam it's a scam but how many of these Representatives have been holding on to cryptocurrency and stockpiling they know what they're doing they know what's coming and the thing is our people or us regular people we may not know everything inside but their history has shown us that everything that has taken place there was an agenda to it it was not done just out of the clear [ __ ] blue it was it was planned and it's still a strategy right now it's still planned they're not done but this is where we could put a monkey wrench in that by getting that control and having the knowledge on what to do this is where we can stop the [ __ ] that is happening and with these big exchanges and these big daddy War Book people taking everyone's money while they're sitting pretty in freaking Argentina or some [ __ ] you know they're chilling so the money doesn't just vanish it just transfers from one person's pocket to the next and we have an opportunity to be on the same playing field and this is where I believe crypto is going to take us and where we should be with it we have the opportunity to take control there won't be a one percent anymore if we do it right and as a unit and continue to push the narrative and the education we there won't be a one percent anymore that's over and that's what they fear because whoever has the power who has the money makes the rules but if everybody has the money what are you gonna do how do you fight that can't take what somebody has so how they're doing it they're locking up exchanges they're causing all this panic and havoc and scaring the [ __ ] out of people this is how they keep folks from elevating and I I like I said I have a whole mind theory about all this [ __ ] man but I you know I don't want to suck up all the space about it but I'm telling you we got to push and we got to do it and we're starting it and doing it right now being in this space together

we have to understand that all the time there's new people coming into crypto and they're coming because of the stories of old right the stories of when you could put in a hundred bucks and make 10 grand overnight um that was one of the allures right the time Wonderland and you run a calculator and you know if you just put in a thousand dollars based on their stuff and you stake it and do whatever by the end of the year you're going to make 1.3 million or whatever the hell the crazy number was um that's you know that I the American dream of taking a little bit of money and turning into a lot of money blinds people to the reality of where that money comes from and how that money is made and so to me like we we we see in the space this Maxi mentality right it doesn't matter how shitty the project is if someone bought into it and has a lot of money invested they are going to swear by it they are going to continue to perpetually grow it and try to convince more and more people to join it to pump their own bag because they do not want to lose we have to get to a point in the space where we recognize something that failed get out and stop trying to save something that's not going to work we have to take a good hard look at the pawns anomics I was only a couple months into this thing and I went holy [ __ ] I don't know if I can be in this space because every single project at the time was essentially ponzonomic or straight up a Ponzi scheme you know and we blind ourselves and I said this because I was I was on the team in on the marketing side of a failed project like I mentioned um and everyone like when things started going wrong everyone then was like oh these pawns and omics aren't gonna work well no one said [ __ ] during the bull run about ponzanomics no one cared they knew that I could throw my money at the wall and bouncing back would be 10x that you know where any everything worked because everyone had extra money the the economy was smoking hot um you know and people had all this money and then all the new people that hyped themselves into it based on those results that some were getting and youtubing about they jump in and then immediately the market turns and and for the last six seven eight months everyone's been trying to get the results and expecting the same results that were happening early last year to Mid last year uh and maybe even before that um you know and it's the Market's going to always change and you can't base bear Market strategies on bull market results um and we have to understand how to build in the bay air and then capitalize in the you know uh and all the positive that comes from a bull run but the panzanomics and and the scams like that's where we have to learn and educate ourselves 100 with Ponzi we we have to learn how to spot a bad Dev and I'm gonna tell you guys it's hard as [ __ ] because everyone can talk a good word they can jump on a camera and make you feel they can they can tickle your balls and make you feel like like you're the best most important thing to them um and they will look you in the eye as they are taking your money out the back end of the protocol so we have to we have to start raising up more people that can look at code we can't rely on the thirdix and and all that because a lot of these Auditors run algorithm they run Ai and they go okay it can't be exploited here but that doesn't mean they can't just mint tokens and drain their own liquidity like like we have to get better at auditing it we have to have legit asked kycs I get why people don't docs because I am docs and I took the brunt of the failure of that protocol and I never dealt with mental health issues until that protocol failed we tried to do the right thing I I love what you said Ponzi about you know rolling into another protocol that's likely to fail because that was one of the things I got absolutely destroyed about like why didn't you let us go because we just on advice of many influencers and people in the space that we trusted they said shut it down take the money you have left and disperse it out and call it a day and then if you want to rebuild go rebuild something new somewhere else um and and so we took that advice we just shut it down and distributed fun the remaining funds we had left out and everyone was like you could have sent us over to Golden Society or you could have rolled us into this protocol or that protocol and and literally our lead Dev that ultimately made the decision to pull the plug every time he looked at him he said no no because all we're going to do is roll them into another ponzanomic play that will just extend the time with which they are ultimately going to fail so I'd rather them get the same valuation in stablecoin right now than moving them into a new protocol and their native token that they may or may never ever get a cash out so I love that you said that earlier Ponzi because that that's kind of the track that we took is like no it's over we're beat we didn't make it work here's all the money we have left here you go and then we walked away but I will tell you that took a toll because there there are people that called our lead Dev into question uh over a previous uh project that he was on but I mean he talked to me like like he and I were essentially friends like but to this day I'm not a blockchain investigator I couldn't follow a wallet to a wallet to a wallet to figure out where funds are going to save my damn life we need more people that are willing and able to do that kind of invest investigations to track funds you know one of the things that management at defy who I work with with valobots built was a program called wallet DMS it's a subscription-based just a utility Tool uh it's not an investment or anything but it's just a tool to where if you're in a project you can put every wallet associated with that project in and then every time funds go into those wallets or out of the walls you instantly get notified on your phone so if weird [ __ ] starts happening you can get notified right away and you're like oh my God where are these funds going and then you can start jumping in but I think education around how to sleuth and how to track you know chains of transactions uh effectively will help all of us be able to look at funds find impropriety in any kind of project or protocol because tracking of funds is going to tell you you know oh wow that that those funds left and then it went to this wallet then went to that wallet and then went to tornado cash you know but being able to track that down is going to be what's going to help us and so you know good people that that are legit in this space need to step up and take that role because here's the thing guys if we don't step up and police ourselves in a legit way the government's going to do it and we all know the intention of the government is to leech as much money off of us as they can sorry again man those are good thoughts um I I think we could really dive in and offer more thoughts and suggestions it sounds like you guys you guys could just uh dive in on some specifics and we could have an hour on each topic really but one one thing I took away also was you know researching what you're investing into and in this nft space um after a conversation like that it's it's just a perfect segue into you guys introducing your pre your projects and your nft projects with us as a as a safe I I hate using the word investment uh but you know you're putting money somewhere at the end of the day we can call it that and how to make a safe move in this space I think uh spaces like this where you have another project vouching for another project that's also something that I've loved seeing in this space yeah and so I would like to now let you guys present your projects I think both of you are really really great sources of not only education and good habits and good uh good practices but you well hi Lane it's actually Becca today how are you oh I knew I knew it I shouldn't have uh just gone and guessed so oh it's so lovely to have you here with us how are you I'm good Lane how's this afternoon been afternoon then sorry we were in a little bit late today but we're good um I'm I'm here at Chris's mom's house um he's watching the Duck game with his mom and they have a little project that they're working on they're actually going to be creating a really cool water fountain with some beautiful glass pieces that Chris has made um over the years actually three of them that Chris has made over the years and man I I can't wait to see it done I'll have to take a picture and post it but I did on my personal page post up a lamp that I found out was one of the earliest pieces that Chris ever made it's sitting here in the bedroom where I'm getting some work done and um man it's really a pretty it's really a pretty piece so um but as you guys as I hope you know we have launched our our nft project it is now a week and a half I don't know two weeks underway I believe it is a week and a half underway the forever bong which is the bong that broke the blockchain and we didn't even think that the blockchain could be broken

can't get the tooth deep in thought with time it blows my mind right what what is your your personal inspiration behind that thought just that thought process I kept thinking about like I've always and I've always been a like I guess a protector in a sense like you know I grew up in a house with six sisters Four Brothers my mother and my grandmother and my grandfather um and it it was to the point where all my life I've been like that I've always felt like I a lot of pressure was on me to look after everyone else even though I was kind of like almost the youngest and even in this space and in workflow and in people that I meet I I always feel like okay I want to keep these around to keep this happening I want to keep the people around me um I want to keep doing what I'm doing and how can I assist with looking out for them like they look out for me and I actually got caught up in a couple of like rug pulls and nonsense just one project recently I lost a little over 13 Grand and some people who are in this game they're just like oh that's that's little money but no every little bit counts because every dollar that I lose behind a pirate and behind someone who starts projects or they end projects that that takes away from her and it makes me want it makes me I don't want her to have to struggle and it takes away from the visions that I have for her life and her kids life and so forth so wanting to change how the game is ran like I said we're still early and I think it's our kids and our kids kids that are going to really enjoy crypto once we get our [ __ ] together now so you know I just really hate to see people getting played I'm not a fan of it I don't like bullies I don't like liars I don't like manipulators and I'll go to bat with anybody over that [ __ ] you know because I wasn't raised like that you know what I mean so it goes back to how I was raised and it also goes back to all these friends and families that I've made in web 3 alone that I want to protect you know and they're probably all just trying to protect me as well in their own way so I want to do my part and I think everybody's doing their part which is why we're able to kind of build with this and push forward so again I just hate seeing people get played and I think enough is a [ __ ] enough seriously you know um but yeah man and and that it's just to the point change needs to happen and not tomorrow not next week next year it needs to happen to like right now and folks need to just stop being afraid and once we get that fear out I believe that change that we're looking for and that difference that impact is going to happen so folks just need to stay diligent what they're doing and believe in what they're doing stand behind it if you put something out there stand behind that [ __ ] I stand behind this one thousand percent with my very big every fiber of my being and I'm not gonna stop until the education is put out there until I can sleep comfortable at night knowing all of my community is familiar with it so I'm just excited to uh have you go into depth as much as you'd like to and and get us excited to be a part of your community yeah well I suffer the same problem that that Ponzi does I've been accused of being able to boil down complex things into understandable things but I've never been accused of doing it quickly so I will do my best to be succinct um but but you know I love that we're all speaking the same language I think you know this is this is the evolution what we're talking about here is the evolution of web3 because we've learned we've been impacted we've lost money uh We've we've we've seen uh now what we need in this space is experience right and that's kind of what you know where valobots comes from because like I said management at defy um they brought me into this so I'm kind of like the the fifth wheel on the team um in that I'm the only Outsider that that's not that not officially like gets paid for works for management of D5 uh I have been hosting their amas for the last six months um but I'm just doing that because you know they are not like I am they don't do the video stuff like I do and they needed some help and that was kind of the same thing with valibot so you know like I said I was at a point where I was about to walk away from the space because of all of the experience that I gained and then Ron you know Ron was like Hey man we want you to come take a look at we got a couple of ideas that we want to start projects but we want you to at least run one of them and I was like nah Fam I'm I'm I am burnt like I am toast I'm done I just don't necessarily believe in what this space has become or what it is um and and the I don't know if I can get on anything going forward and Ron started spitting out some ideas and uh and he caught my ear and that's just kind of where this idea spun from but understand after that you know from a management of D5 perspective they were uh looking at tons and tons of tokenomics rating projects for investors to be able to do better due diligence than like you know as experience defy and crypto people they're like I wouldn't touch this one this one's rated 30 out of 100 this one's an 80 out of 100 you know for all these various things really helping people to do that research and you know they provide resources for projects if you have an idea they can get you the resources you need to build take it from idea to full-blown D5 project um but they got to this point where it's like we have to stop supporting all these people that have no clue what they're doing they have an idea right they don't have experience they don't really you know maybe they have money you know what we found is they really don't because they you know try to nickel and dime everything um you know trying to make you know the most money they can and so they said F this like let's let's build something like we can build it ourselves and we're already trusted because we hold kycs we're doing the audits we are the security force in the space and uh and so valobots came from that experience right so um seeing the rugs seeing what works and so essentially what we did if I were to break this down as simply as possible we took the three things that that have the best Traction in web 3 and we mushed them together so we are using nfts we're using trading Bots and we are and and we are going to be acquiring uh actual blockchain master and validator nodes so now the way that we put that together is what makes the project so special um because uh we are creating the first ever deep fully deflationary and asset backed nft um now to boil that down deflationary and asset-backed deflationary meaning that our tier ones are going to continue to grow in value for the lifetime of it uh asset backed may not mean what you hope it means because a lot of people get into these things wanting daily rewards they want monthly rewards but kind of just what we were talking about earlier and being careful with verbiage we cannot promise unless we want to tango with the SEC we cannot promise daily rewards uh these pawns Atomic plays the word the word passive in the whole passive income thing basically pushes it right into a failure of the Howie test because they're they're there can't be if you guys don't know the Howie test they ask the question is there an investment into a mutual Enterprise with the expectation of profit based on the work of somebody else that is the definition of passive income and people in this space like we were talking about red flags earlier that is one of my red flags now is does it say passive income does it say Lifetime Rewards does it promise a certain percentage of rewards there you go there's three things right now if you're new to the space if the if those don't pass the sniff test if they're promising you [ __ ] get away because it's not going to happen what we are doing is we're taking our nfts obviously we're going to use that the way nfts are are hopefully you know what we believe are meant to be used as it's going to be uh predominantly the utility now the art is badass like our art is sick our artists pulled mine and Ron's ideas out of our head and put them to paper better than like we we probably had five six different artists send us samples and we found one that just nailed it and we are really hyped about our art but that is not what this is about and so because of that we when we do go to Mint which is aiming for January now with the whole FTX thing when we go to Mint we're only open for minting for four weeks we are not even showing you our nft art until two weeks in why because we want people who actually give a [ __ ] about a long-term investment about a real business model to we want them to have first dibs the people that are just like oh it's a pretty pfp no you will you'll we'll allow you in if the utility Seekers don't mint it out first um but we are not about the art like it's awesome that we have that and I will say we do you know see the potential for our nfts to be you know you might see them pop up in a video game or on the screen like the art is that good um we don't have any plans that's not alpha or anything but but we could definitely see that being a thing in the future there's lots of stuff we can do on the art side of it but we are about the utility so what is the utility we are taking the funds that we raise from our nft collection oh I guess I should say a little bit more about the nfts uh our tier one is we're starting with ten thousand um they are going to be one of one generative trait based art um and they're going to be minted on ethereum 400 bucks a piece uh we also have a secondary collection our tier two which is 200 on they'll be minted on polygon and that's limited edition art so it'll just be one all the same image uh the tier ones are really geared towards the deflationary piece and geared towards retail participants the tier twos are really more there for participation from uh institutional participants from projects that are like we can't find any real Revenue generation that we can manage at you know without spending hundreds of thousands of dollars we want to give them an opportunity and a place to in a real business model to put some of their treasury funds so that they can actually uh potentially grow you know any kind of a reward or future reward for their communities um so that's kind of really more what the tier 2 is for our tier 3 is the project acquisition tier that's not available to buy you know we're working with like we have a couple different talks going on right now with some projects that are failing or have failed but it has to be right it has to make sense as well we want to make sure that the value the number of members everything has to add up but like I said we've already acquired one and those funds were deployed into the trading Bots um but but that's a little bit about the collection anything we don't mean because we have 10 000 tier ones and 20 000 tier twos that we're starting with anything we don't meant we burned permanently forever it's gone and then the only way anyone can join or be a part of the protocol after that is going to be on the secondary market now for ongoing deflationary with the tier ones only we are going to use validator rewards uh and predominantly though the royalties from the secondary Market to sweep our own floor and burn those as well which is going to lead to some pretty fun interactions because it's going to be a race for people that want to get in and get one of our nfts off the floor or they better beat us there because when we get to it it's going to be gone forever um so that'll lead you know kind of kind of some some urgency if you will for those for the floor ones but the idea is to always be increasing the floor price and the overall potential for reward value because when we do if and when we do decide to do an airdrop of some sort any reward that was slated for a burnt nft gets redistributed amongst all the remaining nfts so the more that get burned the more that the rewards would potential rewards would grow for everyone else so now on to the second part the trading bonds we are taking approximately 80 to 90 percent of the funds that we raise and those are going straight into our proprietary trading bot system now we're not talking about an aster bit we're not talking about some over-the-counter you know strategy that some strategist made uh you know you know anyone can go get no we are running our strategies their custom strategies developed just for us for for what we're doing doing we're running them from across one to three different trading bot companies we're going to be operating eight to 36 different trading Bots at any given point and then our proprietary uh you know strategies that were built by you know in conjunction with two of our uh Professional Day Traders our swing Traders crypto swing Traders Futures Traders whatever you want to call them um we're working with them to to basically stay very Hands-On with our strategies because obviously you could you've seen I mean volatility is absolutely what you want for a trading bot but even at that manipulation in the market news in the market can red candle you and stop you out real fast and so we're going to be taking a very Hands-On approach we don't look at it as a passive play um but we're using trading bots so that it can be working while everyone's sleeping and that kind of the thing so um you know we we can program it on the Fly and with our back testing over the last year we've been producing about 10 a month on average um which basically me means that compared to just taking and compounding rewards from validator and masternodes we can basically grow that portfolio 10x or even 10x plus faster than if we just took the raise and bought validator and masternodes so that is why we brought in the trading Bots because they can basically do 10 a month where most validators and trading Bots only do 10 a year so we introduce a little bit of risk but a way higher reward and then whatever the profits are that come out of the trading Bots only the profits never the principal uh will come out every single month and those will be used to obtain uh mostly Blue Chip validator and master nodes on the blockchain now if you're not familiar with a validator or Master node a little bit of Education here they are essentially if I were to break it down just very simply a computer that is chosen either by a bidding system or at random to make a calculation on the blockchain so it's connected to the blockchain it's selected and it'll do a mathematical computation whether it's adding data to the blockchain storing you know data on the blockchain

validating data on the blockchain making sure that yes you know this that this data back here is the same data it's supposed to be there so it's part of the security of a blockchain we're not talking about polar nodes we're not talking about Vapor nodes any of these defy nodes we are talking about the ones that actually support and operate the blockchain we wanted to support web3 with our project blockchains cannot run without these validator and master nodes so asset backing means that as we grow this portfolio of these assets that run the blockchains 90 is going to go to the Blue Chips avax ethereum we're looking at Cosmos dag Quant you know all the all the Blue Chips then we're gonna have about 10 that's going to go into some of the younger maybe newer technology that has it the opportunity to have big returns but might be a little bit riskier but the value understand that those faster and validator nodes are all liquid values so we can liquidate them at any time at the current price and be done or airdrop that to the community so say we get down the road we have a hundred dag nodes and dag just takes off we basically have three ways that a person can profit from this protocol the first one is all the obvious nft thing because every time we add a validator it adds an asset that supports and backs up each nft um so that's going to continuously Drive the value in the floor price up on the nft so first way you can earn is to just sell your nft right yeah you bought it at X it's going to go up in value you sell it at y you're done now that does lead to the fact that if you only have one you're done you're out of the you're out of the out of the business model and you can't take advantage of later pumps in bull runs in the market so uh just be aware of that if you just want to get in one and just sell one you know at a premium the second way is like I just mentioned if we have a hundred dag nodes and we bought them at fifteen thousand dollars each and now they're worth eighty thousand each we can take 10 of them 15 20 of them liquidate them and say congratulate stations everyone and airdrop those massive rewards out to our nft holders whoever's left right after selling out and burning and all that uh the the last way is let's just say we get into a bull run and we're in a peak now and it doesn't make sense to buy an ethereum validator at this price we can save the funds for later uh for when the market dips again or we can take all the rewards that are being generated because that's the thing with the validator masternodes not only do they hold liquid value but they're producing rewards because every time they do one of those mathematical computations they get paid part of that gas fee so they're earning Revenue all the while they're sitting there just as a is a liquid asset too and so we can take those rewards and we can use the rewards to put back into the trading Bots if we want to create more profit to then use to buy more uh assets we can use that to uh just hold on to for the next dip or we can take those rewards and say hey we don't need to do anything with them congratulations uh all of our holders here's an airdrop this month of these rewards again it's not promised we can't tell you when and if it'll happen and how much you're going to get or any of that but those are the three ways that you can potentially profit from this whole thing and we just think that that you know bringing people together because the last piece if it's the education piece right people in nft and I'm not saying everyone I know a lot of you are very very intelligent but what we have found in doing these presentations most people in nft see nfts as profile pictures and and it's a profile picture or like a stock that you're just going to sell when it gets more expensive um we we want them to understand there is an underlying technology that that that nft is sitting on that it's transferred on that that stores that picture uh on the blockchain that kind of thing and so what we're doing is part of our process is we are also partnering because we're going to be big asset holders in these different blockchains so um like this Thursday the polygon was going to meet with us and educate us on the polygon Network um you know we want to partner with avacs and have the avax team come out and explain what is avax what is the blockchain doing um how does that technology work how is that going to benefit you beyond just holding your nft or your profile picture right so we're partnering with blockchains and we got lots of conversations going already we'll bring new blockchains in to educate us and to determine if we want to spend 10 percent of that riskier funds on their blockchain and getting validator and masternodes on their blockchain so for us it's all about bringing people together educating people on blockchain technology creating an asset that looks and feels and part of the part of our problem in this space is adoption right so giving you know like my parents understand what a stock is they don't know what an nft is but if I can relate it to something they are familiar with and show them how to obtain a stock in Valley Bots that's not what it is I'm using that merely as a metaphorical example but they can relate to that and they can go and I can walk them through going in and holding a couple of alibots or any nft that has real utility and then they they can either sell it at a premium or they can take advantage of the growth of that over time they get that they understand that so that's the other part of it is bringing in a protocol that looks and feels and smells and sounds familiar to the older generation where a lot of the money is sitting right now in 401ks not getting exposure to crypto and so that that's kind of in a nutshell guys like we we're we're trying to grow a fast Port growing portfolio of assets that support everything that we all do while generating real revenue and exposing our holders to the potential for exponential growth we've seen avacs at 130 dollars it's sitting at 15 right now if we can acquire these assets right now at the bottom of this Market when those go back to a hundred bucks we are talking about generational wealth and that's what we're here to build I love you Ponzi because you're talking about generational wealth and if we're not talking about that we're just talking about a 10x 100x get rich overnight thing get out this isn't the place for you because you're gonna get wrecked because there's people here that are smarter than you that know more about it than you and they are going to take you for everything you have so don't get caught up in that I'm sorry I'm off my office right yes absolutely funds and so now we're sitting on the funds and we got to figure out because we I I don't think we've even seen the really we we just saw the tip of the iceberg with this FTX thing uh there like I said there there's rumors going out about Koo coin might you know basically we got we gotta see proof of funds um from some different centralized exchanges or the other thing that we're looking into or Ron is really kind of hunting down ways that we can use decentralized exchanges for our trading Bots and trading strategies so we're trying to get away from the centralized exchanges because they are dangerous and so you know I right now I'm not keeping I got all my funds out of I was on bit get and buy bit uh running just some my trading Bots and just my day trading or swing trading strategy like for myself I'm part of a call group called trade DMS that's another thing that that management D5 put out and they've made 55 calls through beta and all of them were wins um and so I was I was doing really well with that um and they do it safely they do it with you know reasonable not like you're not trying to thousand X or anything small gains 15 win here 20 win there my biggest one was an 80 win um but then with FTX I just pulled all my funds out of the centralized exchanges until this cools off because there was a lot of different exchanges that were that owned the the ftt tokens that was a lot of their a lot of their uh wealth was stored in ftt because it blew up so fast a lot of people thought it was the the new big deal second largest thing so it was safe and so we're waiting to see who's uh basically going to get liquidated on their ftt and still be able to say we have everyone's money right here once we figure that out then we got to get our strategies deployed onto a new exchange or whatever and then make sure that our strategies that were have always worked perfectly work the same with a different exchange so we're looking at January 2023 it gives us more time to get the word out about this and for you know to more people um and then it gives us time to back test you know anything new uh and find a new solution for it so January 2023 is tentative uh but no specific dates as of yet hey that's okay I I love that you guys are building and uh it's it's coming together and you're waiting for the right timing that gives me a lot of confidence uh knowing that you guys are just doing it right making every step the right step and yeah man that sucks that the whole FTX thing did affect you in some ways but man am I really glad that you guys were able to get uh pulled out of there and just in the nick of time it sounds like and I'm sure you guys took a hit but gosh it doesn't sound like it's that your confidence is taking a hit at all now because you do the right thing you know I I don't know if you call it karma a lot of people believe in karma I believe if you do the right thing the right things will be done to you you know so we we do the right things we do the best we can with the knowledge and information we have and that's how you build trust you do the right thing uh when people are watching and when people aren't watching um that that's where you build the trust and you build it over time uh incrementally through like I said doing the right things and that's what we're aiming for uh trying to prove that we're here we're working every single day to grow and build and we are not going to you know this isn't again this isn't about you know any quick money for us this is about building um and so the timing has to be right it'll never be perfect but it has to be right based on where we're at with the our ability to to deliver on you know what we what we were saying we're going to deliver on and you know making sure that that we have a successful mint if that those things those Stars don't align then we will wait until the time is right amazing well I'm definitely going to be keeping an eye on uh your project I uh when I do my giveaway I'll give a really brief little introduction to my brother's Network he launched uh but uh check out kangaroo and I'll give a little bit more information but I'd love to hear your thoughts uh my brother's been working on a pretty big project the last couple years and so um I it's just really almost like something's been lifted off my shoulders knowing that you you are in town I it's so Jeremy do you have any last uh words of wisdom for us before I kind of start wrapping things up man stick with it it's it's easy like there's a lot of people exiting right now um they got wrecked in D5 they they suffered the the rugs um they've been impacted by Tara Luna they just got wrecked in FTX people are leaving the space because they've lost faith um my Myla words of wisdom would be keep the faith there are people out here building ponzied pandemonia vallabots we are out here trying to build something different uh using our experience and wisdom um you know so so keep the faith there are good people in this space just get better at spotting and finding them be involved in more of these spaces I know it can be daunting to get in I mean there's tons of Twitter spaces and stuff like that but but get into the spaces because you're going to hear I think a lot to be said about you know just listening because you know even though people you know people can speak with a a they call a split tongue or a silver tongue or whatever you know they can tell you whatever you want to hear but I really feel like you know for the most part you can tell someone who's genuine I don't doubt one iota that ponzied is totally 100 genuine in his mission there is not a doubt in my mind um I we got to hang with with pandemonia in our own one-on-one space a while back there's no doubt that these guys are here to build and you can tell it in their passion you can tell it in their voice you can tell it in their Doc's nature there's just a lot of a lot of really good Flags just learn to spot the red ones and stay away from them but but being in these spaces connecting man networking is so important and getting connected and being able to ask questions and just be involved in the space like that that's my words of wisdom don't lose faith stay with it be careful where you're holding your funds right now centralized exchanges probably not the the best place to have them right now not Financial advice uh but uh but yeah I love all all of you guys thank you so much for listening to me ramble on I know I can do it with the best of them um and I did post my YouTube you can just find me at Expedition D5 on Twitter and is search Expedition D5 on YouTube but I did put a link in the comment section below nice okay perfect you guys check out that link in the comments section those were just amazing words of wisdom to leave us with I appreciate that so much and uh to wrap things up on my and my friends I'm gonna go ahead and announce the winner for the panda token now we are making a switch to a new network like I like I kind of briefly mentioned my brother Brad he has dropped just an impressive impressive Network the kangaroo Network and they've got their own crew coin and here's here's my experience so far I launched an erc20 uh and it cost me that night about thirty dollars in gas uh I did uh crew 20.
