my time good evening good morning I know we always have people from different time zones hopping in so thank you for joining us for whatever time zone you are hopping in from and I'm really excited I know I've said this in the past but I'm cataloging all of these recordings onto a podcast and I've actually got some really exciting news both for blockham and for the community with giveaways and I'm I'm excited to tell you guys all about that here in just a minute and I I just can't keep my mouth shut with uh excitement with some with some things and block them is one of those plugins and I have another little system that's going to integrate block them into essentially every giveaway we ever do ever so I'm really excited uh with the opportunities that people that are way smarter and way more genius than I am or giving us with making this space safer and easier to navigate and the whole the whole Space can fill Wild Wild West until you get some smart people like block them coming in and making this place a lot safer and I'm really stoked especially because blockham just released their social media platform and their profile system which I'm so excited to get into and after we do this recording I'm going to spread this recording around and uh continue to just blast block them left and right because I think what they're doing is not only really cool but it is extremely important and it's necessary in this space Not only to onboard new members but uh to keep the people that have onboarded uh from you know preventing them from falling away uh whether it's from discouragement or scams or uh faulty contracts whatever it is there's a lot that can go wrong in this space and just in the year that I have been really heavy in the space uh it's amazing to see the technology that has been popping up and coming to light and so I'm really excited to get into that I know some of our Panda spaces we can get uh you know a little more personal and talk about the person a little bit more I don't know if I'm going to be able to contain my excitement for questions just regarding the tech and the dev though so so I will uh just I'm excited to see where this conversation goes and I'm already really really excited to see the numbers on my podcast for this episode because I think a lot of people will be searching for web 3 security uh and you know web 3 social media it's an idea that I've heard spoken of but no one has been stepping up to the plate and coming up with something really cool and easy like blockham has for that aspect also so I think we'll get a lot of interest in uh this conversation and I'm excited to see all the new users with block them their extension and their tools so without further Ado I was told that we were going to have both Tristan and Alexa here with us today so is that the case is that who we have here with us

oh it's so wonderful to have you here with us I'm really excited to get this on recording because I can't do it justice and every time I want to tell people about how cool your tools are I just wish you guys were there to explain it because I I feel like I'm fumbling around with some with when I get into Dev talk and it's really not hard to explain I can do a great job but to have a full hour with you guys I'm just really grateful because it's going to uh be a great opportunity for me to spread this around for a little bit more you know education around your tools just to have as a resource for my community and to really kind of Deep dive into what you guys are doing and so before we do get into the uh the tools and the excitement around all that I would like to have you guys introduce yourselves uh and and get a little personal would you guys mind giving us just a introduction about who you are how you got into this space and you know maybe even just tell us a little bit about yourselves even Hobbies or interests yeah absolutely Lane thanks so much for the awesome introduction and all the kind words as always remain one of the one of the best people in the space for sure uh I'm I'm Tristan one of the co-founders uh I guess the CEO of of airless which is kind of like our holding company um I I guess just a little I mean we're both Workaholics that's a thing so someone asking us about like what our Hobbies is it's like uh working you know that's that's that's my favorite hobby is just torque like 16 hours a day that's really what I love to do but when I'm not you know executing on some specific type of work I'm I'm playing chess I love I love chess I probably play it like an hour a day or something and I just I just hit 1400 which puts me in like the top four percent of chess players which is which is dope um and then I also uh read half a book a day so um I read like an hour to two per day I read books recommended by billionaires that's like my reading strategy um so I buy specifically books from like recommended by people like Elon Musk stuff like that and I just buy all their books and I just I just read 15 of them a month and then when I'm not doing that I'm I guess I I travel and I'm about to go to Serbia soon and uh yeah otherwise I just I just work which is what I love to do the most so I like working at coffee shops as well so it's about me I love that I love how you were like yeah I don't really have any hobbies outside of work besides chess and you go on this whole like list of things that you're totally into like of course a talented successful people I always find you know sometimes the busiest people are also the most uh they spend their time so wisely that they can fit in their Hobbies with their busy schedule so of course I knew uh asking that that of course you'd have some some awesome hobbies and to read that much man it really comes through just in the way you present and speak uh how well spoken you are so congratulations that's a goal that I have had time and time again to always be reading a book and I falter but for the most part I do a pretty good job as well not at your level so geez congratulations that's amazing
yeah thanks thanks a lot and you you bring up a great point because it's like it's at the end of the day it's really like about time management right it's like we I mean if you were working say like you know I don't know 40 hours a week if I mean if you work like a hundred hours a week and then like you spend 20 hours on your hobbies out of like or or whatever the the math is like I'm not actually doing the math off the top of my head but like if you're working all the time you can fit in other things because like 12 to 14 hours is a lot of time so you know an extra two or three hours for for a hobby you know in a I don't know we could just call it like a 14-hour work day you're actually doing 11 hours of execution that's you can fit in a lot of stuff so yeah you you you bring up a great point and yeah thanks for the for the kind words and Alexa is is very impressive himself so I'll let him go ahead and introduce himself
yeah hey hey everyone great too great to be here I'm kind of the nerdy part of the team not as well spoken as Tristan uh but you know kind of we we complement each other uh in the skill sets and it's probably the most important uh part for the company itself um my you know my kind of hobbies I guess would be uh medicine and physics I really really like you know learning about the things that I'm not an expert at so I would like to at least be you know good enough with them because they are they're really interesting to me and if I didn't go the you know software slash machine learning route I would have probably gone either medicine or physics so that's kind of what I really enjoy learning about and then another thing that that's kind of my guilty pleasure I I usually feel a bit of regret afterwards but I spend uh like once a week watching an NBA game and I know it's it's nothing bad I mean a lot of people watch you know enemy NFL but it can sometimes last you know three hours or something and then I was like oh man what what could have I done in those three hours but it is it is a guilty pleasure because I did play basketball when I was younger so it's it's something that that I that I enjoy doing you know once a week or something so that's kind of from my hobby side as for the As for the blockchain itself I mean I am I am from Serbia and Tristan is coming to to visit kind of our Dev team who's here and when I was a kid Serbia was under sanctions and if we had crypto back there I could not you know I could not tell you how easy your life would have been so I had like that's that's something that gotten me really passionate about it and why I don't want people to be burned by stupid things like scams so yeah that's that's kind of my road into this space I know Tristan hasn't mentioned his so yeah I would love would love for him to tell that story as well because it's really interesting oh I would love that and that was that was such a perfect segue from introducing yourselves into introducing how you got into the space and uh it's really gonna flow into my perfect uh first question after after Tristan uh tells his story about how he got into the space thank you so much uh Alex I appreciate that
nice yeah great great segue um I obviously grew up in the United States not under sanctions um which is crazy if you just think about like I guess one of the things that motivates me and I even mention it is like I kind of My Philosophy one of my philosophies of life is that like we're kind of we're we're so like like grateful and privileged to be in the the country that we kind of grew up in and we have like a very high like quality of life and a lot of in a lot of ways and one thing that always interests me is kind of like what countries around the world were like and solving problems for countries around the world is like my team has always been all around the world for for my companies um majority in you know all around the world India Eastern Europe um Central Europe Etc and I see just how useful this is for other places around the world and even though the United States right now is you know whatever the biggest economy in the next 100 years India and um and Africa and the the Balkan regions and kind of all these all these places that are that are developing that are going to have an even higher population because they're they're um their their birth rate is is higher than the United States and they're maintaining their birth rate more more consistently in a lot of these spaces like they're going to be the dominant economies of the future and crypto is going to be really big there and it's going to help them solve a lot of their problems and bypass allow the infrastructure challenges that they would have if they tried to follow the same path as a Western Country in order to like develop the right Financial infrastructure so I I'm passionate about that and then the other thing is too um is I see there being a lot of problems with um with web 2 that can be solved with web 3 like increasing centralization and you know everybody's kind of talking about how in the future you know you're going to be monitored and it's going to be like an episode of Black Mirror or something and I just feel a lot of that kind of kind of happening and I see how web 3 can be an amazing solution especially 20 years from now as centralization seems to increase and you know obviously there's a lot of things with big Tech working with government working with big corporations and they're kind of all working together and that's like uh that's kind of a threat to the people and I think web3 can be good for the people so that's um I could keep going on and on and on but uh like those are just some things that inspire me about it oh man that's really good and like I said again it's almost like you answered the first question that I have for you but I think it'll be good to to frame it with with this almost like a title of the next you know chapter of this of this uh space I the the question actually comes from a thought that just popped into my head that I had a conversation with kingaroo it's actually my older brother and he was explaining in that space he said you know I think you will have a successful product or business if you can solve a problem and I know you guys are going to be successful because that's exactly what you guys are doing you're solving a problem not just singular plural problems and I want I just kind of want to dive into that first to set it up to Tee It Up about why your products are so necessary I think we need to dive into the problem and I don't want to fish for anything specific uh that this is your guys's specialty and why you have created what you have but can you just kind of start it off with that what is the problem how how big is it is it quantifiable can we paint a picture a little bit for us about what the problem is in the space
yeah absolutely I mean um boo Tristan and I have been encountering scams from the you know from the moment that we have kind of uh gathered our community and stuff like that so it's incredible I mean even even in the 2017 Bull Run um I was kind of experiencing even back then some of the weird things in in crypto and but but I was like okay this is this is the worst that it's gonna get it's probably probably won't get worse uh than this and then you know 2021 comes along and Tristan calls me up uh with this community hey come and join and stuff like that so I I joined the community and as soon as I become an admin somebody creates a Discord with my profile picture with my username and start scamming people left and right and in around five days it's like 50k stolen 30k from a single person the one and to become a whale in our community and I'm getting a call you know on Discord it was like early morning and nobody ever calls me on Discord so I'll answer and it was a guy named Patrick and it took me a while to explain to him that it wasn't me who has stolen you know these funds uh and he was like listen man I really appreciate that you know you you walk me through this but I'm done with the space and I tried reaching out to him again he seems to have deleted this core deleted everything pretty much he was absolutely done with any kind of deal with this pace so that's you know the the first part of the problem that we're solving and Tristan can later tell kind of the story of how he also encounters camps in this in this space and then the other part is there a lot of influencers in this space who are influencers solely for the reason of being the loudest and that's why we you know we are building these profiles they're supposed to bring on-chain influencers basically people who are actually doing the right things on chain who are not pumping and dumping tokens on their communities who are not you know being not worthy of the following that they have built and that's kind of the idea behind the profiles we really want to showcase the right people there and we want people to be followed for the right things that they are doing in the space not for the wrong reasons
yeah absolutely love that
so I I guess I can parallel a lot of what uh what Alexa said it's it's interesting because the people in our community who got scammed we're getting scammed by someone impersonating Alexa whereas I got scammed personally uh out of like probably maybe forty thousand dollars total that I got stolen from me personally and I'll tell I'll tell one of the stories and I'll give you actual like I'll give you a quantifiable number uh how many people are getting scammed in the space but my first encounter with this is when we first launched inventor Club there's there's like 10 days until our public sale right and I had done a small private sale with people who are I'm friends with who you know wanted to support me and kind of want to support what I'm doing on my Instagram like my Instagram following stuff like that and then we set our date for the public launch and I'm talking to Creos who's one of our community managers and he's good at setting up Bots and stuff and Creo said that he's going to set up collab land for our community um so they can verify that they're they're a holder of our token and they can get access to exclusive channels and stuff like that I'm like okay cool awesome so then what happens is it's 11 p.m I'm sitting on my rooftop and I see a DM from collabland and at this point I'd never heard of clubland before because I'm still new in the space and I'm like oh awesome wow Creo set this up so fast and then I click it and it asks for my information it asks for my private key and I put in my private key and at this time I'm new to the space and I was not like an expert by any means and I I did I just didn't know what I was doing and I put in my private key and then I had twenty thousand dollars stolen which is what was the entire marketing budget for our project and then I got scammed by some influencers you know this is like Flash Forward a couple months Gus scam seven thousand dollars by influencers who who like they they impersonated influencers they had the OG username they did everything right like everything you could do to look like that real influencer you literally have the name of the person it's they impersonated Giancarlo if you know who Giancarlo is and they literally have the username like Gene Carla it's like all right well that's must be him right but no it wasn't and then that happens and as I did more research I saw that um 14 billion dollars was stolen last year in 2021 and that uh nfts grew by 21 000 percent last year and the amount of money stolen doubled from 2020 to 2021. so a doubling is pretty insane and the nfts just opened up a bevy of new types of scams that people can be susceptible to falling to so nfts kind of just increased the scam problem even I mean there's lots of great things from the end of from nfts don't get me wrong but the problem got worse because scammers got creative with new methods so you know after our personal experiences combined with the data we said you know what we we gotta tackle this
and what were the first steps how did the team come together you guys were doing the nft project was the team compiled from that project or how did you guys find each other Yeah we actually met uh a little while ago before that um yeah I was I was having my service business Tristan was having his uh he had a marketing agency I had a software agency and we were kind of getting sick of that life at the same time and we wanted to build a product so uh it's like a year and a half ago now already uh that he posted a post about you know a product that he wanted to build for sales uh like a sales AI driven Tool uh on upwork and I applied and I was probably one of the rare people who or maybe even the only one who applied you know not for money I applied for it hey you know this sounds really cool I think we should partner up and build this tool together uh and it's it's really unusual to get reached out by somebody on upwork saying you don't want money you actually want to build a product so we kind of hit it up there and we've started talking about that product and uh you know it was it was something completely different but then I got hit by covet and I I was out of order for like a month or two because of the medicine and stomach it's a whole story but in the meanwhile Tristan started that NFD project and you know it was it was starting to pick up steam so he called me up uh it but it basically opened up another opportunity for us to build something so he called me up and I joined the community and when we see when we saw you know what the big biggest problem was in that Community we just decided to tackle it and kind of use all of our uh knowledge and resources that we've had from our previous businesses to put it all on the line basically on this one so you know all the money all the contacts uh for you know from from basically from developers to our investors like everybody was somebody who we knew before who we worked with before and we've put everything on the line to work on this um we started you know looking at what types of scam times happen we started collecting the data on all the scams that were happening we started you know collecting the data on the scans that were happening in other communities not just ours and after you know basically it was from March to almost June that we were just collecting data and talking about how we're going to build this and you know trying to set up team right trying to get investors in the right place and when we finally did it it took us two months to release you know block extension and then another two months to release this other big project so basically in a matter of of four months we can release two big projects and we are not looking to to slow down yeah for real that that really is incredible to think about just four months what you guys have produced it seems like you just came out with the pro with the extension and then you guys hit me up with like hey yo no big deal check out this social media thing and it's just it's really like deep Dev and cool and smooth and slick and what I really enjoy and this is kind of uh we're talking about security we're talking about links we're talking about extensions and signatures how how do you think you've done it different to take people's guard down uh to help them feel safe getting into your product even before they download anything
yeah I mean um that's kind of it was really hard you know to get people to install extension in the beginning because the space was so bad like we even us who knew you know the numbers who saw the scams uh you know a lot of times even we didn't know how bad the space was and we just realized that when we were contacting different projects and they were like nah man I'm not clicking on any links and they're like oh oh no this is a scam this is 100 as cam I'm not doing anything about this and you know 90 of our conversations were explaining people that not every Link in in this space is a scam because everyone started to think you know oh if I click on any link that somebody who I don't know sends me I'm done you know my wallet is getting drained that's it so with the extension it took a lot of grind work to to get it going get to get you know people to to trust enough to install it but now the profiles are actually much much simpler because of that like if people are ready you know to install this extension and stuff like that it was much easier for them to trust enough to create a profile and now that we have kind of proven with two products that what we are doing is legit and it's not something that's you know going to leave you totally empty we we're we're looking to ask for the least amount of permission needed basically our wallet uh our Chrome extension does not require you to even connect your wallet like it does not require any sort of connection to the wallet and you know our our profiles only require you to connect the read only part like it does not require you to you know approve any sort of uh invalid transaction there's only you know signature of your wallet which is totally safe and that's kind of also what we've included in in our extension it can detect signatures that are not actually good so we are we're looking a bunch of ways to try to get people to enjoy a bit more this space but we definitely definitely do not want them to fully put the car down even even with blockham even like you know no matter what we absolutely want you to always be looking out and always be uh on your toes just just maybe a bit less concerned about every sort of link that you get in your inbox so that you can a bit better enjoy the space which has a lot of great people and especially in this bear Market most of the you know most of the people who are just here for quick Buck have kind of disappeared and it's like it it'll if after it there will be a lot more people who are actually here building and and looking for longer term and not just to get a few bucks and get lost I love that and I really enjoyed the onboarding process as far as a you know from a project owner uh from my perspective it was really really comfortable and the whole time you know I get I get hit up by different crazy promotions and crazy ideas and yours was like what this sounds cool but I don't want to click it was so scary but every single step along the way you guys made it extremely easy everything from uh being first of all so doxed to the point where I was like yeah but are you really oh by the way here's our LinkedIn profile you know you guys really uh walked uh a project owner through the process of feeling comfortable and now I I can really see where uh especially with these profiles how you guys will continue to pick up steam as you continue to get more and more projects that are recommending you and I just love how comfortable the process is from the consumer endpoint they get to put in an address any address and test it out and feel it out before even you know downloading the extension so I just really think it's it's been done so smart and wise and I I can't think of any chinks in the armor uh you know any any weak points uh to how you guys have set it up and how you are running it and I I would really love to know in what order do you hope because this is actually a personal question I have because I'm going to start like I said integrating this as a requirement before they even join any of our giveaways one of the steps is going to be and this is going to be quantifiable and checkable that they do these steps it's a really cool giveaway system I'm going to use I want it to be just such a process before they even get involved with me they they get a lesson on security through going you know through you so in what order are you hoping that people go through just with these two two tools alone because I know shoot two more months from now what are you guys going to have next so with these tool tools alone what order do you prefer that people go through the steps and will you just explain each step along the way and and the tools
yeah that's a that's a great question and we actually have a full we actually have a bit of a philosophy about this and uh once again thanks a lot for the kind words I'm really happy you feel that way because I think user experience is a really important thing in the space and Alexa and I have talked a lot about this you know when you first join the space it's like all these words you don't understand all like you know metamask doesn't tell you that you need to add more to your wallet because you're not accounting for Max gas you're only accounting for the recommended gas and like all this other stuff where just like it's really confusing when you first joined um and we went into like all right eliminate all that eliminate like uh eliminate a bunch of extra steps because like there's a lot of software where I'm making an account and I don't like it and I'm like all right there's so many steps here that I'm going to follow I'm just going to give up on this it's not worth my time and our attention spans unfortunately are just kind of going down so you know anything that takes extra extra time to do it's like you're decreasing the likelihood someone's gonna gonna do it so it's like with security it's so this is actually like this actually feeding into the philosophy on which order to go into because with security you have to trust the brand you have to trust that the security is going to be effective and it's going to work you got to trust that it's you know not just straight up a scam um you gotta you're gonna do a lot of things right like there has to be a lot of boxes checked for that however profiles the way we kind of talk about it is it's like it's like giving you honey to eat your vegetables so to speak because it's like the profile like just by and large like most people are would say Okay social media is really fun and the profiles are going to evolve and they're going to turn into like a social media from here um but creating a profile is fun customizing it you know seeing all your your nfts um seeing your profile picture seeing your header all that super fun it's super low barrier entry you know there's you don't have to trust a security solution to do that right however what happens is is you see that you can trust block them by creating your profile and you're like wow this is great experience like it gave me a trust score um this is really cool I really like this and you start engaging with us and you start following us and you start seeing what the tool feels like and it looks like and then you say you know what I like this so much now let me look at the extension that the little button in my upper right corner that says install the extension let me check that out and see what that's all about right and then you get the extension once you have the profile and we've actually kind of been tracking this and there's a pretty good percentage of people who you know go from the profile to the extension um so um if someone doesn't know who we are then that's probably the better order but if it's Someone Like You Lane where everyone knows you're the most trustworthy project in the space by far maybe the most trustworthy person in web 3 as a whole top 10 for sure then you know you say download an extension and they might say okay I'm gonna do it because I know you know pandomania is like it couldn't get more legit than them so you know maybe maybe just by Your Word they're gonna say you know what I'm just gonna get the extension because you know pandomania says to do it so you know that's all that's all I have to hear so I think either either way could could work oh man you're gonna you're gonna get me on like a a nice compliments battle here now that's really nice of you to say I appreciate that and I've tried to do that I've tried to uh just be as transparent and honest to a fault sometimes with my community and uh I just really appreciate that you said that because that's a a huge goal of mine in this space uh to be trustworthy but gosh I had a mishap in my Discord and a link got posted and people thought it was me and I cannot relate uh to your story better than uh I man I I just feel your stories to the core and so I I know how important it is to not only you know put that trust in people's minds and hearts but continue and repeat and repeat and repeat uh it's a daily thing that I'm really grateful that I have found you guys because this is going to be just a tremendous way for me to uh you know new members in the community right off the bat they don't have to go through that feel-out process with me I can use you guys to to prove that I'm a safe source and uh you know I appreciate that you say you know with some time you can you can trust but not everyone is is you know months or years into the industry and I just remember me popping in I had no friends in the in the space and had nowhere to go and so it would be amazing if every project before you even get into their Discord had some kind of system to say yo first of all be careful put this in your in your process and uh you'll be safe okay now go ahead and so that's my plan uh and really I'm oh you guys are gonna really uh I think this other process is pretty slick I'm I'm excited for you guys to see it because it's going to essentially give people little quests and points and they can reach the giveaway uh that way and so part of the quest is going to be all right like literally I want First Step you know maybe follow on Twitter that kind of stuff but uh one of the first steps for sure is to check out block them and so I I think it's crucial what you guys are doing and um my my main question you know when I asked the the philosophy like you said I like how you you phrased it like that I really am glad you you shared that philosophy and I agree with that and I think that will be actually the the order uh that it does make sense I like that share the profile have a little fun get what do you say the honey before the vegetables that was perfect because uh you know sometimes you do want to have a taste and oh okay I'll come in and sit down and try some other stuff and that's really smart I like how you you worded it like that
yeah absolutely and I'm I'm so excited to see like what what you've been working on for onboarding because it's like you know if if we if there is a web free marriage you know this this would be it you know we'll we'll give you the block um the blockham ring and then uh we we're excited to have your ring too man so I'm I'm super excited with with what we're with what you're working on with onboarding people and then you know together we're just gonna we're just gonna conquer conquer the world we just gotta build like an Avengers of of onboarding of onboarding tools to to bring a billion people into the space together you know like it sounds crazy but I mean given enough time and effort you know we we can we can do it together so I I I love this uh this partnership I'm just I'm in love with this partnership as well and um I I really like the idea of staying relevant also um smarter you know I can I can be on these Twitter spaces all day every day shouting my project from the rooftop and trying to convince people that way day after day after day that I'm still here that our project's still around that we're still doing things but with tools like yours it's just going to be easier to be out there more and to be seen easier and to be validated by other users and so I love what you're doing because it's going to give me connections to other block em projects also and it's going to unite people in in that sense of security I know if someone's you know recommending block them that I can trust their project that you know a project recommending block them that has a terrible uh scam written contract like yeah right they're not going to be sitting there preaching like look up my contract look up my contract I dare you like they'll stay far away from you and so uh I love being partnered with you for that sole reason of like yo check whatever I'm doing I if there are any problems it's it's naivety if anything you know what I mean and so I love being able to say I'm with a security plug-in and project and I am proud for anybody chat to check my numbers anywhere you know and it's really cool too from the influencer perspective holy crap I cannot believe just the how easy people can fool you with uh just simple tactics and I've fallen for them and when you're trying to run a project that's a huge huge hurdle at the beginning of how do I get some eyeballs okay I'll try this I'll try this oh my gosh no way this person reached out to me you know they play off of the stress that they know you're going through of oh wake up how many notifications ah no way it didn't work oh okay something's gotta work this time and then some influencer and if I could have a education system where you guys are like yo before you try getting a promoter to help you check out their their addresses see what they're up to you know and that's that would be so cool to rewind time to have this tool just to check people out and I think looking up their wallets and seeing their activity it's really cool and so if you guys could uh could you just walk through I know you could Deep dive into each one of these tools but could you uh just for the audience if they have not looked at either the profile tool the social uh profile tool or the address uh smart contract looker-upper I I couldn't think of the proper word I look her upper if you could just kind of briefly give us a run-through of what each little tool does within those tools that would be amazing
yeah absolutely um I guess I'll I'll get a bit more techie uh for the for the looker upper and what we call search engine for for web 3 addresses and that's what that's what I meant yeah yeah and and our extension as well is kind of how it works uh basically it has three parts right now to to what we're doing and the first part is uh basically we are looking at rule-based things so is this address blacklisted somewhere is this address you know a wallet emptier has it emptied you know out of last 10 transactions is all 10 wallet emptying transactions so there are some of these rules that we're looking at and if you fail that first one it's kind of hard to recover in the next layers but if you pass that layer now we have you know other ones as well so the next layer is the simulation which we're actually adding very very soon I would say next week uh where once somebody lands on a uh you know web page and they're about to do a transaction we create a fork of a blockchain and we simulate what would actually happen if that transaction was included in the next block and then we returned to the user to know what exactly would they be doing in this you know in this instance and then the third layer like if you also passed you know these first two layers which is possible it's like 40 of these cameras will still be able to pass these two now we have our AI tool which is looking to find any sort of pattern that could Point into you being a scammer an amazing thing about the AI is that it can analyze so many different transactions and so many different patterns at the fraction of a time that a human can so if I was to do it by myself it would take me like three hours to analyze absolutely all transactions and all you know different connections between each wallet uh and then even then I might miss something because humans are prone to you know errors but AI it can analyze a whole bunch of things at once and this allows us to basically in just a couple of seconds give back the trust percentage to the user uh based on our AI now one thing that I absolutely have to stress as a technical person is that AI takes time to learn and it can have you know 90 95 99 99.99 accuracy but it doesn't mean it's a hundred percent so what what really really helps in these instances is just having a bunch of users and the more users we get the more people use our welcome software the more they tell us how much we suck and how much you know we've told that there's Cam and they're not I remember one instance where you know we we did make a mistake but that made us like that single mistake that we've included in our data set has helped us to reduce the error rate by five percent so basically each time somebody uses our tool it gets better and better and you know beginning of 2023 I'm hoping for us to have like 99.99 accuracy and at that point I might I cannot still guarantee that I'll say this but I might say that you can relax a bit more in web3 if you have Wacom uh right now I'm still saying that you should absolutely still you know check things out yourself and the blocking is just useful for you know when you're tired when you're doing research but at the beginning of you know next year I might be comfortable enough to even say Hey you can simply enjoy the web3 space you can you know kick your legs up and just enjoy the nfts enjoy the different tokens go ahead Buy sell do whatever you want and you will be worry-free at this point I'm still as even though we have like 95 accuracy which is pretty high I would still not say that but at that point I might as well that's so awesome how honest you are I was actually debating in my head my next question for you guys was uh basically is there any room or margin of inaccuracy not not inaccuracy but room for AI growth now is how I would phrase it and that's really interesting uh and it makes me feel better when a project owner says hey even research me do your own research stay safe I I really appreciate that uh you do give that disclaimer still even with yourself you know it's extremely important it's a it's a strong precedent that needs to be set by every project owner also to gosh be careful uh even even from your most trustworthy sources just be careful take a second look into it and you know the days of fomo uh aren't as strong as they were a year ago but they're still fomo to be had and a rush uh in just getting it done and seconds later you regret that click and oh man it's just really awesome to have a tool that within seconds can do all this research and deep dive into it and be able to give you all this data right off the bat so what what then is um the the social profile can you briefly get a little techie with that as well yeah just just before that I would like to say that I really liked how Tristan framed us as Avengers because we definitely need this in the space and you know the last time when somebody wasn't honest and said hey guys all is fine all your assets are totally cool was a week ago when SBF said it and we can see what happened to FDX with the bankruptcy today so we absolutely need people to tell it how it really is because if they are not it's gonna end up you know the way that FTX ended up all assets are great you don't have to worry and that was a I think even less than a week ago so that's why I'm really really trying to you know say things how they really are and I can absolutely say that first two layers you know the Blacklist the rule-based things the uh simulation those things that are 100 accurate but they are not covering all the cases while on the other hand AI covers all the cases but there's a little room for room for improvement still but even then we have actually calculated you know how much have we saved uh in in these you know basically two months and we have saved right now over nine hundred thousand dollars in in two months so I mean I would I would still you know uh like to exercise caution but it will definitely help you sometimes when you're rushing when you're tired when when you know even even me myself I wanted to swap some cat coin for fun and I would have lost fifty dollars in cat coin it wasn't that important but still like block him stopped me they're like oh no what are you doing this is not a real cat coin like what are you doing man so it's it's absolutely going to be helpful it's absolutely going to stop you doing some stupid stuff but even then you know I would still try to stay as much on it as possible
well that's so refreshing and really is uh without trying to sound like the the original lady from American Idol she would always say a breath of fresh air who what was her name uh Paula Paul Abdul I always feel like uh she always reminds me I always get reminded of her when I say a breath of fresh air anyways uh it really is to hear you just lay it out honestly uh explain that 95 to 99 isn't good enough for you it's so cool uh just how accurate you guys have already dialed it in and the different layers and levels I loved that that was really good for me to hear and you guys I I love to keep these uh to an hour I don't want to take uh everyone's time on an afternoon and so before we start to wrap this up I would love to spend just a few hours deep diving and we could but I uh I guess the last question on my mind before we wrap up today is what are the next steps are you guys uh planning on monetizing at all and how and when and maybe any Alpha on Future tools or I I don't know I don't want to get ahead of myself because what you have is just so amazing and you wouldn't even need to add anything else uh to to just blow people's minds but anything else would be amazing as far as the future plans yeah absolutely we we definitely um I don't want to say we're perfectionistic very big goals I guess and very like high expectations for you know what we expect out of ourselves our team what we're what we're building in general what it does for the space that type of stuff um a couple different things so the profiles are going to become even more like a social media platform we're going to add more engagement features maybe add a feed had being able to upvote projects um Alex and the team were working on Project profiles which are going to be something to replace all the links in your uh in your Discord and we're we're monetizing but not from consumers right now actually we're monetizing um through Integrations on platforms so we're going to kind of spread our wings our tentacles and we're going to start infesting um different platforms uh whether that's nft platforms whether that's Rarity sites there's a lot of actual scams I don't I don't want to like call people out but there's some scams on some big listing sites right if you list your there's a lot of scams being listed on these free sites where you can just list your nfts so we're integrating with them to prevent some of that and ultimately what we're building is an ecosystem of of that accomplished three goals over the next 10 20 years whatever the timeline looks like number one is improving the user experience of web 3. number two is making it safe for everyone and then number three is creating user experiences and reasons for people to join the space new utilities new reasons for people to join the space and right now we're on the security Mission because we need to make the security great and the user experience great before we can focus on you know building new uh tools and building new kind of utilities for small businesses and different you know uh parts of of web 2 that hasn't joined web3 yet because there's still a lot of people who need to join the space we need to bring them in by creating new new utilities and stuff so that's a high level I could go on and on but we're at an hour so I don't want to keep going thanks so much Lane you're amazing and uh we're so happy your this is this is actually incredibly I I don't know exactly where where did you hear about that well we are actually talking about them I met drew the founder uh in Dubai uh on on a conference and we are we are in talks we are looking how can we get you know both platforms to benefit from this partnership so it's it's really incredible that you actually mentioned them because it was like I don't know two weeks ago or something that I that I met him in Dubai and we've kind of started after that talking about the partnership and we found that you know we could definitely uh together kind of they're looking to protect people cross-chain we're looking to protect them on chain so that kind of partnership would absolutely benefit both sides yeah that's excellent I uh I've been delving into present a little bit just but from an ins like when you talk about these two projects honestly when you speak about Wacom anyone can understand it anyone can go click and sign up for it um it's super easy to use I love it it's non-threatening like you talked about and with presend it is an amazing product but it's darker and a hell of a lot more complex for people to even understand it's actual use case um so I applaud you for making block them so well uh you speak about it so well and it's so easy to use as well it's designed well it's intuitive so I appreciate it thanks for speaking to project um has there been any consideration first can we get a link to the uh contract lookup and information thing I didn't was able to find that when I jumped on the website that secondary tool that you guys were mentioning yeah yeah first uh just just to mention Tristan got rugged on a way to airport uh and he cannot reconnect uh he's coming to Serbia soon so uh yeah I'll I'll kind of keep answering the rest of the questions as far as contract go we actually don't have a contract because we are not requiring any rights uh we only do read only things right now as soon as we you know do have something to write on chain and I'm definitely planning for that to come I've actually recently heard of a cancer research theme that keeps their AI parameters on chain because that way they cannot be lost they cannot be deleted you know and everyone from around the world can kind of look how to improve them so I'm looking to maybe you know get our AI parameters or on chain or something like that it sounds like a really interesting idea so once we do we will definitely you know put it on our website for everyone to be able to check it out but right now all our tools are read only we read for the extension we read what transaction is about and we warn about what we have read and then for the social media part we we read what the person kind of owns and we are able to you know let them showcase that on the profile so that's why why there's no contract yet and then uh Voodoo I I posted up top another pinned tweet you can see the HTTP is not on there but block them dot IO I think it is hyperlinked you could uh just click on that but that is the main link that they they need to go to for the extension correct yeah correct uh there's a page for extension there actually a button per extension and a page for profiles so both things can be checked out from that link awesome awesome I was just curious I think it was because I was hitting the pass-through link on the first pin post and it was just sending me to the profile page so awesome um I have another question if you don't mind got a couple more have there been any uh thought or consideration to maybe customizing that header space Behind The Profile to maybe showcase a couple more of the nfts right up front so people can know a user by the entities they hold other than just that initial profile pick yeah there is there is actually a profile pic that you can set an nft and a cover that you can actually send the data you can actually set to anything it does not have to be you know your nft um and we have like an nfts section where you can list all of the nfts that a person owns but it's an it's an interesting idea um I would love to you know to hear kind of your thoughts like what what is it exactly that you would want like maybe a few separate things I I saw that we actually right now do not show uh on profile which chain is it on what contract so that's definitely something that we want to add as well but if you have any additional kind of suggestions that's that's what we want the most right now any sort of feedback and you know any sort of uh advice would be very helpful to us because that's the best way for us to grow Allah Alexa I think I think he was actually referring to the cover behind the profile pic asking if that can be changed and it definitely can it already you can edit that uh cover photo so that's pretty cool I I was browsing some of our community their profiles and what they've set up and it's really fun to see their profile pic what they choose and then also uh the cover photo behind it so yeah uh just find the edit button for that part awesome awesome and then one more question kind of on the security front um has there been any uh thought or consideration to how as good as this tool is as a read-only and providing the information for the profile the the malicious actors out there I see a potential with like saying the account balance has there been any thought or consideration to being able to hide that from public view without having followed or friended somebody or maybe that's a good question I have that same question Voodoo good thank you for bringing that up yeah it was actually multiple people that kind of brought it off and uh it makes it makes a ton of sense uh in our defense that was developer thinking we were like oh you know everybody knows what etherscan is they can just check the balance there so why not just put it here as well uh but but it's kind of developer thinking not everybody knows that and we don't maybe want to make it even easier for for some of the people that are trying to you know use some bad tactics so it totally makes sense and I've already forwarded that to the team to see how can we maybe like you said only if somebody accepts the following or something like that we might want to uh be able to to protect users even more even from that sort of informationally awesome with that guys I'm all tapped out of
