good evening good morning good afternoon oh thank you and welcome to another awesome uh episode of panda spaces today we are so lucky to have with us Nestor from Fitness they have a launch Mint coming up I'm so excited it's been months I've been waiting we even have Fitness incorporated into our project as a as a panda partner we are so in love with what nestor's doing and his story and I'm really excited to get to know Nestor a little bit more and I'm not sure if you uh my friend have had a chance to listen to these one-hour spaces but we like to dive into your story a little bit it's not one hour full of nft talk and I'm just really glad that uh we have a person like you on for this episode that has just an awesome story with Sports you're a pro athlete and you have I'm sure an artistic background as well I'd love to know about there's just so many questions I already have and I want to invite the audience as well in the comments down in the bottom right you can see we have a section where you can add some comments if you have any questions throughout this space feel free to drop them in there I myself always have loads of questions but it's always fun to uh get what the audience wants to hear as well specifically so without further Ado before we jump right in with Nestor I do want to point out we have a couple giveaways up top I do the second one is more of just excitement I I officially am turning these Panda spaces into podcast episodes and I've got them everywhere so Chris cray yo I see you there in the audience you're on Spotify bro you're on you're on I mean all of them I've I've got it on Apple I'm still waiting on Google they have a little bit of a weight we got Amazon I Heart Radio I'm really excited uh just to to make this official because I think uh with that comes the the expectancy you know of more episodes in the future and I want that to be a constant with with what we're doing are these Panda spaces and diving in and getting to know absolutely phenomenal people getting to know their minds their history their stories and learning from them uh being inspired by them being motivated and getting out and working harder because of it and so without further Ado I would like to introduce Nestor with fitnest and uh Nestor if you would just give us maybe a little elevator pitch about you and your project and uh I will I will kind of dive deep into your background after that but tell us who you are and and why why we have you here on on the Twitter space with us today

Nestor are you there and is that just me I I can't hear anything did I am I rugging oh no

can I get a uh show of emojis from the audience can you guys hear Nestor let me bring Special K up see if see if I'm so sorry

Lane you're good but you're good brother but we can't hear Fitness I just wanted to let you know that oh I appreciate that okay Fitness thank you thank you um thank you for having me uh

honor and a pleasure dude hey

hey uh stick around if you have time I know you guys have spaces going but uh thank you my friend and hey Nestor there you are we can hear you now how are you

uh oh it's not you it's him man it's not you it's him you're good

I wonder if he can hear us he he uh it seems like it was a lag and and uh now he might not be able to hear us hey Nestor throw up throw up an emoji throw up in a heart sign if you can hear me throw up a heart emoji if you can hear me oh boy okay this is this is always a uh a realistic obstacle we have to face with these Twitter spaces is someone getting rugged on Twitter okay so he he is dropping down we will see here if uh he comes back Special K uh while we're waiting why don't you tell us what you have going on today well I can't believe my luck to be able to spend a couple minutes here before we jump on our spaces I'm excited to jump right over to your space yeah you know worst case scenario bro is Fitness we have to reschedule and you and I just hop over to your guys's space and take a few people with us so yeah tell us what's going on bro well yeah in about five minutes we're gonna get ready to launch my Genesis nft something we've been building for over a year I've been in these spaces four months trying to build Goodwill and we have Keith Berry hosting our launch party and it's going to be an 18-hour space and you know I just came in here to let you know that you know that we would love to have you come and join us at some point throughout the night that was it man um and at Fitness too Nestor uh himself we had messaged and said he was going to stop by at some point too so I'm you know this is your guys's time to shine and we're going to be there for a long time all night as a matter of fact but um I would just love to have you come and join us for a little bit Lane definitely definitely bring it right up and and Vibe out because it's just going to be some we're just going to be hanging out man we're gonna be hanging out we got music and um some really fun stuff to talk about just like Halloween night and vibing and playing some beats and talking about this all the work we put into this really cool forever bong project yeah I guess I can keep talking for another minute or two until Nestor gets up here but um yeah it's a forever bong it's an actual video Yeah and before

I got my piece in the mail shipped safely just packaged like a like a baby would be packaged I mean it was amazing the artwork the hand detail that you can tell went into it man it's a work of art and I I just even if I didn't use it as a bong it's a beautiful piece of artwork and I'm just so proud and excited for this next phase I'm so sorry to cut you off I had to just make sure everyone knew that that bringing you up here uh I'm I'm excited as a holder bro keep going yeah that's awesome Lane and here's the here's the thing is that as the holder of the GM bong which you paid um well I forgot you did pay you bought one off the floor and you paid a nice a nice price for that but as a holder of the GM bong after we sell 1 000 of our forever bongs and the forever bong is a 0.23 each so it's about a 350 value as soon as we sell a thousand of these every GM bong holder is going to get a forever bong and a forever bong is a actual in real life bong that we should ship to your door but the nft is the video of that bong being made so it's the birth video of the bong itself that you will be then shipped in the mail and that piece will then be insured for life if it ever breaks and you know Stoners and if you under no glass and you know what it means to be a bong owner then you'll understand um you know what we're what we're offering with this forever bong project so that's pretty much it in a nutshell yeah well

oh man I'm so glad you came through Chris you saved the day well thanks dude that was fun to fill that was fun to fill a couple minutes and I want to hand off to Nestor space at the end to hop over to your space my friend thanks you guys have a great night we're getting ready to start our spacing so I'm just gonna bounce out gracefully and I wish you guys the best of luck and we're always looking to support you guys as well and Nestor he was a he was a guest on our space and I'm sure he'll be uh popping in to say hi later as well so good luck you guys amazing thank you Chris we'll be there soon my friend thank you and Nestor how how are you are you there now can you hear me

that you're here with us thank you so much for doing this and I know an hour of time is really uh the most valuable thing you can give to somebody so you're really gifting us tonight and the community and uh you're going to be recorded for All Time and Eternity in a form of a podcast I'm really excited about so and uh like I like I asked at the beginning I'm not sure if that was hurt I would love to just get a quick elevator pitch about who we have here on the line with us yeah um I was speaking I heard everything you were saying um I don't know what happened because like I I was like all right maybe it's my connection so I left the space and then I like exit out of Twitter come back came back in and not none of my spaces were there like my whole app wasn't loading I freaked the hell out so I just shut off my phone turned it back on and uh right here so Solutions but um sometimes it's just the reset you just need like the old Nintendos you need to clear out the dust yeah exactly but um thank you for having me my name is Nester naturally Ms I'm the uh founding president of fit Nest Fitness is looking to bridge a gap from web 2 to web 3 utilizing our team platform resources and our utilities uh and we have over about five web tube brand Partnerships already over 25 at nft project Partnerships and I'm just looking to take over the uh the fitness space for webtoom of three

and that's basically it for fit and S that I don't want to go too much into detail with the utilities and all that since it's a long list but um yeah take it away so

hello

I'm I'm wondering uh if nesters still having issues can uh Chris Gray can you join me up here my friend I can hear you can hear me you can hear me okay okay you cut out for a little bit so I think we're good now so Nestor I I want to know your story so take us back to when you were a kid I'd like to know the Hobbies you were into I know obviously you're a professional athlete and you you were obviously into sports I'd love to know maybe about the artistic side of you as a kid too and just growing up and what'd you do in your free time and uh what what was your family life like I know that's a big question full of you know 10 questions but essentially I want to get to know your story yeah totally so um you can hear me okay right now right yes loud and clear perfect cool yeah so um my story you know as a kid um I even have that that good of an upbringing um you know very toxic situation uh my environment was um and yeah just just just your typical story of just not having a good upbringing and uh with you know the goods and the bads a lot more bads and goods and that led me to dive head in first to soccer you know kind of an outlet and um I was just training every day with it um loved it fell in love with the sport and became obsessed with it it was the only place that I felt home you know it's the only place I felt like I could express myself and uh be me and um get away from everything it was a very therapeutic thing and then I got into writing music and I wrote lyrics uh I remember I wrote my first rap when I was like 10 years old and because soccer was still a thing in my life but um it started getting more uh lonely in the sense like you know I did like I would have to find my own rides to games at like 10 years old and um really wouldn't have family uh mom or dad or any siblings kind of show up to my games when I was like 10 11 so like it was kind of a sad moment you know pouring all all my heart into a sport that you know not really having a family to come and watch me play so I started writing music for more therapeutic reasonings and uh kind of got good at it and that's how my my artistic ability I feel like grew and from that I just always had a taste for uh being creative everything I do is is creative um from the from how I uh write music to how I do business to um like I like Photoshop I have no idea how to use it but somehow like maybe create like a a cool album cover um drawing I can't draw to save my life so I can probably draw a good stick figure but um like creativity is a different sense in the sense of it's not in the form of paintings and drawings it's more of in the mind of how I do things um and that's not my creative creativeness is uh yeah that's how it kind of is and being a pro athlete um you always are forced to look outside the box uh you can't really look at things as it is um because one day you have a team playing this way and then they could switch up and you have to just adjust to the to the game to the moment and that's I feel it kind of helps with creativity too because certain combinations like I box now so it's like when you're in that ring and you're throwing your Jabs you're trying to set yourself up for a combination and sometimes you have to get creative with it you have to like all right let me faint this way to have him drop his hand here so I can give him a hug here kind of thing and uh yeah so it's my creativity my creativeness comes from a different angle it's not really artistic like paintings and drawings

I I am so glad that I asked about you know the creative side because that it's really interesting to me I always find that with really gifted athletes there's always some kind of artistic or creative side as well because I think athletes are artists I mean with with martial arts and with Combat Sports I mean it's it's easier to it's in the word martial arts you know and and they do claim to be artists some of them um but with any sports it's a it's a real art form to be able to control your body in certain ways and to be able to perform that way consistently um and so I I do find it uh awesome and I did not know that that you had uh dabbled in music and writing music and I completely think obviously that's an art and so I I think it's awesome that we we went there and I will come back to that I'd like to to ask a few questions about soccer if I can what what positions did you play and and what did it ever change did you ever cycle through different positions uh you said you've been playing since you were a kid and will you just give us kind of your soccer career yeah I'll give you my uh my resume um when I was a kid I started as a forward and I was like a good goal scorer when I was young and then I transferred over to a better team and that better team already had like two strong forwards that they weren't going to switch for anybody and they saw that I was fast so they're like all right we're gonna put you on outside Wing because you're good with the ball like you can dribble fast you're you're a good player I'll play on the wing so I started playing the wing and then I play my wing I played wing all the way through um middle school high school and then um I was going to college I was still playing Wing but when I went to go play in Colombia down South America they said that I would be better as an outside back so I went from forward all the way to defense and uh I like playing outside back more than I do playing forward um just because I don't have that uh natural goal scoring Instinct anymore um I did as a kid because when you're a kid you know everything's easy you're like [ __ ] like anything's anything can go but when you're an adult like uh it's a lot harder you have to have this Instinct of just shooting um it's not like any kind of uh animal-like Instinct where it's like aggressiveness like unboxing or anything like that it's just something you're born with it's just you get the ball and shoot um which I don't really do I more pass Cross or whatever so uh play outside back and I love that position because I'm quick I'm fast I come up and down the field all day long and and I stayed there and now if I ever play I play outside back yeah

and when when was uh the last time you were down in Colombia so I have an obsession personality so I can't play soccer anymore because I'll get obsessed with them and be like trying to let me go back into it um and I can't do that because like I have the I have this uh this this thing that I want to be the best at everything so like if I play soccer again um I'm going to want to play to like go to the next level like go back into it and at my time in my life I I told myself and I'm not doing that anymore because A month's a better and bigger things with my life and uh yeah it was it was a very tough moment I'll never forget this I I uh I got a contract to go play in Australia and I was being I was a personal trainer at the time over at equinox and I got an email and they are ready to send me over and I responded back to them saying I'm gonna have to uh turn it down because I just I I just felt like my life was going a different direction and that was the most hardest email I ever had to write uh back to them okay

can you hear me

can you hear me can you hear me

hello ah

hello uh can can somebody in the audience give me a heart if they can hear me

how about can you guys give me a heart if you can hear me 100 emoji if you cannot hear Fitness hello hello

I see can you guys hear me damn I think they can hear me with the hearts space has has done us wrong I cannot uh I cannot hear Fitness right now Conquest can I bring you up my friend

everybody can hear me it sounds like damn Twitter yo what up bro

Conquest can you hear Fitness I can hear both of y'all your voice is just really low

oh no oh no all right should I tell him I'm gonna come back out I'm gonna leave him come back in he said he's gonna leave and come back in Brody okay all right

I apologize my friends Twitter is is uh really playing some games with us today let's try again here

Nestor are you there can I hear you this time can you hear me I can I do not know what happened I am so sorry to cut you off there no it sounds like I was the only one that missed it it's all good you know if you uh if you turn on like turn up if you turn on captions you I think you can you can still hear me or see what I say um I don't know if that helps just in case if it happens again

yeah but um what'd you hear last

um man I I did not hear any of uh what you answered for some reason it cut off I didn't hear anything all right well I'll just start over again essentially so uh your question was my involvement in soccer I said I have an obsession personality I don't think I can go back and play because I want to um be the best at it again and uh go to the next level again which I can't anymore not because physically speaking but just because my life's going in a different direction and I made that decision a couple of years back or however long it was I forget now when I was a personal trainer in Equinox and I got a contract to go play in Australia and I had to write my agent saying um I'm not going and it was the most hardest decision I ever had to make um it was a very emotional decision like my whole life you know training is all I knew was soccer and I just took the decision to not go and the decision was based off of uh uh where I wanted my life to be at you know I wanted to be successful and a new soccer was only for a short time not for a long time and I uh I don't know I just I lived that pro-life and it was everything it was supposed to be and I got sick of a lot of it and I wanted to be more fulfilled and um at that time um if you asked at that time that moment a year from then if you asked me do I regret the decision I would probably would have said uh I don't know yet I do miss it a lot but now if you ask me if I regret that decision I'll say no it's not a decision I regret because um I did happen to meet somebody um during that time that uh changed a lot of how I view life and things and uh really admire the individual and um it was all worth it for that person so yeah and now I do boxing and now I'm obsessed with boxing and that's where my heart is for Sports in the meantime while I still lift weights

amazing okay and so what what got you into boxing and have you have you done other uh Combat Sports or grappling or or any kind of martial arts before you got into boxing yeah so um when I was younger I did Taekwondo um I got to like a purple belt pretty quickly but again at that point I was just you see there one or the other soccer or something else I couldn't ever do both so I dropped Taekwondo to do soccer and then um now what got me into boxing was I don't know I always liked fighting like not in the sense of uh like wanting to go fight in the streets or whatever but like I always enjoyed combat and um it's you're in it's a lonely sport in the sense of like you're in there by yourself like you have to figure things out inside and it just turned you just turn into a different person in there and if you can manage and control that new individual and play it out in life it will help you so much and um I'm actually back into it I took a couple months off ever since I started building this project um but now I'm back into it and uh loving it yeah

so um have you ever competed in martial arts when you did Taekwondo or are you planning

um I've never competed in Taekwondo but boxing yes I do plan on having a couple fights um yeah I I I do plan on having a couple of fights um when I don't know yet my first thing is making sure Fitness is sustainable um in the next month or so and then we'll go full into boxing I told my coach like hey just give me one one a month and a half I'll I'll beat anybody in this gym if if you just give me a month and a half of every day grinding hard for this for this sport I'll be anybody in this gym but right now I'm not ready for that because I have too much [ __ ] going on but um but yeah I'll be competing for sure for boxing oh I love that bro you have to keep us updated I want to follow and and uh man that's exciting I I guess I'm well past my Prime I'm 37 and I've always had the dream to compete and it just it gets away from you man the years go by really quick so I'm really uh I'm gonna live vicariously through you in any fights you have That's so exciting so uh answer me this as a young kid you mentioned that you didn't have a lot of support with your sports how how hard was that to keep yourself disciplined without a lot of family support I don't know if that's a tough question uh to answer I don't want to bring up any maybe any hard feelings or anything but I just I guess I'm kind of leading into how have you become so dedicated with Fitness it's a hard thing to learn and it sounds like you have to do it on your own from an early age yeah so um my parents had were going through a divorce when I was really young and I had two little brothers and um my my dad is like a macho man kind of person you know like you know um like Alpha in a way um back then whatever that meant like you know no crying strong man kind of mentality when in reality uh crying man is more strong than a non-cry man but um back then that's what I saw so when I know when they told us that they're going to do the divorce um my little brothers were like really crying and my mom obviously was and my dad was feeling it and you know at 10 9 years old like you look up to your to your parents and I was just like well [ __ ] like I guess I have to be the remote role model for my little brothers I have to show them that it's gonna be all right and uh just kind of you know take the hits for them which it did affect me a lot in life as I grew up and I just you know as I got older obviously I overcame those those wounds and stuff but back then it wasn't really um that easy of a divorce some some divorces happen easily for parents like they're just like oh we're not meant to be with each other but we'll co-parent properly man this was like World War [ __ ] three going on it was like it was it was chaotic especially since we're Hispanic it was ten times worse so it's like we saw it all firsthand and my my family was was dealing with that and I I just I just do what I had to do like I was like you know what this is going back so I said in the beginning This Is My Sanctuary this is where I feel safe this is where I feel happy um let me just do what I want to do and I just dove into it and uh practice and practice and practice and I could spend hours on a field and because it was like the only moment of escaping you know reality and um yeah so I just kind of did it as therapeutic and then just grew from that find yourself enjoying the different aspects of the sport for example I could spend hours in my side yard practicing volleys juggling practicing a bicycle waiting for cars to drive by and doing it hoping they would watch me like I could do that by myself for hours but then I obviously craved the time with my teammates and the camaraderie and the friendships and the love and the the passions and the wins and the losses like what tell me uh maybe a few things about the sport you know on your own time and with teammates that that you found that you loved about sports or maybe that sport specifically yeah um so by myself what I enjoyed the most was just getting better um I always had my eye on the prize of being a pro player um I've never had anything else in my mind it's the only thing I ever thought of jumped up and wanted to be um never thought of anything else and uh yeah so I mean when I was training I was training um I was like obsessed so I wasn't thinking about anything else if there was ever a car running driving by like I would race the car I was a weird kid and then with teammates you know um again going back to what I was saying like how my parents handled their divorce wasn't you know easy for how they were doing it and you know what happens in your house as when this is for everybody whoever's a parent in here um make sure you're taking your [ __ ] outside of your house you know because it does affect your children in ways that you don't even know um like because they were handling their things in-house and me my little brother saw everything you know fights to you know beatings to like knives being taken out like you could like you could probably imagine everything and we were seeing all that firsthand and when we go to school like you could just tell we were different from everybody else because my dad at the time was like in uh doing pretty well for himself and mom was doing pretty well for herself but they just made some smart Investments so we were relatively in a good neighborhood and a good city or town but you know in the home the home was broken even though that we were in a safe place and we'd go to school and we'd go to school with a bunch of people who were you know um great lives great lives great families and great everything else so when I would go play soccer I wouldn't really resonate or connect with my teammates all that much because they were doing it they were these were kids who were playing Club who had like tons of money um you know just signing up for things and again I would say my parents would be well for themselves because they were doing Investments with each other once they got divorced all that stuff went away and then my parents had to go back down this year and work their way back up so there's like a lot of different things that were going on that didn't allow me to really connect with my peers so I would go to practice kind of do my thing and then I would actually have to wait like three hours after practice to get her to get picked up so I would be there by myself still still playing by myself still training so it's like you know as a kid you're like oh look at this kid like I'm still here like what a loser like he doesn't have family to go pick him up so it's like you know obviously it's stupid little [ __ ] that kids make fun of but you know that's why I don't really I didn't really connect with my peers and that kind of came with me as I grew on life and I kind of just walk by myself which is how it is I'm not complaining it like that like I'm not saying boohoo me I'm just saying like that's how it happened and I'm actually grateful to happen like that because um if it wasn't for that I wouldn't have the discipline I have today I wouldn't have the minds I have today I want to be as strong as of a man as I am today um anybody can do anything to me and it won't really affect me that much will it bother me yeah I'm a human being it'll bother me but I'll get over it quickly and I'll move off my life and um I've noticed that the more people that have more friends tend to not have any friends at all I have two Amazing Friends that will die from me and I'll die for them and that's all I need um I don't need anybody else because everyone else is just distracting but um but yeah

so when you were playing a professional soccer you mentioned that that was a huge goal you were always working towards it and tell me tell me how that felt uh that was always a dream of mine but uh once my junior year came around I broke my ankle and I kind of let it get the best of me and get me down and I I kind of let that dream go and I I always felt like holy [ __ ] if I can become a pro people feel like I I have made it I've checked off all the boxes did was that one of your final boxes that you wanted to check or were you still hungry for more accomplishments and did you always dream about something after soccer or did you ever take that next chapter into consideration yeah so um this is what I've learned at that time I learned that having a goal in a vision much greater than yourself is very important because if you don't and you hit it you kind of get lost and that's what happens that's what really happens to athletes like no joke um athletes make it to that the big leagues and it's like all right [ __ ] what next well yeah you may have small goals of being a starter but then what next like yeah you may have a goal of being on this team but then what next right like it's it's having that bigger Vision in your mind that's why that's why you see like players like LeBron players like Cristiano Ronaldo Messi Neymar um Floyd Mayweather like all these people had a vision much greater than themselves and it was I want to give to my family what I didn't have and I want to do the best that I possibly can and break records upon records upon records and make sure I have my investments set so that for my families will be taking care of for the rest of their lives and more generations to come I wasn't thinking like that at 18 21 22 years old I was like you know again you know growing up kind of doing things on my own I was like [ __ ] I'm playing I that's all I wanted to do with my life and I was living life and now this is what again what it comes down to uh making sure you have a vision greater than yourself because when I was playing this is this is how like fomo can really [ __ ] with your head I was playing and I would look on Facebook or Instagram one day and I saw all my peers graduate in college and I didn't graduate college and I'm looking at that and like oh that must have been so nice to have that achievement and um you know their parents must be so proud of them and things like that and then I look up and like I'm such a dumbass like [ __ ] them I'm playing pro in Colombia like they have like all these college debt and like go get like a nine-to-five job like I woke up instantly I'm like I'm such a dummy for thinking that um because that's how that's like how toxic certain things can be if you don't really have that mindset of like goals bigger than yourself because the moment you accomplish that goal it's like what do you do next if your goal is to graduate college then what to get a job that is a nine to five and UK stay there till you're 50 for 60 years old then what like that's the life you want awesome cool but if that's not the life you want and you have a destiny you feel like you're destined for more and destined for greater you need to put that in front of yourself or else you're not going to be able to achieve everything you're going to hit a lot of of mental health issues and trust me I've had so many mental health issues like after I gave up soccer because I was lost I was more lost than Waldo I didn't know what the hell I was doing with my life like I gave up I didn't gave up soccer I hang up my cleats and I was like what do I do next I uh like I was just I was lost I didn't know what to do um I just knew I was destined for more and I didn't know what it was but again that's why you always have to have that idea of how do you want to live your life and then work backwards and that's what I did I started with that I'm like right how do I want to how do I want to live my life what kind of partner do I want to have my life as a like who do I want as a wife um what kind of kids do I have when I have like how do I want to raise them uh what value system do I want to put them into and all this other stuff and I started working backwards and saw the options that would give me that and I started working towards that that was a long answer my bad oh man no that's perfect and it's like it's scripted it it segues perfectly into my next questions for you um I I'm really curious you know you're obviously an entrepreneur you're obviously into fitness and that now that makes sense you've always been an athlete and I'm sure over the years you learn how to do body weight exercises and then free weight exercises and all the machines and I'm sure through the years it's just like of course that that's a given right you're you're a master at fitness and health and I have so many more questions about fitness and health that I could go on for two hours about that topic alone with you but that's kind of a given the entrepreneurship though what what did it what sparked it did you always have it did you jump in someone give you an idea did you partner with someone that that gave you this spark I would love to know now how that that chapter between playing pro soccer and then switching into uh and maybe this was an immediate getting into fitness but that transition how did you fall into this whole fit nest and nft space great question so I'm gonna give you two answers one I'm gonna give you an answer that happened to me and how it happened to me and then I'm gonna give a more relatable answer for somebody who to help resonate with um because all I want to do is help me give value to individuals and help them um and be that role model that I didn't have growing up or still don't have um my role model was me five years from now have you heard that quote you know what it means um essentially uh what happened was when I was um when I was a young kid my dad had his own business um and my mom wanted me to go get a job and my mom's like Oh go work at the local grocery store because that's what my mom did and my dad's like hell no my son's not back bagging groceries he's gonna go do something so um he put me to work in his business and literally what was it was just following him around um being his secretary like doing his uh his [ __ ] work for lack of better words but doing that I was able to learn so much how to articulate myself properly at like 11 13 years old um learning how to handle individuals like learning how to handle construction workers like just like learning the speaking side of things and then learning some business ins and outs like just listening not really understanding what I'm listening to but just listening learn how to write an email at like 15 years old and things like that and then when I was in high school I wanted I was like let me sell sodas so instead of carrying books in my backpack I carry two cases of random mixed sodas and um people would Reserve these sodas days in advance and I would be making some some money I would go buy them and I would bring them back and I would take orders for the next day and go like literally what I did my teachers got mad and he's like no she's talking with your sodas because like I would always be like in class saying hey bro you want you want a Sprite you want some coke and um yeah that was a cool that was a good moment and then from that um I was like well this is some cool money and then I went to college and I was one of the most brokest people in college and I was like all right how do I pay for my laundry how do I pay for my nights going out um I basically did kill two birds with one stone I've got a gig as a as a nightlife promoter for like all the clubs in Florida where I was at and they paid me commission and that's how I paid for my laundry and how to pay for my nights out because my nights out were free um because I would be the promoter I would have to bring in at least five people or something like that with me so one time I filled the whole bus I was like wow that's cool and I got some money from that and like um and that slowly quickly stopped because I got sick of the party life and then I um transfer colleges to go to another college and I started teaching trying to teach people how to eat healthy and be a personal trainer in a sense because I loved Fitness and then I transferred then I dropped out of college to go play pro Columbia and um I started teaching Americans how to speak Spanish and that was a that was a Spanish tutor and then I asked people like oh like number question always ask and their initiation is why do you want to learn Spanish besides the obvious and they would always say I want to talk to girls I was because I was tutoring a lot of guys not not a sexist thing just the guys felt more comfortable um I don't know sometimes how it is you know guys feel comfortable guys girls feel comfortable girls just how it is sometimes nothing more than that and I was like all right cool and I got to a point where I would teach these people Spanish and they're I'm like all right you need to practice this on your own they're like yeah but like I actually have to go out and do this I'm like so then I clicked and I'm like how will I be like um a nightlife tour guide in a way where I would take these groups of people out and set them up with restaurants and use my connections with clubs and get the best rates for these people so therefore they can go out practice their Spanish and have a good time and then grew into even something bigger because I remember one time this guy asked me oh bro like do you have any um friends that are single or friends that have friends that are single that can come out with us and I was like sure so I because in Colombia that's normal to like bring different groups of friends together and um I started being like hitch in a way and I had like a whole dating service people were paying pay me a monthly subscription I'm not even kidding you I that was my line I was gonna say you were you were down in Columbia playing hitch literally and like I had like a whole monthly subscription and like yeah I had it all down and I was making like about a thousand dollars USD um down there is that's a lot of money for here it's not um and I was like [ __ ] this is pretty cool and then I stopped doing that and um that's when I went to back to United States went back to the US and then dropped out of uh not dropped out of a hung up my cleats for soccer and again you know I was in a vulnerable moment my life didn't know what I was doing next and then I feel like this is how they get you an MLM approached me and they you know wish you the promise you the world and then you really don't know and then obviously I got involved because I was vulnerable I wanted to do something didn't know what and uh that was a stupid thing to do I wouldn't recommend doing that uh obviously got out of that and I was then I started my own personal training business because I was training uh kids not kids uh clients and Equinox which is like 125 150 an hour so I was like [ __ ] let me just do my own thing and brought them over and um got into day trading and my mentor friend um he's actually my friend that's teaching me how to do day trading I got into crypto and nfcs and he's a smart guy so like what is he getting into and I looked into it and I started buying a couple nfts here and there and I was like hey is there a fitness one and there was no Fitness one I was like how is there no Fitness one like they'd be one of the first ones that I would ever make or anyone think to make and it wasn't and I was like crazy and I was like huh I'm gonna make one because I always wanted to open up a gym but I felt like there's always this missing thing I didn't know what it was and I spoke to my gym idea to so many different people and they would add to it but it didn't feel complete and then once I connected the nfts to my gym I'm like this is it this is complete like this is it and uh obviously it grew into much more it grew into an application that we're building and grew into a clothing brand a supplement brand a metaverse facilities a franchise gym now um nft blockchain technology the whole kit and caboodle with that and it's this big monster of a business that I'm excited to build

so this is this is a perfect lineup just teed up now to tell the story about fit nest in its entirety I'd love uh for you to really stress the mint date coming up and uh I'm gonna I'm gonna be there you're a panda partner I have heavy intentions of just riding your coattails on the fitness stuff as much as I can but please tell us about the project and uh tell us why we shouldn't be involved Okay cool so I'm gonna go into very I'm gonna go into a very detailed explanation on on a lot of it um a lot of you may have already heard the Spiel of all the app of the utilities um I'm gonna go down the I'm gonna go from easiest to most detailed so the easiest obviously is is a fitness gym over 100 000 square feet Flagship being in Tampa Bay Florida we also are now um operating in Dubai we have legal Investment Banking firm that manages the money of the royal families we sent them of our business plan our p l and our projected numbers for year one and two and they're going to get us Capital to start building over in Dubai and depending on the amount of capital we can build in Dubai we can bill in Tampa either way there's going to be a fitness gym in the next year and the next three years or so um and on top of that with being a registered business in Dubai and in in Boston it just solidifies Fitness even more than any other uh project that hasn't minted yet um which is crazy and then following that we have three metaverse facilities in these Medford facilities it's gonna be a fitness gym we're starting with metasports Arena metasports arena is building our fitness gym similar to what it's gonna be like in real life but this will be more an immersive experience where you have a couple options you can put on your VR headset you can access it from your smart TV or your tablet or however and you can tune in live through all of our fitness classes or pre-recorded classes and we'll have some of the trainers be able to like kind of see how you're moving performing so therefore they can give you tips as if you're actually in the gym if you're traveling you can tune in live from your VR headset or some however else do the metaverse that's connected to our gym in real life so therefore if you're traveling in California and you want to tune into our gym over in Tampa you can do that you just have to log in at the time that's the live class so it's just making fitness and health and working out that much more accessible to everybody and everybody just by buying the fitness nft at a certain level and then if you have a level two nft you'll get your own locker in this Locker you'll always get gifts and goodies from our web 2 Brands um whether it's new products news flavors or discount codes or whatever it is that they want to give and in the mint if you were actually I'll go into that later on and then we have an education platform that's uh being produced and made uh by cybonics we're partner with it on them um hosting their health and wellness section where you can learn how to be a personal trainer skill personal trained business and even learn about health and wellness so you don't have to hire a personal trainer and it's a Learn to Earn system where it's an education platform where you learn you where you earn tokens or currency by completing modules not only can you learn about health and wellness but you can also learn about how to increase your financial portfolio through day trading real estate Drop Shipping NFC security nft trading and so much more um following that supplement line we're looking to be the web three drink of the drink of love3 for Fitness so basically Panda Mania would get their own flavor all the panamania community would be able to buy and wrap panamania flavor based on the patent that we have and uh Panamanian Fitness coming to a collaborative agreement and we're we're already in talks of getting our patent formula already we had a call this morning on that and then our clothing line um is going to be freaking amazing this would be awesome and then our uh application this Fitness this fitness app is a One-Stop Shop app no more needing to download five six seven eight different fitness apps a One-Stop shop um with a workout session have a track and section nutrition section and uh and uh partnership section and um fully customizable top of the line trainers top of the line coaches we already have Fitness coaches in place and ready to go and um again fully customizable pre-made options going on and inside the app if you're a fitness nft holder you get the app free um with in-app purchases as in trainers if you're if you don't hold the fitness Fitness nft you have to pay for the app um along with full price of trainers if you're a fitness nft holder you get discounted rates for trainers and coaches and such but here's a cool thing is that your nft in the app will have points associated with it where it's an earning system where the more tasks or objectives you complete the more points you get so um let's say that you miss out on this mint for the beta version and then you miss out on the public but you want to get the app nft that nft will be at like 200 USD and you won't ever have to pay a membership but the more tasks you complete the more value that nft is so if you have a thousand points and you bought the nft at two hundred dollars that those thousand points are actually dollars to be turned into a um to gifts into our partnership stores so therefore you can take that thousand dollars at thousand points add it to your nft so that 200 nft you bought on the app is now worth five hundred dollars just based off the points you consumed and then the next person that wants to come and buy an nft on our app because we'll have a fitness digital wallet they'll pay you 500 or the 200 you bought it for if that made sense it's just simple you know buying and selling a secondary Marketplace but with points attached to it so the new owner of that nft will have paid 500 for a free membership and a thousand points that they can go spend in their stores or with personal training or however they want to do you can continuously do that as many times as you want so you can flip fitness nft apps which is pretty cool you just actually have to work out um and then that's like the application there's a lot more stuff going to it you know with uh we're going to be implementing and earnings system with our partner Noodle and potentially staking later down later way way way way later down the road um yeah but with the mint so like this is very very cool I haven't seen a project do this yet so we're not pfp if you haven't noticed um we're a meta card utility based project with three different colors you have a basic color rare color and ultra rare color each color has its own sets of utility level one gets all the utility I spoke about level two gets a new set of utilities and level three gets a whole nother set of utilities on top of everything else I spoke about the basic color gives you 10 off all Fitness products and services level two gives you 15 off all Fitness products and services and level three gives you 25 off all Fitness products and services and you can stack your nfts to get to 100 off and this is all based off of Random so it's like a rarity rate um randomized I forget how much percentage is each in the in the uh in the mint but if you let's say you meant four level ones you now have 40 off one to four nfts level one for love basic color is level one five to eight nfts of the basic color is level two eight or more of the basic nft is level three so if you have five nfts you have level two and you have fifty percent off all Fitness products and services so you're probably wondering why do I want level two well level two gives you tremendous amount of value at level two is where you get to actually rent out your Fitness nfts to uh people that want to utilize our gym as day passes so why did I set it at that versus level one because it's more money for you and more money in your pocket you spend x amount of dollars to buy five nfts I want you to get your money back so how do you do that you rent out you put your nfts to list on the fitness Marketplace that will develop for uh people to utilize as they pass and what does being International um and us being in National like you know us and out of us you have more opportunity to rent them out because we only have a limited amount of collection versus all the locations and amount of day passes we'll have like I'm projected um per month to have at least 200 day passes paid for at each location so let's say that um pandemonia buys five of these entities and lists them for rent and hit off of one let's say he makes uh 20 bucks off of one nft for 10 days that's 200 do that four weeks in a row that's 1600 off of one nft that he's able to list and that's legal to say because he physically decided to list his nft for rent instead of it saying that you have to stake and you have problems with the SEC and all this other stuff so that's that and everybody who mints an nft listen to this everybody from mints in NFC everybody who mints an nft will get gifts attached to it again you will get free gifts I don't like I'm giving you things there's no giveaway there's no like oh I meant this amount and we're doing a raffle no everybody's guaranteed something if you just meant one nft what's that one thing guaranteed is it is a piece of clothing from one of our web 2 Partnerships um known as Beachbody they're where they're giving us uh four shirts well two shirts for female and male two colors for male two color for female you can mint as many as you want and you can get as many free gifts as you want if you meant 10 nfts you can get 10 free t-shirts all you have to do is just connect your wallet to the website fill out the intake form and uh I'll be able to send you your your order now here's the thing that's that's for everybody who means at least one you could do that as many times as you want for people who meant five again listen people who meant five nfts you'll get access to two different things one you'll get a free piece of of metaverse land in our partner store meta Sports Arena you'll get a 10 by 10 section which is a my personal um I forget what they called it a my my zone it's called a my zone it's big enough for you to to decorate how you want and we're gonna pick two or one lucky winner out of everybody who missed five to make their own custom in-house personal training gym so that way that you can access our personal trainers or coaches or yoga instructors through your own location and you don't need to go to the fitness gym if you don't want to you can get them one-on-one through your own um 10 by 10 section on The Meta Sports Arena that's for like through a raffle but you'll get to be entered into that raffle if you meant five and whoever mins five automatically gets that free piece of metasports Arena metaverse land this is for the beta version this is all the beta mint stuff and then when we officially launched the wrestler collection in 2023 we're going to add all of our other web 2 Partnerships to that to that launch with EV hotel in this launch currently um whoever mints five we're gonna do a big raffle of people who will get a free night at EV hotel when they're officially up and running because they're under construction I believe they're the first smart Hotel they'll be based in Arizona first nft crypto friendly hotel as well for everybody who mints eight or more will get 10 times the amount of utilities like the whole graphic is going to come out but I put so much thought into this mint that it benefits everybody and anyone that way that nobody can come to me and say I didn't get anything it's like no you got a tangible item right off the bat like we gave you something today most projects you have to wait a couple months literally the moment you mint our nft you get two things you get the free gifts if you meant one and then the free t-shirt and then you meant five you get met you get metaverse land I don't know what project you know that's doing that's not a metaverse project I'm not a bachelor's project as in like have my own metaverse but I'm giving out meta version land for more of our project partners and like I don't know what I'd probably do in that so that's cool so you get potential two free gifts and then potential raffle for euv hotel nights day those are three things right off the bat fourth thing cybonics is coming out with their demo application for their um their platform of Education Learn to Earn system all Fitness NFC holders will get access to that just for anybody else that's four things once our app is fully developed developed you'll get the the beta version access to that that may take a little bit because Apple's a [ __ ] and apple likes to make things difficult for everybody so but I gave you four things right away before like literally day one I don't know any other project that does that and on top of that if you decide not to submit my project you're gonna see how much fomo you're gonna get and you're gonna wish that you bought into the project at the beta version and not the full version why because that once Q the end of q1 and 23 happens we're gonna take the rest of our nft split it in half and put half on the fitness app half on open scene and you're gonna have it's gonna be like all that war and I guarantee you our floor price by them is gonna be 10 times the amount of uh of um what the mint will be um so I can actually say mint price um white list mint price is 0.1 ethereum and uh public is 0.12 ethereum and people may say that's too expensive what I say is show me another project that shows this amount of value and this amount of tangible things at this price point arguments over at that point um I can go on and on and on you know we're backed by real businesses we have VCS in our Corners investing into this project to make this project like a non-debatable conversation of will this succeed it's not a matter of if it's just a matter of when and where um like literally I wasn't even envisioning my business being registered to buy now it is the people who are managing my business in Dubai also manage the money of royal families their product they're part of the line in Saudi Arabia like these are real people and you know like with real like money a lot of it too so like the point of that I'm trying to say is that Fitness is probably one of the most safest secure bets you can ever place because our floor price will rise and it will be either from you guys or the web 2 Community I would love it love it to be from you but if it's not it is what it is but um yeah there's a lot of information probably information overload um yeah it might benefit this not at all that's exactly what I wanted to hear and you actually you know coming into this I have I had questions of my own you actually answered just a bunch of any questions that I did have um and I still have a few but they're more just kind of hype uh commentary so are you uh so the 11th just explain the different phases again reiterate the dates so that we are fully aware of each phase and please tell us what we need to do to to get on the list I know I passed out the link once if we can put that link up in the nest again or or any pre-mint link uh and then yeah if you can just stress the dates again yeah totally so um if you're a founder of a project or you're a team member of a project that we collaborated with in the past or if you're a founder of a project that we've you know associated with and we've talked with you can send me your wallet and we'll let you mint on Founders Day uh giving back to the founders every Founder's out here grinding and working and we want to promote health and wellness to everybody and on top of that all these Founders want to give to their community so they can even utilize these nfts as giveaways for their community so everybody could still get a chance to get one if you're a Founder that's on November 8th at a whitelist price though and then following that day November uh eight not tenth is white lists so open for 48 hours 48 hours is white list at point one ethereum so 0.1 ethereum for 48 hours we'll be hosting a Discord stage to help anybody with their mint we're not going to do a Twitter space for that one this will be an in-house Discord one if you're a pandemonia holder you already are whitelist you just have to go to the Discord in panamania follow the premium link it will be closed this Friday this Saturday and if you're on it you're on it if you're not I'm sorry um and then November 12th is the Min party and that's when the public will go live for 0.12 ethereum um at whatever rate that is for that current market date um the reason why we selected these numbers with the current uh Uprising ethereum we didn't want to you know pick a number that was too low or too high just in case you know ethereum decides to bug out and go the other way or down or however so we felt 0.1.12 was perfect um so yeah now again for whitelists if you want to be whitelisted for the project in your opinion I mean this is the Panamanian space so go to his Discord right now I believe it's under collabs or announcements and find the one that says Fitness hit the pre-mint link and then just follow the steps which is I believe just join Fitness Discord and fall Fitness you'll be able to register as a whitelist individual which everybody in the space will get whitelist level two there's three different white lists level one you get to Mint one NFC level two you get submit two nfts level three you submit three nfts before the the um the public sale everyone in here will get a little white list level two and um that'll be closing on Friday and if you miss it and you're like oh snap [ __ ] I missed it um DM me as long as it's not too late and we'll see what we can do um in the public November 12th we'll have a bunch of giveaways from different communities coming in so not only will you get to get oh my God I made this literally like a no-brainer to admit this NFC like it's like ridiculous like I I don't know how I came up with this like literally I had I have so many other projects that are coming in on midday to do giveaways for their communities and I already gave you like three other giveaways that you get for free just by minting Fitness nft and now you're getting all these other extra giveaways from these communities it's like it's literally like Christmas for nfts uh crazy but um but yeah so that's how it is um we have our utility list being posted this week we have our mid price being posted tomorrow and um yeah yeah I think that's about it

so I'm gonna I'm gonna come Circle right back to the nft project but I am hoping Nestor that while we have you here before we do any kind of wrapping up I would love if we could get and I know this is like I'm asking for a really valuable something here that that I have not paid for and you offer services and consultations I'm hoping and I'm begging if you could just give us like a welcome to to health and nutrition motivation 101 here are a few things that you can start today to you know and even before you hop on your app or get heavily into it you know what are some things that a lot of us can do today almost a very basic 101 from nestor's perspective and and give us a little bit of motivation to get out there and kick some ass and and feel better and get healthier yeah great question so um eat clean and get moving to keep it simple what I mean by eat clean uh look at your current diet and review it and ask yourself is this healthy in the sense of um is it healthy for me you know are you eating enough are you eating at least you know three course meals breakfast lunch and dinner if you're obviously hungry between having snacks but like what are you eating you know are you eating heavy loaded foods are you are you just having salads with no nutritious value like you know those salads that you have with like white lettuce does nothing if you're having a sweet green salad with like a bunch of spinach and kale that's very very good um like just keeping it simple you know don't get over complicated it doesn't you don't have to eat less to uh lose weight or feel better it's just eating more of the right Foods um so if you're somebody who wants to gain weight do it properly do it clean you know eat more rice or more sweet potatoes or whatever it may be more carbohydrates keeping the fats the same and then more protein if you're somebody who wants to lose weight up take your protein drop your carbs a little bit and keep your fats the same um keeping it very very very clean simple alcohol's got to go drink at least a gallon a half a gallon to a gallon a day um and just really making conscious decisions you know if you're grabbing that candy bar instead grab a granola bar you know if you're eating a granola bar switch that granola bar for a piece of fruit um you know if you're already eating a piece of fruit awesome you know now put a protein shake next to it or eat some protein with it at least eat a pound at least for one gram of for one pound of body weight eat a gram of protein so if you weigh 140 pounds you'd be having 140 grams of protein a day I weigh around that I don't weigh around that I weigh more than that but I eat at least about 200 grams of protein a day which is way more than I weigh because I want to be lean and I want to stay lean so I eat a lot actually um and then second thing get moving um don't sit around all day if you're if you're if you're someone who has to sit all day long so you work see if you can get a stand-up desk if you can't get a stand-up desk um every hour on the hour take like a 10 minute walk around your office or go get a glass of water or something do something to get up and walking to get your heart rate pumped in um for lunches you know maybe walk out to to your car to eat your lunch or walk out somewhere to go eat your lunch and um or go get your lunch if you're somebody who likes to work out you know get a good regimen going get a good routine going if you're someone who has never worked out before start off by going once a week and build up to two times a week then go up to three times a week and don't worry about what are you gonna do just go there learn play around with certain equipment and then the fact that you made it there is good enough as it is you know you took the step to get there um you didn't have to do anything else besides just show up that's half the battle to show up for yourself and if you're having this mentality of like Oh I'm a little bit lazy then I can't help you there you have to overcome that first you have to overcome your mindset the strongest the most hardest and most sometimes impossible thing to do is to look at yourself in the mirror and say I was wrong and I need to do better um so practice that and watch your life change

so I'm gonna sneak actually one more question if you don't mind that was so good man and I I want to get just one more from you if I can please please please what about someone that has got the first first step started and you're reaching a plateau and you need to get to that next phase of motivation to to get through that Plateau from chapter to chapter which I think anyone that's gotten into fitness and exercise knows what that is yeah um so there's this thing called a deload week um if you're plateauing in your lifts it's because you push your body to like a limit where it needs to rest um it's called like it's called a deload week because you start feeling burnt out a little bit like your body is overworked your body is over exaggerated and the promote the way you determine that is how you're feeling about going to the gym or you're like [ __ ] like I don't really want to work out today or whatever it is if that's the case take the week off and keep your diet the same don't become a pig you know do you want to gain weight you want to unless that's your goal but you don't want to like just lose all your gains in your progress you know be smart and you know stay with your diet but take the week off from the gym and go back the next week ramping up to the weights you were at normally and then blowing past those weights because you'll have so much more energy so much more desire to want to get past those weights and so on so on if you're someone who's like oh I can't take a week off bro I I live in the gym which I rip I resent not represent I I represent I relate and um then take it down like take the intensity way down you know if you're if you're dead lifting two plates and go a plate in a 25 you know go go like lighter you know don't need to go there break a sweat and break your back kind of thing take the intensity way down do like a maintenance phase where it's like for one week you're just kind of going through the motions you showed up to the gym because it's something you love to do but you didn't go too intense keep it to an hour whatever you do in an hour you're doing an hour and then the next like a guarantee when you start doing that and you tell yourself this is a deload week by the end of the week you're like [ __ ] I want this week to end so I can just start ripping these weights apart like it'll come back because you're forcing yourself to take the whole week very very low and then when you force yourself to do that the next week you're going to want to Spring right back into the weights you did don't do that you know go back slowly into it and your motivation will come back to want to uh um blow past the weights you've been working at but here's also the thing too is that don't don't always rely on motivation um you know everyone knows that saying motivation doesn't get you anywhere you have to actually want to do it um so have goals that you know are the things that you want to hit for reasons why you know the winter is coming up if you want to put on an extra five pounds of muscle um make that your goal if you wanna if you if you're traveling during the winter and you want to lose five pounds make that your goal you know um have goals that have a have a a deadline to a certain event because after the event you'll have a new set of goals obviously this main goal is always to live healthy and live long but with Fitness it's more of short-term goals for a longer version spectrum of things if that made any sense um but yeah

thank you that's that was my question uh I do hit plateaus and I I have actually tried a couple of of the things that you spoke of that I really find work and it uh man I just could really dive into the whole fitness and health questions now but again that that would be a going over time today and B robbing you of your consultation fees so I'm just really excited uh I'm super into health and fitness I am not as disciplined as I'd like to be I'm more disciplined than I was a year ago five years ago and I'm I'm really proud of myself I'm really proud of my mental health gains uh that I think my physical gains and exercise and work that I put in and the gym helped

uh entrepreneur as as a kid uh you know having having going through college and dropping out myself uh the youngest of six the only one that doesn't have a master's degree uh not just a degree but my siblings all have master's degrees so man I I just saw my friends uh graduating and there was a part of me that was jealous of that as I was doing exactly what I wanted to do and I had my businesses that I dropped out to start running you know and so I really relate to a lot of what you spoke of and then just the fact that you're into soccer into martial arts into uh boxing man I I really am holding back from just just being selfish and asking a lot of questions so I just can't tell you enough how how much I appreciate you Nestor uh for the time spending with us uh for your knowledge for your motivation I am really proud that I'm going to be integrating your project always however I can in the future with my project as you know we really really want to focus on health as well and fitness and I am just super excited for any kind of collaboration with you in the future and to uh like I said at the beginning ride your coat tell us because I love what you're doing so I'm uh in the background going to be picking a winner for a giveaway up top I would love to give the mic to you Nestor one last time just to remind us uh you know you've given us an hour of your time it's a it's a awesome investment in my opinion to uh put your money into an nft that Nestor has a part of I we didn't even talk about the art we didn't even talk about you know there's so many questions I have uh because I'm a big believer and I really enjoy what you're doing and so uh we just scratched the surface but uh I think we we gave Nestor enough time to convince us he's a freaking genius at levels in all categories and I really have seen him building this right and so a lot of commentary I could give uh just about why I'm bullish on your project and why I would be proud to associate with you and everything so I I would love for you to give us one last pitch on yourself as well as the nft project Fitness and uh just give us one last reason uh and maybe maybe mix some motivation in there also like you're so good at just to just to Cherry On Top uh kind of the closing the closing process here would be awesome Nestor and again thank you so much my friend yeah totally um so again uh my name is Nester naturally must founding president of fitnest and you know uh my trials and tribulations in the past have led me to where I'm at today I somehow believe that my team was picked for me um I have a faith I have I believe in God you don't have to believe in them it's okay um you can believe in in you know rabbits if you for all I care I believe in God and I believe that he picked my team for him because the same team I started my idea with is not here anymore besides my co-founder and um brand new team we started in June and we're here now in November and I believe everybody who was meant to build this project is here today and we have probably more people coming in to help me build the rest of fitness and I believe that he did that all for me so I you know I can't thank anybody besides him for for helping me really accomplish this and my team second and uh and the reason why everybody should invest into fitness is because not has to do it's going to sound very weird but has nothing to do with the amount of work I put into this has nothing to do with the amount of hours I spent you know I'm like wait going to bed at one sleeping waking up at uh 5 a.m or or you know being anti-social with family and friends none of that doesn't matter that's not why you shouldn't invest into fitness the reason why you should invest and buy a fitness nft is because you personally want to be healthier you personally want to better yourself and you believe in what Fitness believes is becoming a stronger individual we base our values off of Integrity um discipline and responsibility and honesty and if you believe that's someone who you are and you believe those are values that you can always represent and go by then this is the project for you to to buy into and if you obviously believe in the future of nfcs and where web3 is going um Fitness has so much more in store that I didn't even talk about that we're doing that relates to the future of nfts so if you truly believe in everything I said you know Fitness is the project for you if you don't believe in anything I just said then by all means go find the project that fits you again we're not a pfp we're a meta card 3D animation uh profile picture not your profile picture just nft um that is going to represent a lot of strength when you see that logo when you see that bird on someone's chest you're gonna know that's Fitness and don't be don't be shocked when you see it in your local gym I can promise you that

oh I love that hey that's a good that's a good uh closing line don't be surprised when you see us in your local gym you know what I remember uh seeing the birth of gym shark and I I was told that same thing by multiple people like hey don't be surprised when you start seeing this everywhere and sure enough man a brand can take off and I had to bring this up and I'm so glad you brought it up those wings that is so clean and that is really a brand that again when you do start seeing that in the gym it's easily recognizable and it's it's clean it's cool I I guess I do have one last question and maybe you did cover this but can you tell me about the wings

yeah sorry I was talking about mute um so that's a that's a good question um fun fact fun freaking fact um Fitness was not the original name it was the Lion's Den and someone told me that it's a good name but it's too masculine and it's not relatable and it's not uh not adaptable to all genres and everybody and I was like that's very true but I like the Lion's Den it sounds awesome sounds Alpha it sounds strong and then that individual's like yes that's true but if you want to really have a bigger audience and have more attraction to your brand come up with a new name that is more uh unique different and attracts everybody and everyone and I was like hmm and I was like something with Fitness I literally said that I'm like Fitness Fitness real fit nest and that person's like I like that name fit nest and I'm like all right I went that home that same night and I made my logo and I took that I made this bird and um my original design I have is a small fit the bird on top of the eye and then the length of the fit and bird having Nast across it and um then my artist said that you should just use the bird like Nike um have that bird be your profile how that bird be your representation because it's a very powerful image and uh you should start marketing or things like Nike does just to check just the swish Adidas has those lines so Fitness has this bird and um yeah that's how it came and I actually wanted to go see Black Adam the other night and had a fitness uh OG hoodie in my car and I saw the emblem I'm like bro this looks like a damn superhero model there's like a it's like a superhero image and um after seeing Black Adam I already know how we're gonna Market our whole clothing and supplement line I'll give you a little elf on it because I'm so excited for this idea go ahead take it I don't care because I'm still doing it um our first promo video for our clothing line is going to be an individual working in like a regular office or whatever and he once it hits like five o'clock it's gonna look like he's being called to save the world kind of thing but instead he's going to the gym and he's like unbuttoned his shirt you see that Fitness logo on it and he goes to the gym starts working out and then he's gonna open the door and that door will lead to the next promo video which will be segmented segmented into um our drinks our supplement line where he'll be recovering with our supplement line making a whole promo video after that and then he'll be leave that room or that sector or that section into another location and that new location will be another promo of Fitness so it's going to be creating this whole storyline bringing that lore from nfts and web3 into web 2 through our promo campaign videos I'm so [ __ ] stoked for that oh my God no idea how happy I am to do that but yeah sorry for swearing it very excited

I've had to hold back is come on give us some promo Alpha something so oh man I'm so glad we got that out I didn't even I didn't even have to pry that out

yeah my my team always said I speak too much and I have to shut up sometimes

uh that's awesome oh man well I'm really excited about everything that's coming up and I'm just really again grateful and appreciative

I'm actually really surprised with the the Twitter problems that we had at the beginning of the space I'm really surprised that we didn't get rugged so I'm uh so glad that this space happened and I'm so uh happy for everyone that showed up I am having a hell of a time with my Twitter picker success right now and either someone hasn't retweeted or tagged three or uh been in the space so what I'm doing right now I'm taking screenshots of everybody in the room and while I'm doing this Nestor I have to tell you bro this turning the captions on I didn't know this was a possibility I love this this is so cool thank you for thank you for telling me this existed because uh I've had this on the whole time and I'm one of those weirdos that watches movies and shows with the subtitles on and so it's not even uh like the the emergency reason of having it that I like now like you explained but I I'm fascinated with watching how it's keeping up with what we're talking about it's pretty cool so thank you for telling me about that tip and uh you guys I'm going to pick a winner I took a screenshot of everyone here and I appreciate you guys I see a lot of you follow the rules but I keep Twitter picker is just they're bringing up uh people that didn't follow the rules completely so I don't want to waste the rest of the space trying to find a winner I'm really having bad success here so I'll get that and I also want to point out uh that I did pin up top and Nestor I hope this is okay uh there is a tweet with the dates of the founders mint the whitelist mint and the public mint the dates right there in that tweet you have nice easy access to a Twitter space that Fitness will be having as well as the premium mint link that he was talking about so you guys please hop uh on that tweet a RSVP for Fitness mint party and then B get on that that link I think Nestor is going to be okay uh this is a panda space you're coming from our community so to speak in a certain sense Nestor is that okay if people are using that link I've put it up there my friend yeah yeah it's completely fine you can use that link or the one in the panda Discord or any pre-med link that you happen to find just get in there before Friday or Saturday because it will be closed by that time and sent over to my devs

amazing okay well I am going to wrap up this space and uh I promise I'll pick a winner here for that giveaway up top and I'll provide the screenshot showing the person was in the room I haven't had this battle luck for a minute so uh I guess some of you that might not have followed the rules go ahead and get that done and before we wrap up here Nestor is uh are there any last things you want to uh share with us before we wrap this up

um no I said much everything just I'll say it one more time and don't I say it one more time one last time don't cry when you don't get your Fitness nft and you see everyone else having fun like I don't want to hear it like I really don't I've I've been in the space for way too long to hear someone say oh I should have gone there I [ __ ] told you many times people who doubt me always and end up wrong so just leave I'm leaving you with that and do as you please with it

I love it those are some good closing words Nestor thank you my friend and uh I'm gonna get this this episode posted for people to listen to uh after this and get it spread around I love that we have an amazing catalog of uh really brilliant people Nestor is just top-notch uh another person to add to our our list and this might be one of the first health and fitness uh specific spaces and we just scratched the surface so Nestor I'm hoping in the future you know I just want to keep doing these for years and years and years so you know uh chapter 2 chapter 3 in the future I'm excited to keep up and keep people updated with you and uh like I said time and time again I could dive in and tangent off with uh just so many questions in so many of the categories that we just touched on so most most more than anything thank you thank you thank you uh for your time today it means the world to me thank you thank you for having me here much appreciated and uh looking forward to the next one

yeah nice I got I got a uh a soft yes I am gonna take it and uh you guys keep an eye out for Fitness keep an eye out for those dates make sure you RSVP for that space and uh get on that pre-mint uh link ASAP so I'm gonna like I said I'll pick a winner here immediately and uh I want to remind you guys that Special K they have a space going on right now they were uh nice enough to hop in at the beginning to show some love and got lucky to be able to tell us about their space but that's perfect because that's where I'm going and I was going to bring that up anyways so if you guys will hop over there I don't know if everyone's 420 friendly or not it's a great nft project uh even if that's not your scene and so hop over there and let's support them I would love if they saw a little influx of people I'm so grateful to the people that have showed up and supported us and fitness and again how cool would it be if we ended this and uh we can we can definitely see like an uptick of people hopping into Special K space that would be really cool I know as a project Builder I have a lot of goals and one of them is is to show just insane support for the the people and projects that I've collaborate with and support and love and I'll try to do the same thing with Fitness and I'm getting better at being less spammy and annoying so I I won't embarrass my my partner projects so with that being said you guys thank you and thanks again to Nestor with fitnest and uh I'll see you guys over at the Special K uh Twitter space right now thanks again have a wonderful week and I hope you guys have a successful and really prosperous week and uh we'll be able to get to the weekend and celebrate much love you guys much love Fitness have a good night
