good afternoon good evening good morning we got Chris camozey in the house with us oh my gosh I've I've been so excited about this Chris how are you my man I'm good how you doing I appreciate you having me on here this is so exciting for me I just got to tell you right off the bat you know we we try to keep these Panda spaces to about an hour so first off thank you thank you thank you for spending an hour with us today and if you have to if you have to hop off early I completely understand I know you're in in fight Camp right now so man I just am so thankful for the little bit of time that we do have with you today and I have so many questions I am a big big fan of MMA of all martial arts and what you do you're just like a superhero to me bro so I just I could go on so many tangents with this space about fighting about uh discipline about your work ethic about so many things so I'm really excited to see you know kind of where this goes and obviously of course you have a big fight coming up so I want to talk about so much and I just uh yeah thank you for being here with us I've got a lot of really excited people for this space oh no problem I'm excited yeah I mean you can hit me with all of it nice I got a today's like a recovery day I don't usually take for the most part from like work and everything I don't usually take a day off and the last few weeks I've been like man this next weekend I'm taking like an entire day off so it's kind of nice I've been doing some emails for work a little bit but I haven't moved too much which is great oh nice those days oh man and even more so with your job with your profession uh those recovery days are are probably essential not just nice you you have to take those days um I uh first and foremost I want to give an attempt you're gonna have to correct me on some of this Chris if I'm wrong but I want to give an attempt to just give a real brief intro to the to the audience here today of who you are and uh and then if you would if you'd correct me after I'm done and maybe just uh pinpoint some stuff in in my my attempt uh at what uh is right and what you think is uh needs a little bit more explanation so Chris uh you are out of Denver you're a professional commercial artist you uh you live and train out of Denver uh but you fight all over the place you've been training an MMA for a long time and and if I'm not incorrect you've been doing everything from kickboxing with Glory Kickboxing to MMA with UFC uh you've also gone heavy into Jujitsu you're a black belt in Jiu Jitsu uh you do all sorts of Muay Thai and you even have an app and now you're diving into man you're crazy bear knuckle fighting so I could go on a few more you know details and add a little bit more about you but how'd I do you did great I might need to hire you or you as like the hype man here oh hey and and you're a southpaw correct I am so it's funny I I fight Southpaw which is left-handed but I'm actually not left-handed I'm right-handed um I love that bro that's actually how I train uh Jeet Kune doe style you know uh your strong strong side forward but why why do you why do you do that what I think um so I'm left footed but I'm right-handed I mean I'm kind of ambidextrous it's hard to it's hard to pinpoint because sometimes I'll eat with my left hand sometimes I won't but I mean like as far as writing a paper or anything it's right-handed um you know I shoot a bow left-handed I shoot guns right-handed um it's all over the place I snowboard goofy which is Lefty um I'm just a I'm just a messed up bag here oh that's amazing that that provides for I mean every sport has left and then right heavy you know whether it's from you know soccer or even football everything's left and right heavy so I bet with every sport or every activity it's different that's crazy yeah and then I grew up wrestling so um I always wrestled with my right foot forward which is considered Southpaw um so after transitioning from wrestling to MMA and striking it just felt more natural to like stand that way um I think so I don't know that's why I throw a lot more like Jabs and hooks because that's actually like my power hand which is my leave hand um and there's been a lot of boxers that I I like to mimic in the past you know like Marvin Hagler would would kind of fight like like that and be able to switch stances a bit and I think it kind of gives you a little bit of an advantage because most people aren't used to seeing lefties just like if you play baseball and there's a left-handed pitcher it always looks so awkward and it would throw people off a little bit it's it's a hard uh transition if you're if you're completely training against a you know Orthodox fighter I bet you've given a lot of problems oh that's that's really fun to I did not know that that you uh were right-handed that's really cool that's an interesting fact so oh yeah uh tell me this you you get into uh MMA After High School is that correct uh yeah so I wrestled all through high school and then after that um I was basically just kind of working uh I went to college for was it about a year I went I left town for one semester came back then I went to a community college and was just working and it was just kind of boring I wasn't working at a job that I liked it was you know just the the typical story and some friends that I grew up wrestling with hit me up and told me that they were going to this gym where they were learning Jiu Jitsu and kickboxing and stuff and they're like you should come with us so I went down there and I was literally hooked after the first time so I just started going every day and then I started like adjusting my schedule so that I could be able to like train during the day and um just kind of got into fighting from there I never went there planning on fighting I was more doing it to like work out and something fun to do that I enjoyed

and when and when did it turn serious

um let's see I had my first fight I think I've been training like six or eight months so it wasn't really that long um I probably should have trained longer and that was an amateur fight and after that I had another fight lined up and all of a sudden there was a brief stint in Colorado where they allowed amateur MMA so I was set to fight to the promoter called my coach and was like Hey the fight's off because there's no more amateur MMA allowed and he was like the only other option is you could just go pro you'll fight the same guy he'll go pro 2. um but yeah once you go professionally you can't go back to amateur so it was a little bit of a risky move looking back but it worked out um I went pro and then I I think I won like seven in a row before losing my first fight in Canada so my whole career took off pretty well and it was kind of right about when I turned Pro I guess right deciding that I was like man if I'm gonna be professional I got to treat this professionally and that's kind of when the big switch happened and oh man see this is already uh getting so many questions going that I can relate to my audience I try to do that you know we we're into nfts and I I always tell my audience and Community uh that we've got I've got some friends that are Fighters and I make all these fighting comparisons and metaphors uh to what we do and you know especially in a bear Market we're always uh fighting and building and in no way shape or form can it be compared really to what you do but there's so many lessons I feel from Fighters like you uh that we can take and apply to what we are doing and so I'm I'm just getting so many questions and that reminds me you guys uh if you guys have a question for Chris we're going to be talking and I'll hop in there and and uh see if we have some questions from the audience and to incentivize you guys a little bit to participate and get some questions going I'll give out another Panda uh in in the comments uh to someone who is asking questions so uh put some questions down there for Chris I I always have some but you guys always have some great ones as well so put some of those down in there and uh I'll give out two two free pandas today one up top there and then one uh for people who are participating with that so yeah any questions it doesn't have to be about fighting or MMA it could be anything man like I said I'm happy to just be hanging out today so yeah and that's really I mean the the blueprint of a person that we we like to bring up here on these spaces is someone uh that excels at what they do uh they have wisdom as a as a professional and we just want to take tips and tricks and advice and motivation and inspiration from people like you that that are just excelling in in your category and so I kind of I want to back it up even a little bit more Chris if you don't mind I want to know what you were like as a kid you know I I remember so vividly being in elementary school I've got kids now in elementary school and they're starting to reach those ages where my memories are vivid I mean I remember this stuff like it was yesterday and I still remember the lessons I learned and the person that I was becoming and being built into and so I kind of want to back up I'd like to know what you were like as a kid what were you into uh what led to wrestling and uh and kind of back up to that after yeah yeah so as a kid I think you know I was kind of like a maniac my poor mom um I was that kid that was like all over the place would never come inside it was like punishment for me to be inside I grew up in well as a as a kid I lived in California like in the Bay Area so you know the weather was nice most the time and I would just be outside from like sun up to sundown but climbing trees doing stuff I wasn't supposed to be doing climbing on the roof jumping off the roof um just trying to like a disaster my mom like her full-time job was probably making sure that I didn't kill myself um by hurting myself I think you're I think your mom and my mom could relate and tell some stories I always came home with broken bones yeah yeah so it was that and then I I played kind of every sport you could think of you know I played basketball soccer baseball football um I was on the swim team um I think my mom just had me doing everything to keep me busy and like keep my time occupied so that I don't have so much energy

and do you think that's what led to wrestling yeah I think so I was also kind of a I was always like an aggressive kick head you know like I always wanted to like rough house wrestle with my friends like box um when I moved to Colorado when we were leaving California I didn't really want to leave um but my dad had gotten a job here in Denver so I asked my parents I'm like all right well if we moved to Denver can I box and looking back it's kind of funny I I asked like I wouldn't go unless I could but so they humored me they said I could um and then that kind of faded they they uh never got me into boxing like I wanted um I wish they had now knowing this because I still ended up here and I would have had like you know a 10-year Head Start but um but yeah I was always into contact Sports you know I played rugby growing up um I played in college a little bit and just I've always liked like physical sports that like really push you

and it's really interesting uh that you got you know into wrestling first I've always thought of you as a striker and you know going into this this next match up even um I I guess I thought of you as a Striker versus this other guy who's more of a Grappler experience if I'm correct and what would you after all of these these years of mixed martial arts now what would what what do you call yourself

um yeah I mean that's a good question I think I'm I'm known more for striking than I am um Jiu Jitsu and grappling wrestling was kind of like a a weak point for me throughout most of my career honestly a lot of my UFC fights I had problems with takedowns and it's funny because like you said I started wrestling before everything but I always did okay at wrestling I was never good enough to go to college and do it and a lot of the guys that are in the sport now are like you know division one wrestlers from Great Schools or just really accomplished so I don't know I just started really being more drawn to striking like I still love Jiu Jitsu it's hard to like pick one or the other but if I had to pick it'd be striking you know I went on to Glory Kickboxing I switched from I left the UFC and went to glory and glory is kind of the UFC of kickboxing they had the best strikers in the world there so it was interesting it's kind of similar to this bare knuckle thing I made nice to Glory you with no I trained kickboxing but I didn't have any competition experience in kickboxing I just always done MMA so people thought that that was kind of too big of a jump and it ended up working out pretty well for me so now I'm going to switch to the biggest burnout organization and make that switch but it seems to be a bit of a younger sport so I don't think that a lot of guys have had a huge Head Start yeah it does seem like uh most of the fighters in bkfc are transitioning from from other organizations but there there does seem to be a few Fighters that are are you know quote unquote vets in the organization now it's been uh how how long has it officially been going

uh bare knuckle or like bkfc I'm not sure I think it's been it's probably been like three or four years um I'd have to look back because when they first came out I was kind of in talks with them about fighting with them and it it just contractually never worked out man so here we are now like a few years later I want to say they've been around for like three or four years though um and they seem to be getting bigger and bigger I believe they were bought by a triller the boxing organization that's been putting on a lot of shows so it doesn't seem like they're going anywhere and they're only getting bigger they're starting to do international cards and I think they've done a good job at promoting it that's for sure yeah and they're they're picking up bigger and bigger names it looks like too that's a that's really cool I'm so excited for that fight so okay you you mentioned that you you were a Rowdy kid and I when I think of a Rowdy kid I think there's you know a few categories of Rowdy did you were you a Rowdy kid that got in trouble or were you a Rowdy kid that still got you know pretty good grades and and got their their stuff done and what what category of Rowdy were ya thank you um a little bit of both I mean I was always respectful I wasn't like the Rowdy kind of kid that was also like just a total [ __ ] but the guy was just wild and like hyper um but no I was I was always liked by to my knowledge at least my parents and stuff like that um yeah that's that's kind of the Persona that you put off is that you're tough as [ __ ] but man you just seem like a really nice guy too and and uh I think it you're really well spoken and um I want to now kind of transition into uh your business because as a fighter you know you you have to get creative as well uh it's not just the fighting that that uh you bring in money with um and I know you train as well and you coach uh but you also get creative outside of that with with your own businesses and so I kind of want to touch on that will you will you kind of uh dive into some of the business ventures that you're involved with yeah um I mean there's even some past ones I'm not anymore but um I'm kind of I've been all over the place business-wise too you know so let's see I've worked everywhere from at a tech company to I used to own my own store that was called Performance MMA um it was the only one I had a brick and mortar in Colorado it was the only like fight shop here where I sold and manufactured like boxing gloves shin guards rash guards training gear Keys all kinds of stuff anything for like uh kickboxing Jiu Jitsu wrestling um even karate stuff and so I had that and then it was also reshipped worldwide so I ran all of that

um somewhat day to day I had some employees that worked for me but I handled all the back end stuff and ordering and website stuff so a lot of that was learned on the Fly and then let's see now I work for a company called uh coyos beverage Corp it's k-o-i-o-s and we make fit soda which is more known but I'm the uh brand manager for them so I handle a lot of the marketing um because it was a startup even though we're publicly traded now as a startup we still all kind of wear a bunch of different hats so I handle the marketing things but then I helped do backend stuff with sales and distribution and other stuff it's so it's a whole wide variety of things which is fun because every day is different and then you know I get to learn all these different things which I always like try to be like a sponge and just soak up everything because I've used so many things in my life that I've learned from other jobs that I never thought I would use

and vice versa right how do you think uh your life of training and fighting and competing how do you take that into the business world

um I would say that's pretty easy actually it's um because competing on such a high level and having to you know with MMA you're your own brand you're your own it's not a team sport we train with each other but it's not like a team that goes in there so I'm technically My Own Boss like I pay my coaches I pay my managers they work for me and I think some people can get away with that idea and think like you know what I'm not gonna go to practice today so I don't feel like it I'm tired and you have to force yourself to do these things because people won't always hold you accountable I don't really have a boss to answer to on that sense so if I want to I can just stay home um so it's keeping that drive and motivation and being able to push yourself to do it because nobody else can and it's a little bit different so I use that for my regular job too because I'm also very competitive and you know if a project comes out bad they're great then I will you know I don't have set hours I work to get it done and make sure that it's the way I want it to be and that it looks how I want it to be and it's just a different mentality of being I'm not a perfectionist but I definitely like to Aspire for good work do you do you think you ever get caught uh being a perfectionist or or letting you know sometimes I feel uh if I let my perfectionism go too far it almost uh it almost is an obstacle sometimes because I I feel like I get writer's block almost and I can't press the trigger because I I want it to be perf perfect do you ever take it to that to that level a little bit so I actually like this interview too because it's making me realize some things um so I would say I'm not a perfectionist at all and I was just thinking about that while you were asking that because in martial arts and training there's no such thing as perfect right what we say at the gym a lot is you want to control the chaos so you can um you can operate and you can function amongst chaos and make the best out of it which is kind of every fight I have you know I'll have a dream about it and in my head everything will go perfect and I've never had it go that way it's being able to adjust on the Fly and Control the Chaos because I think whoever controls the chaos the most wins because that means I'm able to work the things I want and make things happen that I want but it never

oh man I love that that's really good stuff because uh man this last month for me there was a there's a bit of chaos and it it quite literally was the closest I felt in this space that the nft space that we play around in to a fight where I felt like I woke up to a 10 count and was like uh oh what's going on and and my community knows what I'm talking about but we had some chaos and it was just yeah controlling the chaos and it and it's uh really interesting to uh hear that from a fighter uh because that's exactly what a fight is and I think that's why it's such a beautiful art uh because it is so chaotic and you guys make it look so beautiful and you guys can it's almost like you guys can see in slow motion and um I you know comparing a fight like that to business uh I feel like it is important to train to have a routine to to be in different uh habits and make things and practices habitual so so that when things are coming at you it's it's not coming at you so fast you have a little bit of time to think about it do you uh you know the more I train uh I feel like things do slow down I can I can see what's going on a little bit better and in business uh the same way I I have to do business every day to kind of stay alert stay on my toes be in good communication uh so that those punches don't come at me you know blindly uh what are your thoughts about how do you handle uh I want to know just kind of your go-to practices for handling the chaos and in a fight or in business or in life um so at the gym you know with my coaches and everything we have certain sayings that like actually mean a lot like I said that that one Control the Chaos the other one is everybody's heard you got to roll with the punches right and what that means is like that's derived from a real term like with boxing you roll with the punches so when a fighter gets hit you can't um let's see how you can put this because I teach kickboxing out here too and what I tell people is the biggest thing when people are new and they start sparring when they get hit they will like be like oh man like put their hands up and like look at me and stuff and I'm like no you can't do that you gotta you're gonna pretend like it didn't happen so in a fight every time I get hit I don't like grab my face I don't look around or be like oh you got me it's literally you gotta think steps ahead because you're already behind if you're thinking about what just happened so what we do is yeah you roll with the punches because you get hit you just pretend like it didn't happen you just clear your mind and keep going forward because you can't think about the past otherwise you might get knocked out you know if you're sitting there thinking about the last punch and being like oh you got me then there's three more that are coming when really you need to be adjusting to what just happened if that makes sense yes completely I mean and and then you got combinations coming at you and sometimes in real life uh that has two you know people always say oh things happen in threes you know watch out and and uh that does seem to happen sometimes and so in real life how do you do that how do you take the hit and uh and I mean fighting is real life for you so I don't I don't I don't say real life like that but you mean like in business I know what you mean yeah you take a hit in business how do you uh just take that hit and keep going forward without showing the pain man I think it's actually harder I have a harder time doing that in business than because when I'm training or fighting that's real time and it's like physical business is a lot of like mental attack or like mental um moves so it's it's harder to make immediate quick things you know like we would all like to in the business world say change like if you run your own business and say you're like I'm gonna start this kind of marketing you'd love to see the very next day your sales 10 times boost or whatever but with business the moves that you make are more long-term and like down the road you don't get the immediate satisfaction or immediate like gratification from making the Right Moves so you can question yourself more whereas me training inviting their immediate if I make the right adjustments I get like the immediate recognition for it and the immediate payoff so I think it's harder to have the force to look further ahead and like make those deposits in your life that will pay off later man that's so true but I I would say there are a lot of things uh that you can kind of relate with fighting I mean for example just the cardio and endurance factor that that's like months of preparation to to be able to take a hit you know what I mean and and uh in business-wise it's like you kind of have to have the same thing you have to have a little bit of savings tucked away for shitty situations you have to you know uh man I just I love that sorry this is just like my favorite thing I'm comparing business and fighting like my favorite things yeah so my my CEO and I do all the time too because he trains with me um and he used to be a college football player and he likes he's the CEO of a public company now and he likes comparing um business to sport you know he he Compares he does Capital raises and stuff like that and he Compares going to like a boardroom kind of like going into match or game or whatever because he said it's a lot of like fostering it's a lot of sometimes they ask you questions that they don't actually need the answers to but they want to see a response it's it is a lot like competing because you have to like hold your ground you have to be prepared you have to have the knowledge that um what you're going to be what's going to be thrown at you you can roll with and that you can counter

so man I I want to keep going but I'm also looking here in the comments and we're getting some really good questions you guys keep that up remember I've got a giveaway up top but another one for people uh making uh comments and questions

again I'm sorry I'm sorry people are putting um under the giveaway tweet that's pinned up top and then you guys can also use the actual comments for this space no one's utilizing that you can go ahead and use both I'll look in both for the giveaway and I'll I'll be creating a will spinner here uh with people's names uh so for example crypto Queen oh good question here from Quick crypto Queen oh it just scrolled on me but I remember her question it was uh what is the best martial arts to get into if you're a beginner here we go what's the best type of training to get into for someone who's a complete beginner not to go professional but just to learn as a skill and I love this we're all nft people and you get uh you're getting training questions I love this yeah I know I love it yeah like I said bring any questions you guys want um what's the best thing for a beginner to get in on I would say it depends on the person a little bit and like what you're looking for um I've always been a big believer that Jiu Jitsu is good for everybody um and especially women as a self-defense because Jiu Jitsu is made to um use people's size against them right like Jiu Jitsu was created by smaller people and it was how to be able to defend yourself against a larger attackers so for women that's great by man or anything there is a lot of like safety things that you can learn that can help you and like save your life in certain positions and it's a workout too now on the flip side of that I understand that there's a lot of Jiu Jitsu gyms are like male dominant like there's way more men and there's women that don't always want to like go in there and roll around and get sweated on by a bunch of gross guys like me um which is which is true you have to take that into account it's very uh I can't think of the right word but it's it's more intimate is that yeah it's a very intimate sport because like people are like breathing in your face it's very close um and some people can be like claustrophobic to that fact but I would say yeah like if you wanted a self-defense thing and a workout um and just to feel like more confident in being able to defend yourself Jiu Jitsu is great for everybody um I also really like kickboxing for everybody like especially if you just want to work out like you're going to want to compete but I want to work out that is going to really push me I think it will get you in shape faster than running faster than doing anything else because it's exhausting and like with my classes in my gym a lot of people have the misconception that if they come to kickboxing that they're going to be getting punched in the face and we have people that don't want that so we have classes that are just pad work bag work stuff like that where you can actually like learn the techniques and do it but you're not getting hit because everybody's different we totally understand that not everybody wants to fight not everybody really cares about the self-defense factor or being able to do it live but they want to work out so there's a whole mix of different things and I think you just got to find what interests you the most and what you're the most comfortable with

I love that I I think for me Jiu Jitsu is the hardest and is what gets me the most in shape like just for being in shape talk and I think that's because I I mean what was it sixth wrestled but I didn't do any any grappling I any any training I did was stand up and so when I started to Grapple it was a whole new world I did not understand that level of exhaustion you know I've been kicking and punching all my life I even did Tiger cuando as a little kid and so it's like I I guess my body I trained for that but man when I introduced Jiu Jitsu to my body it was exhausting uh what do you think is the most exhausting for me the most exhausting is definitely wrestling um and then it's also the mix so like if we're talking MMA the most exhausting part is like taking somebody down and then they're actively trying to get up and you're trying to keep them down and once they get up if that makes sense it's kind of the middle ground of the fight is the most exhausting part those transitions where people are getting back to their feet the guy that's on top trying to hold him down is exhausted trying to keep him there the guy on the bottom that's getting up is exhausted from trying to get up but doesn't want to be stuck on bottom it's those transition periods that are really really tiring and that really wear on you do you think it's because uh there's a level of maybe adrenaline during during the action and then that brief moment of of relief kind of uh your your body remembers how tired it is at that moment I think that's a possibility there's times like during the fight I don't really feel too tired and in between rounds it kind of sets in where I'm like I'm exhausted um and I I've always wondered that and I think that's just because like your mind has a chance to catch up to what's going on because I seem to feel fatigued more between rounds than during the actual action so a lot of times between rounds I don't really sit down I stay standing and I've always felt like my legs get stiffer when I sit down because you know you your heart is racing you just did like a a bunch of Sprints for five minutes and then once you sit down I feel like everything gets tight you start breathing harder so I've always felt like if I stand up I usually can recover and do all the right things better man I I just don't know how you do it I think just one average half of an average jab that you take would just put me down oh man you're so in shape too uh your cardio has always been top-notch oh thank you that's one it's funny because I get called like durable a lot and I'm always like man I don't know if that's a compliment or not because to be called durable people have to see you get beat down first they just mean you're like resilient so it is like a compliment it's a good trait I guess but I'm also I always think about it in a funny way I'm like that just means that they've seen me like just get beat up but not like put away and keep coming it's such a weapon though cardio is a huge weapon it is I tell everybody all the guys that I train when they have their first fight I tell them this and I don't mean to like get in their head or anything but the fact of the matter is like when you have your first fight you're not going to remember anything that we train for the most part if it's not like a reaction by your first fight you're not gonna remember it you're not gonna be thinking in there you're not going to hear your coaches because the first one is just kind of like you go in there blind deaf and dumb and it's you know you rely on your training up to that point and then as you get more experience you learn how to like hear like I can hear my coaches what they're saying while I'm looking at my opponent I'm thinking like you're taking in different data points throughout the whole thing but that does that comes with experience because the first one everything just kind of goes out the window oh man I just I've had dreams and also nightmares of my first fight I've not I have never competed and so I you know I've sparred plenty and that's just uh there's no pressure I've had those dreams I just can't imagine man you guys walking out that whole experience does that ever go away I'm sure the first time is definitely it's its own thing but does that do those I mean I just feel like Jitters and nerves that has to be there does it does it ever go away

um it depends on the person I don't get them too much um well oddly enough it's weird with fighting I don't get them very much um in Jiu Jitsu competitions and wrestling like when I was growing up I always got really nervous before I always had those nerves in the the last Jiu Jitsu show I did a projected thing in New York a few years ago and my opponent was actually one of my good friends I actually flew out there and was staying with him before the match um and we were competing against each other and I was so nervous and I don't know why but when there's strikes involved or like a fight I feel like I calm those nerves a little bit more and I don't I can't really understand why that is but um to answer your question it does go away a little bit with experience for me it has um but I also know guys that I know guys that have become world champions that get almost like ready to puke in the locker room beforehand and then they perform great but they have so much nerves before I'm like how is this even fun for you I would hate to feel like that right yeah and a few Fighters have even said that they're openly honest about that and man I I just uh yeah what what a tremendous profession you guys put your life and your health on the line and I uh I have more questions but again another good one here from the audience and you guys thank you so much for participating with this this is really fun uh and here we go from Tony what do you think uh would have been your profession if you didn't grow up to be an MMA fighter oh that's a good question I like that I know um I don't know it's so hard when I think about it like the day that I went to that gym totally changed the trajectory of my life for the better you know I was doing a bunch of dumb stuff before I went to the gym and partying with friends and getting in trouble and yada yada and well once I kind of fell in love with MMA I quit doing everything even though I've been like people look at it and they're like well you're fighting people it actually like straightened my whole life out and made it more disciplined and made me want to like work towards more things but if I wasn't fighting I think that I would still like to either own my own business or I really like marketing stuff um and I really like just the aspect of all different kinds of business I've always been involved with more stuff so it's something that maybe I don't even know what industry though I would have found something but again I think a lot of what I learned about marketing and everything else has come from MMA because I had to do it for myself as like your own brand your athlete whatever it's a that's a hard one because I don't even know where I would be or what I would be doing at all I I think it's safe to say you you found a good home where uh you're just tremendous at what you do and you're you're teaching other people to do it I think that's a really cool factor that a lot of people don't realize is uh these Champion Fighters you know they're always passing on this knowledge to people and people that haven't spent time in a dojo or a gym or a family of martial arts uh you're constantly passing that knowledge on and so do you think there's any uh outside of of training you know do you think you would have been an educator because you're constantly teaching

um I don't think they would have let me be a teacher and do well enough and do that but uh an educator of anything I don't know I think that the reason I like um teaching people this is because I love it so much so that's why I created um or I didn't actually create but that's why I'm part of my app I don't want to take credit for creating it because I didn't do all the back end work um hey they're not they're not on here you can take your credit but that happens for uh Jiu Jitsu on the go is for people to learn that have an interest and like we kind of I don't know if you've had a chance to get on there all the coaches that we've had from all over the world like they all love it and they offer to share with people for free on there just because they love it so I think when you're like passionate about something and you really enjoy it it doesn't feel like work like when I coach it doesn't feel like I'm I'm working because I really enjoy it you know I've got the fights from last night on mute in front of me I just like watching them so to me going to the gym and watching guys Spar and coaching and doing that is something that I do on my off time anyway well I won't I won't give any spoilers then about last night I know all the results I just didn't watch them okay okay oh man so I have another good question here this is awesome you guys thank you so much uh really good questions what's your favorite activities to do outside of business and fighting how do you desense thank you me me it man mate man man de-stress go uh Lane knows my girlfriend when you guys grew up together her and I I would say what we do because she's like a workaholic um well outside of that her and I love traveling you know we just try to go to as many places as we can um all over the place you know I've always said I want to see like every part of the world not just like the resorts and stuff like that but I've gotten to go to some really cool places they were off the beaten path that weren't considered the nicest but it's just cool to see different cultures and um just different parts of the world that's different from our life so I would definitely say traveling is my number one thing to do when I'm not working training fighting uh any of that what's your what's your favorite part of traveling is it the food the adventures the relax or just all of it all of it yeah I would say all the above it also depends on the vacation we go on you know like in the past when I've gone to Europe um I spend the whole time kind of like packing in things seeing sites um going different places going all over the place if her and I go to like say an island or something then it's more like relaxing just kind of breathe take a breath or like take a break and enjoy it but not do a bunch so it kind of depends on where I go do you have a favorite or like a top three favorites that you've been to that's hard for me I've been to some cool places it's just like all of them yeah uh I do you know one of my favorite places in the world actually is Turks and Caicos um I have an uncle there so other than then during covet I've gone there every year for I don't know five or six years usually during like spring break time and if you've never been to Turks and Caicos it's one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen like the water is like pool water you can look down like I've I've been standing there and just looked in the water and see like a shark come by or like fish or any kind of stuff the water is so clear you can see starfish that are like 30 feet down when you're on a boat on the bottom and like the the vibe of the island is cool there's not a ton going on it's very relaxing and just like nice the only thing that sucks is the food is not that great

oh man and I bet I bet you have some stories of some uh maybe getting sick from food or water and traveling I sure have oh I haven't I mean I'm like I've got kind of like an iron stomach I don't know I don't really Whitney's disgusted by me sometimes because I'll just eat cold food on the counter that she planned on throwing away I never really seem to get sick or nothing seems to bother me so I'm lucky on that side but um other than Turks I would say other cool places I've been I took a trip I fought in Russia once Russia was great I went to St Petersburg there's so much history and stuff there and it was winter time it was to kind of see you know how we think of Russia As Americans but going there totally changed my opinion and the people were great everybody was nice um but after that I went to Norway I rented a cabin and this place was called Trump chomsu it's as far north as you can go on the Arctic Circle in Norway and I rented a cabin like in the middle of nowhere and my cabin had like a sauna in it that had like Windows out and it was snowing there was like blizzards going on and it was really cool to just be like tucked so far away from anybody and there was like Caribou walking around and it was a different kind of vacation I love the beach and the ocean is my favorite but I never thought I would enjoy like a winter vacation but I had a great time on that one and I didn't even do anything super crazy it was just being in the Arctic just watching the snow and like relaxing and hanging out so there's that and I've always loved Australia I've been to Australia I think like four or five times and every time has been great

man that's definitely one on on my bucket list I've never been but I'm kind of terrified of the stories of spiders I've heard oh yeah there's some there's some big ones but Australia is great man I had a blast there I I fought in Australia I think three times and I've traveled around there a bit one point I rented a house on Bondi Beach after flight and we enjoyed my buddy and I surf for like a week and it was so much fun even though the water is a little terrifying there because everything can eat you right yeah that yeah I gotta I gotta go to the therapist before I go to Australia or something just people tell stories maybe it's all urban legend for you know to keep people away or something I don't know yeah so uh I have a few travel questions when you're traveling do you think um for me this is a weird comment I don't know I always come up with questions I guess but for me when I travel I just fall in love with people more and more especially as you you uh visit New cultures just what you're saying about Russia when my my big brother when he was in high school I was just a kid but when he came back he was he kept just like responding to questions just like he was shocked at how amazing that place was and it just like you said uh I think there's stereotypes we have and we go to these pieces uh I I was lucky enough to go to Japan when I was in high school and I was my mind was blown bro in so many different ways and it wasn't culture shock I've never had culture shock but I think I've had really healthy culture shock like these people are amazing what what have why have I not known about this you know what I don't know I was just shocked almost with some new places I'd go and visit too so have you ever experienced that just like uh more and more love when you travel yeah yeah like like Russia was like that a lot of the countries I've been to are like that people have been really welcoming I think it's just more I would say us As Americans people might stand back a little bit more from us because unfortunately Americans are known kind of worldwide for being more pompous or cocky kind of outspoken sometimes [ __ ] I'm not saying we are but that's kind of our reputation from what I've heard from a lot of foreign friends um and then once you you make them realize that we're not all like that I think that things change because I've had the opportunity to meet a ton of really cool people all over the world that I still keep in contact with and that were great to me and were super helpful and um yeah even like I said with the whole Russia thing you know being in the US we've always been kind of taught that we're not I don't want to say enemies but we're just like opposites and in America we've always been taught you know like Russia's bad and I mean maybe they are politically who knows but the people I met um the the stuff that I can control the people that I met personally that have nothing to do with it like we have nothing to do with our government stuff uh we're great people and super friendly and yeah I came up good things man that's so funny you mentioned that I've heard of people it's like a very common thing actually of Americans when they travel they tell people they're Canadians and I I'm not kidding I've experienced it like people do ask you you're from America and they you know they have their their uh misconceptions about and man you know you can't blame them just media and everything uh that's kind of the the same way I uh grew up just not knowing much about other places you know I I just I guess I felt a little sheltered in different ways and it's it's really awesome to travel and uh man you guys go everywhere what's okay last travel question what's the next on the list next on the list um God I'm trying to think I know we have a few small trips planned um like I think we'll be in La at one point in Vegas um but the next one I'm hoping I believe is Jamaica

hey yeah I know we've been in the talk today yes sir yeah we're excited about uh oh man yeah we'll we'll have some fun material coming out I'm just really excited that you guys are on board with my crazy ideas sometimes so man I'm I'm excited uh you guys with our utilities we're all about travel so that's that's fun that that came up uh we can totally pitch the panda project but uh no that's that's exciting I'm I'm hoping that uh you know because I don't know each Resort uh on the list and so uh doing the Google reviews though that that Jamaica one looked pretty great so that would be amazing and I've never been so I was like man why don't we take this opportunity to go somewhere we've both never been yeah yeah I've never been we gotta thank you for that oh man well I'm just I'm really thankful for uh like today you spent an hour with us man this has just been amazing and I will uh start wrapping it up here I don't want to take more of your time Chris I I feel like I could just just uh pull I mean you could throw a few more questions in there if people had I don't care hey okay let me let me scroll through here and uh see if I have any other questions while I'm scrolling I do want to talk about this fight coming up if you're okay with that I want to get your thoughts I want to get your prediction if you if you noticed in my giveaway up there part of the giveaway rule is I said must also comment below predict what round Chris will get a KO in his upcoming fight so I want to get your prediction bro yeah um let's see so my prediction yeah I know my opponent somewhat um you know I've actually he fought we have a lot of mutual friends he fought one of my old training partners and when they fought each other I was the starting partner for my training partner if that makes sense I just kind of bounced that all over um so I was technically supposed to be him in the gym um so I'm fairly familiar with his style um but yeah I mean I think he's coming back after a long layoff um I don't know what the layoff was for or why or any of that but I know that it's tough to come back off of a layoff right away into a fight and I just think that kind of the strides I'm hitting right now I feel better and better and I've stayed training for years I don't really take time off so I feel good about it man I I'm I think I'm finishing him in round one yes bro that's what I I just I kind of I've even looked and tried to find past fights of his and stuff and yeah I just I just think he's not going to be able to handle you're you're like a sniper man you're really precise I love watching your footage uh and do you think here's my question with the bare knuckle like you've been you've been kicking for so long is that I know you're training and and everything but do you ever just have that urge to throw the kicks oh yeah uh it happened a couple weeks ago I mean I didn't kick the guy but I was born with one of the guys from Bellator and he kind of fell into the cage a little bit and I almost threw a cake like at his head because you know we we was Farm pretty hard and I had to stop myself because we were just doing boxing but you know I can I can control it I know it well enough to not do it I'm actually happy to not be king um which is the kicking it's messed up my legs a little bit I have like a permanent indent on my left shin I think I cracked it a few times um you can like feel it it just like indents has like a little curve to it and it just bangs you up man kicking most a lot of people don't see one a lot of the guys are kick heavy in the UFC and stuff they don't walk right for the next week week and a half they're still limping around it hurts to hit those bones and yeah it'll be nice to just throw hands oh man yeah I I wonder that about years and years of taking and giving and people don't realize that either that um one you know one centimeter this way or that way you can you can injure yourself pretty easily throwing kicks and I mean there's the obvious ones where you see the brakes getting checked but even even good you know well-thrown kicks you can still hurt yourself right oh yeah yeah I mean they still if you next time you watch some fights watch the guys like you'll see like bumps coming up and like hematomas and stuff even when they're Landing I'm good and then we've obviously seen broken legs and stuff too it's it's tough when you have that much you put that much like force and speed behind your bones you're basically using as a baseball bat geez right so are you thinking that this is a a short-term uh thing with with bare knuckle have you signed like a multiple I'm I don't know if I'm asking questions that you can't answer either uh but no do you have a multiple contract with them or is this a one-time thing with them or kind of feeling it out because I know I know you're not done with the pfl either right I am done with the pfl okay okay um yeah it wasn't really a big fan of it's a lot of like behind the scenes stuff they just they're kind of now put together very well if you've noticed there's been a lot of guys leaving since they started the last uh season guys that have been there for a really long time and are unhappy and so we just kind of yeah I didn't see I die on a lot of things and it was time for me to move on but um with bare knuckle so they offered me I think it was a three three or four fight deal um but I decided to take a one fight deal we were able to negotiate this where this is the only fight on my contract with them because where I met in my career I want to make as much money as possible and I want to make more from them so I want to have a really good performance here and then be able to renegotiate a bigger deal than what if I signed the longer term

if I don't perform well or anything bad happens then I you know it's it's betting on yourself that's true I didn't even uh I I responded with just that's awesome but there is a downside to that but you you are betting on yourself what yeah you're predicting first round KO oh man I'm so stoked for this um okay last question this is this is silly uh I like your tent I like your tattoos uh tell me can you tell me about your tattoos foreign yeah let's see so I've got a new sleeve I'm working on my left arm um that's the newest one so it's hard to tell what it is at the moment because it's not finished but there's a crocodile on there and then there's some tie riding some symbols so it's a Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu sleeve so on the inside of my wrist I have a chess piece with a black belt around it but it's not colored in yet it's the it's the king you know from the chessboard and we're just doing this whole thing where the guy is going to be blending together all of these like oh Italian Jiu Jitsu things but it's all gonna like by the time it's all colored and done it's gonna flow together and be like meshed together um and then obviously that's because what I've decided to do with my life um and the other side is Gladiators like so Roman gladiators I've got the Coliseum on there there's like a tiger jumping out attacking a gladiator with a spear and that was yeah mainly to this kind of being considered the modern day Gladiators fighting MMA um I've got some other dumb ones on me I I know either I know why there's uh an age restriction to getting tattoos now it makes sense now that I'm older because I got a lot of these when I was like 16. I went to shops where they didn't really ask for my ID

um and then my chest people always ask about it it's like a it is a grenade that has um like heart valves and stuff on it I'm forgetting the word anatomically I think is the word I'm looking for right now drawing a blank been too lazy today um yeah it's a grenade so kind of the meaning behind that was the fact that people with heart can like go through walls they can go through anything um and your heart can be very destructive but it can also be destructive in a good way

that's cool I I love that I always like asking people about tattoos and you know some people uh it's just about the art and some people uh there's no meaning I always I always like to ask though so thanks for that thanks for answering yeah I gotta say the the one I'm working on now I can't wait till it's done after this fight I'll do another session I think I'm two or three in but the guy got to do it his name is Mike Nichols um he used to be in the UFC he was on The Ultimate Fighter three and he's a black belt and Jiu Jitsu and him and I've trained together over the years cool and like fitting do this one because it's Jiu Jitsu Muay Thai since he's kind of like in that lifestyle too and he was really excited to do it also because he hadn't really done one like this but it's kind of why I went for him to them to do it because it was somebody in that world who's a great tattooer and it's been a fun experience because him and I just sit there and like share stories about like her careers and all the places we've been and even all the like bad things that have happened they're they're fun sessions

I really enjoyed my tattoo sessions they've been therapeutic for me too so I I've found uh a lot of uh yeah I just never thought I'd even get a tattoo and here I am covered up yeah I know exactly my mom's like when are you done I was like man I want to get my neck tattooed my hands she's like please don't yeah oh man my mom yeah if you could imagine poor poor my mom

so I uh I wanted to kind of get an Insight from you this is this is going to be a question completely gear geared towards our nft community uh kind of taking everything that we've talked about and everything from you know motivation to daily uh habits to um rolling with the punches thinking about our crowd you know right now we're in a we're in a bear Market whether it's the project owners or whether it's the community members uh we're all committed to this space and we're ready to just keep fighting I've got my buddies up here Jay donkey kicks uh I I'm just thinking about our missions and they're very long term and a lot of us projects that have these awesome long-term goals uh we definitely I I myself I can relate to a lot of what you said but I think it would be cool if you could kind of give us uh one last little motivation piece telling us to go and that this is worth the fight to roll with the punches I I don't know exactly what I'm asking for exactly but I think you get what I'm saying can you kind of wrap up all these things we've talked about and and give our community uh just some some good advice you know knowing what you do or what you or what you don't about the nft space and I I think you know enough about it uh and these projects and everything that we're trying to do uh you know you've got donkey kicks over here uh by the way with our shoe and Chris I'll get some of them shoes to you and Whitney for sure so I know I can't wait yeah and then you know Jay he's he's saving bees and he's building uh B what's the word apiary is that the right word uh I feel like an idiot shoot I think that's right but you know uh we're we're diving into real Brands real businesses we're using the web 3 space as a tool to to fund things but man it's all over the place as you know you know my project we do travel stuff so you can kind of think of this space as just a funny little quirky uh real life business space and taking that into account just business owners even if you if you were to give some real good just final advice to to a business owner uh what would it be yeah you know it's funny you ask that question because my the guy who's my CEO for the company I work for is one of my best friends um so him and I will sit down a bunch and we talk business and stuff and even just when we're hanging out and he's a smart ball um he goes through a lot of like trials and tribulations too with starting a company and we were just talking about how you know a lot of people most business owners that fail they fail because they they give up too early they don't realize that most successful businesses it takes years and years and years of like digging through the the lows and just like persevering and like staying resilient you know he was telling me how I think it was Steve Jobs had you know like 200 other inventions that were completely denied and his big things for Apple were like the iPhone and the iPod and that stuff but before those and in between those were a ton of other things that nobody had ever heard of nobody cared about and that failed so usually greatness only takes one thing not a bunch so like focusing your time on like the priorities and the things that are are getting traction if they don't it's not a failure it's just an adjustment you know because you have to you learn from those products or projects or anything that fail because that's how you make the next ones better and better so I would say that's the the best motivation for pushing forward is the fact that you only got to make one great so that just keep coming with the ideas and something will stick and as far as owning a business it's just keep pushing forward because it's not going to grow overnight with social media everybody thinks overnight success is such a thing um anybody will tell you like you look at guys like Warren Buffett like his start and everything nothing nothing great happened immediately no matter what social media tells you and what few like people have done it overnight most great people have spent like their life making the one thing great

man that's good stuff I knew I knew we'd get a really good freestyle answer from you on that and I'm really glad this is recorded and just so everyone knows I I put everyone on the spot to give anyone a list of questions it's kind of unfair for me because I I go all over the place and I need to I need to get people a heads up a little bit but uh gosh you've really answered all of all of the questions with uh tying really good lessons and and wisdom to it and uh I lied to you Chris I actually do have I'm scrolling back through here and you guys are just the best thank you for for putting questions down here um yeah thank you I've got two last questions I liked both of these is there a difference between Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and regular Jiu Jitsu and then uh that was from Angie and then from nocturnal what drives you to fight if or when put in a tough situation

um let's see so Angie I don't know so regular Jiu Jitsu I think you might be referring to like I think it would be considered Japanese Jiu Jitsu those are kind of the two main ones I know of Japanese Jiu Jitsu and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu um I can't say that I can give you the correct answer from that I know Japanese is slightly different I think it has a lot more Judo and stuff in it but I'm not 100 positive on that um Brazilian Jiu Jitsu was started by the Gracies who actually learned from what was his name I want to say like it was a Japanese Judo guy and Elio Gracie was one of the ones to help like adapt it and then they started calling it Brazilian Jiu Jitsu unfortunately I think was like the best history description of that I know that there's a lot better description and I might even be wrong I know Helio was like one of the youngest kids foreign so I know that there were more people involved but he's kind of become considered the father of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu um and then the second question was what was it again what drives me to fight yes what drives you to fight if or when put in a tough situation

um I would say competitiveness I uh I don't like to be like slighted I don't like to lose I don't like to anything competitive so whether we're talking like physically fight or um you know just fighting another sense like business or life or whatever it's just the fact that I'm a very stubborn person I don't like giving up I don't like quitting at anything and I don't like being bad at anything so those will all make me push harder because I find it embarrassing if I'm bad at something and I don't like being embarrassed

if that sums it up then okay man I think that's that's been a factor for me too I I hate to lose I I think I'm pretty competitive I think I've gotten better with it as I've gotten older and I can accept losses and okay I promise last question bro how oh you're good because I had this question early on and I was like oh I want to ask that and it finally came back to me and I think it's a good closing uh question how do you because you said you have seven fights before you lost uh yeah man that that has to be a lesson that a moment for a good lesson there has to be what what was that like and how do you accept loss and how do you move on you know pretty rough actually all right I'll go back all right so how was that one that one wasn't horrible it was a it was a crazy fight right so I was like dominating the whole fight until the third round um it was my first International fight so they flew me to Canada and they flew me out there to lose because it was I took it short notice against the guy that was coming out of the UFC nobody had heard of me or anything his original opponent had fallen out and I emailed them and so they were like yeah you're in so they flew me to Canada the whole promotion was kind of based around this guy he was on all the Flyers and everything and so we go out and fight and I ended up just kind of like dominating the entire fight we ended up getting the award of buddies fight of 2008 like I cut him open a bunch of times and just kind of took over badly like they could have nowadays they would have stopped it for sure um and in the third round I was kind of on top of him hitting him again I was standing and I slipped in blood in the ring and I fell straight into an arm bar so it wasn't even necessarily anything

uh we might have we might have lost you Chris foreign

there Chris we might have lost you so it was a weird one because I was like man how do I take this because I wasn't disappointed in my performance I didn't feel like I really got beat it was more just like a freak accident but pushing forward to other losses I'm I'm a big baby Whitney will tell you she see me lose one and I I kind of sulk for a while and I get I I'm guilty of being like very negative after and down on yourself um I think it's just having the right people around you to kind of snap you out of that because if I'm by myself I will uh just kind of downward spiral a little bit on just like self-pity which is so stupid but I think it helps to admit that and not be in denial about that so yeah I think it's having the right people around you the right friends the right family and then just getting back to your routine it's easy to to sulk and then like get out of your routine but if you stay back on your routine and back to normal life and move forward and just like move on it's not everything

man that's really good stuff I just uh I'm going to take this recording and spread it around after this with another giveaway uh there's a lot of good little uh pieces little Clips out of this interview gosh thank you so much Chris no thank you I hope uh I keep telling you hopefully everybody on here is in the Discord too if you got more questions you can throw them in there I keep meaning to jump in there I have I'm in it I just haven't jumped on there to talk or anything yet man that's always so impressive uh when I meet people that can hop around and maneuver and Discord that's impressive bro not very well

I I'm really excited to uh start to announce more stuff uh I've been giving a bunch of teasers to my community about our health and fitness utilities so that's coming up and Chris is definitely involved Whitney is involved and so Chris you have to do me a favor and Bug Whitney and to see if we can't do one of these Panda spaces with her also because I think this is also great to give our community kind of a peek into uh I I call you guys coaches on our on our uh Discord but trainer professionals you know all the stuff we're going to give people access to and so I'm really excited for more stuff so if if you could uh bug her see if we can't do one of these with her also that'd be awesome yeah I tried to get her to jump on here too she had some work to do but I will real I'll show her how to do it now that I'm a pro at it nice yeah and I'm really excited you guys stay tuned for uh announcements for specific dates coming up when we're going to launch our health and fitness utilities and it's kind of funny Chris I thought I was going to be able to say all right finally we have a panda space that has nothing to do with nfds but here I am talking about how you're wrapped up with with stuff that we're gonna do well you're the first you're the first nft I've been involved with if that helps well I I'm definitely gonna uh put other cool projects in your ear and you know we're we're really coming together as an nft space in this bear Market uh collaborations are just so vital and important and there's a lot of distrust in the space and so we're trying to change that we got a cool team up there with the B collab and Donkey kicks so uh man I've got I got just some really cool projects and man I'm just scrolling down I'll all the hydro hippos they got a sweet project uh you know I I just I think it is a fun space so uh I'll definitely get you involved if you want to man I got more than enough to to send you you uh cool projects and and people to work with but for the most part man uh outside of the nft stuff you have really inspired me um I get to know you uh and found out a lot of cool new things about you today so I'm just really grateful for your time and uh I've got good business strategy working up in my head right now this was really uh healthy for me and really good for me I think after a uh interview or something like this if if your brain is going if you got the gears turning and and ideas are moving and you feel lighter on your feet that's that's a success and I feel like that right now so thank you Chris this has been uh highly motivational and I'm I'm fired up I want to go out in my garage right now and train and there you go yeah bro so I'm going to try to get my kid hey he's a he's a great Karate Kid man so I'll have to uh I'll have to get him out in the garage and spar with me he I let him hit me pretty hard though and sometimes my ribs all wake up and they're bruised he starts he's starting to hit pretty hard yeah you might have to cut that off soon yes for sure man I would love to you know through you especially learning more about nfts and getting more into it I'd love to get even more into it and you're right it is like it's become hard to trust certain people so the fact like you grew up with Whitney and you guys have known each other forever that helps and then you've been a huge help in like teaching us about it because you never know who to trust like you said yeah it definitely is a wild wild west uh sometimes people entering this space can get scared off real quick and one one hack one wrong click you know so we're really trying to educate people and we've got a great great little Squad of projects band together with with cool goals and so yeah we're just really excited and I'm I'm excited that you guys uh are open to our ideas and again I I I like the idea of uh educating people about the dangers of hopping into this space even as a promoter you know what I mean uh because who man you just never know who you're attaching your name to and so I I appreciate uh and I know I go you know back to high school man I think even middle school knowing Whitney but still uh you shouldn't trust anyone in this space you gotta just double triple check and uh we've got a really cool squad of of trustworthy people and that's kind of what the space needs is just I think a little reset and for people to see uh who you know what real projects there are out there who's actually providing utility uh who's actually providing some value versus these fomo projects that pop up and uh like you said uh tying it back to something you said having a long division versus trying to get rich quick and boy boy oh boy can you see that uh culture here in this space and so yep I'll definitely uh hook you up with the right people with with any uh questions that you have this guy Jay the B collab he's he knows everything about safety so I've just got finally uh in this space I feel like I've got all of the people in my corner to safely navigate you know what I mean and I've been in it for a long long time but you finally uh you finally realize oh yeah you got to be careful in this space so I I appreciate you taking a look at what we're doing and again not to promote uh anything with the nft stuff I I just really value all the good uh motivation and knowledge that you've passed on just outside of uh outside of that category we've hit a lot of cool categories so thanks for letting us shoot this [ __ ] and let me ask my wild questions and I know the audience uh asks some really ones as well so thank you guys and I do want to give a couple giveaways here uh the first one was for the first giveaway up top it's going to go to V cute hat I'll send out a DM and thank you for being here and let's see what was their prediction hold on Chris let me let me pull this up uh I guess in round five the winner in match will be be announced and definitely he'll win that match oh that's actually that's a good question how many rounds are in this fight uh there's five so it's five two minutes okay well uh VQ Pat says that it's gonna go the five full rounds I don't she uh he or she I sometimes I can't tell with with the profile pictures I'm sorry uh they say round five I they're still gonna get the win for the nft but I disagree I'm going with round one Chris here we go you don't get paid by the minute yeah okay I got one more giveaway here let me pull up my I think I've got everyone I've doubled triple check got a list here of participants to ask some questions so let
